Need to close down. No one cares about the people who pays for the food. They just throw it together

We came in from Charleston and checked into our hotel kids were hungry and figured pizza would be best. So I ordered food a little after 10 was told pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes. Got a text stating 10:42 but at 10:45 i received a message from my uber driver that they had an issue with my order and had to remake it. Got my order and it was wrong. I contacted uber then Pizza Hut and got no response back. My children's pizza was so dry no sauce was on it the cheese was brown the personal pan we ordered was wrong. It had so much toppings on top as if they were thrown on top. So I called this morning to report that I tried calling last night to notify about my order and that it was wrong. I asked could they please remake it being my children went to bed with out eating since our food was over a hour behinds and wrong. She stated they will not due to policy of needing the food. (Which got thrown out by hotel staff when room was cleaned) no kind of settlement knowing all that was stated about calling and placing orders just because I didn't have the food. Would give it a zero if possible. Being the only customers there should have been a clue. When we arrived had time to eat before we had to be at performance at the Newberry Opera House. Ordered a Pepperoni and onion pizza, they botched it by only putting Pepperoni on it. After they noticed the error, started another one with the correct ingredients on it, but it would be too late when it was done. They never asked us if we would wanted the Pepperoni only pizza, we would have taken it. Paid for our drinks. They were stuck with two pizzas. read more

Observed a young lady with the long blond braids handling money from customers and doing food preparations without washing her hands.

We ordered a delivery. We were missing one pizza. I called Pizza Hut they didn't answer the first time. I called back they were very rude they blamed the Door Dash driver. I guess it is easy to blame others when you don't have your own drivers. Door Dash hasn't responded to my complaint. I sent a text to the driver he also didn't respond. I was warned not to order from Pizza Hut was told they will mess the order up or take forever to get. Should have listened and ordered from Dominos. read more

Breadsticks delivered in loaf form not cut up. 15 minute wait for waitress to take drink order in an empty restaurant. Restaurant is clean but tables need cleaning. read more

Looking for some good pizza? Keep looking. Only thing worse is the service. When they mess up your order, and they will, don't bother asking to speak to the manager. He doesn't have time for that. Guess he was busy with the one other pizza order tonight. Always wondered why they had no business. But don't be discouraged because there are other restaurants serving pizza in Newberry and I suggest you try one. Irene's is a stones throw away and Dominos is close by also. Babes don't order from this place!!!! Our family ordered and one of the pizzas had spoiled meat. The other was overcooked. Food was cold, and the manager we called to tell them the meat was spoiled thought we were trying to get something for free. read more

This was the WORST service at a Pizza Hut I have ever received! Just had a pan of chicken alfredo served with out any utensils to dish it out with (and it was too hot to handle with our fingers) and we'd already used our forks for our salads. Then, we had to get our own utensils before that! The table was dirty when we sat down as were 2 others we selected before hand and no one was in the restaurant! The place was EMPTY! SO WHY couldn't any take the initiative to clean tables, management? Why, they were too busy chatting it up at the register, that's why. So, we will not be back. The waitress didn't even care we arrived. Took 15 minutes to get our drink order. Had not given us the copy of the QR code for then menu and expected us to know they did not have plastic menus. Rolled her eyes when we asked to have a copy of the QR code to look at a menu. Then it was another 15 minutes after we ordered drinks before we got them because she was clearing an empty table. We were the only guests and it took 45 minutes to get the food. Then at check out she asked if she could use her rewards membership for the points for our food. Awful service. I ordered at 9:00 pm - delivery was suppose to be here by 9:50. Called store at 10:20 pm to be told they need to manage delivery times and I wouldn't get my food for another 20-30 minutes. Almost 2 hours for delivery - seriously!! No help from the employee at all. read more

Just call dominos. They don't answer the phone and they are rude and incredibly slow.

These folks are the worst. I ordered online at 6:54 pm....at 7:50 pm I called back and got a answering service that apologized and said a manager would call me back shortly. Twebty minutes later...no call no pizza either. I then call the resturant and got no answer.., called the service back to cancel the order only to be transferred and kept on hold for twenty more minutes. I never got a pizza, a cancel confirmation, or good service. And to top it off, ,,, this is the second time this has happened with them. Very disappointed and hangry. Never again. NO STARS. Ordered a cheese pizza, bacon pizza, breadsticks, and garlic Parmesan wings. Picked up the order and had a cheese pizza, chicken pizza, pathetic looking breadsticks, and no wings. On top of that, the wrong pizza they gave me was very dry! Called the store and the girl that answered put me on hold. After several minutes she hung up on me. We have stopped going inside because it has become unclean and the waitress is sadly by herself and can't keep up. The last two times the lady that was working didn't come out at all after taking order. When she brought the pizza we had to ask for napkins, forks and refills. So that leads us to online ordering. Don't call. They DON"T answer. We ordered one time everything was fine. It takes us 30 minutes to get there and the pizza wasn't ready yet but it didn't take long to get the order in. This time I ordered ahead of time and set a time for a hour before pick up. My daughter got there, picked up order, got home and the order was wrong. I called a few times to get someone to help us decided what to do. Because it was late and it takes 30 min to get there. Nothing. So my hubby and daughter rode back and told them what happen. The girl then took someone else order and said here this is what you are missing. I think we messed up both your orders. Sadly this is our families favorite pizza and it is the only one close to us. The place was completely empty and no one came out to help us. We were told by another customer that was walking to her car good luck. I wanted to use the restroom and a customer told me someone crapped all over the place in both the men's and women's and the Pizza Hut employee said she was not cleaning any of that up. If I could give them no stars I would. I just waited one hour for a delivery of 2 basic pizzas, an order of breadsticks, and a soda. I paid $1.50 for a 20 oz soda. I can get a 2 liter for $0.99! And I had to DRIVE OUT THERE TO GET THE SODA! When I get there neither the assistant manager or the manager even come out to say sorry, offer a discount, or a coupon. NOTHING! There was ONE couple in the restaurant. And when I called out there after I didn't get the soda with the pizza, I was hung up on twice. So the next 2 times I used a different phone. Nothing! And no, the employees inside CAN'T blame the delivery driver. Today was his first day. And trust me, he needed the money and he refused my tip. I put in my order at 3:25 PM & received the confirmation email at 3:26 PM. The pizza came at 5:24 PM. The email said it would take 30 minutes to deliver, arriving at 4:30. NOPE! Never again. I will say the young black male who came behind the female who took my receipts so I could get the soda I didn't get with my delivery was nice. We'll just refrain from eating pizza in Newberry from now on. read more
