Went today for dinner. I am from Florida and expect great food from Zaxbys. This location did not have that. My salad lettuce and tomatoes were wilted. The taste on the chicken strips was off as well (maybe old grease?). read more

We stopped at this Zaxby's while on a trip. The location is fantastic. Just off the interstate at an exit that also has a QT but isn't super busy otherwise. We shopped up just after noon and it wasn't super busy yet. The manager greeted us and took our orders. By the time we had used the restroom and picked a table, our order was ready. Very fast. I ordered a blackened blue salad. I love Zaxby's and eat there often. This was the best salad I've had from them in a long time. The chicken was perfect. The salad was crisp and fresh and there was lots of blue cheese on it. Really really good. My husband had the chicken finger plate rolled in wimpy sauce and he also enjoyed his meal. Went through the drive through today and was out within 7 minutes!! Got the number 4 meal with the boneless wings and the buffalo garlic sauce! The wings and fries were delicious! Did not care for the "toast" as it just tasted like a burnt bread slice! The workers were very friendly and efficient! Would definitely stop through again except this time ask for instead of the bread maybe more fries? yum! read more

These folks dumped slaw all over my chicken and fries today. I threw it away. Dang plate cost $14.

This is a nice Zaxbys! Probably one of the biggest I have seen. The order took about 20 minutes (we went inside) but it was fresh and prepared well. Great spot for lunch halfway between Columbia and Greenville. read more

Come thru drive thru ordered two boneless wings and things meals, and peach tea with both. Had to repeat my order 4 times because person taking order didn't understand what I wanted and then placed the order incorrectly, when we got to the window we were given drinks which I thought were correct they were not we got regular unsweetened tea, and when I looked at the receipt because we had to pull forward because they couldn't get the food prepared quickly, I noticed that the receipt showed the wrong items of a boneless wings snack, I went inside to discover the entire staff laughing and playing and not working when I presented my receipt and said my food was wrong, the person who rang up the order " Makiya M. " got an Attitude with me and said well can I have the food back, when I told her I haven't even been given my order yet she initially refused to correct the order and ran to her manager stating that " why should we have to fix this, I gave him food" when they agreed to fix the order I was again told to move to the parking lot because they needed to keep the lane empty for others placing orders, except there was no one placing orders, about 10 min later I received my food and when I asked for straws I was told" we don't have any". During the entire ordering process the person running the drive thru kept saying " huh I don't know how to do this, can you repeat your order" read more

My husband and I stopped in for lunch while we are heading back to our apartment. The dinning room is open but every other table is closed so that you keep social distancing. You can't get any refills and only one person can be in the bathroom at once. We ordered and got our food a couple minutes later. It was hot and fresh! My boneless wings had so much sauce on them! I ordered online. My hubby picked up the food. I was missing the ranch from the cobb salad. The marina from the cheese bites and the drink from the wings meal. I called and I talked with Teresa. She was very nice and was willing to help. I talked to Matt and they put me on hold but I could still hear what was being said. Matt asked the employees about the missing items and they lied. He was also being a douch about the situation like I was lying while talking to the employees. Matt got on the phone he was very rude. read more

Worst service ever, order was completely wrong and when I asked to have it fixed they acted completely oblivious to what I was asking(which was for a Cajun grilled sandwich with no honey mustard). Drink machine had no diet drinks at all and the girl acted as if she didn't have time to give you any drink. Complete waste of $35! read more
