This McDonald's is an absolute joke of a business. In my 65 years, I have never experienced a McDonald's in such disarray. I stayed in the vicinity for one week and after three visits to this McDonald's, had enough. Each day at 8AM, their restaurant doors were locked and on my last visit, would not allow entry. Drive-thru only? I enjoyed walking in the morning and was refused service. One day they had no biscuits, croissants, or muffins. So what's for breakfast - pancakes only. Staff appears disorganized, no worker cohesion, and constantly complaining out loud about something. Tables were sticky. I had a better breakfast at the gas station next door! I'd be shocked if this specific McDonald's is corporate-owned, as I always thought corporate had tight business practices. Guess not! Avoid this place! read more

The food took forever just for 2 pancakes. The server was weird just yelling out my whole order for everyone to hear it is clean but stains everywhere their kitchen looks like a dump and i see a guy going through the drive through with a wheelborrow? read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever step foot in. The wait time was absolutely ridiculous .. there wasn't a single person in the entire restaurant working the register, you had to use to most run down, rickety kiosk that didn't print any receipts.. you had to try and remember the number it gave you or you were totally out of luck. The food was an absolute embarrassment. how are you gonna make a quarter pounder with cheese and not put cheese on it. it's in the name. There wasn't any ice in the entire restaurant and the drinks were hot. It was nasty in the store and the tables were half cleaned. never in my life have i had to wait thirty minutes for some bland cheese burgers and mediocre french fries. not to mention there was a lack of any condiments in the dining room, you had to fight the mob to get a ketchup packet. absolutely disgusting.. do not come here if you value your time and mental energy. what a joke. read more

Served moldy food. Grim experience. Bigger black lady at the front was not kind and wouldn't refund for moldy food. No apology. Unbelievable. Never go here unless you want a permanent sickness that you will never recover from. They won't cover your hospital bills. not even a moldy sandwich. read more

Food was decent, I'll give it that. But there's a serious hygiene problem. The place reeked of black and milds, cheap weed, and stale body odor and it hung in the air the whole 30 minutes worth of time. Killed the vibe fast. Fix that, because no meal's worth fighting through a smell like that. read more

Extremely slow not to have any customers not too friendly didn't answer speaker until I said something

This is the laziest people I've ever seen in my life. I went inside to order a drink; they worker yelled for everyone to use the kiosk... the line was 3-4 people, long so I decided to go thru the drive thru, I waited and waited, at least 5-7 mins, at the speaker, said hello multiple times and no one came to the speaker. I pulled around, saw everyone getting their food, etc... I waited at the pay window, to order and no one came to the window. I went to the pickup window to order a drink and the heifer told me she couldn't take my order, I would have to drive thru... then she said "WOW." The were NOT BUSY AT ALL. the workers were all just lazy, standing around talking to each other. And the bathrooms were nasty and dirty.... read more

Very underrated place to eat compared to every other McDonald around food seems fresh and taste great.

Here right now. They only have 3 working sodas on the machine. No napkins. Staff is rude and is refusing to take orders. And Christian music is blasting through the speakers. This is my version of hell. Avoid at all costs. read more

This McDonald's refuses to make my mobile order every night saying their system is down and they then till me I can't get my food even if I wait for it to come back up but they allow cars to come thru the drive thru read more

McDonald's - One employee hides while the other 2 stand outside talking - Burgers Near Me - Clinton, South Carolina

Clean and modern McDonalds. We were on a road trip and stopped here since it was right off the I-26. Parking was easy and we got in and out quickly. Our food was ready quick too. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, and coffee - everything was hot and tasted good. My only criticism was that my Muffin was over-toasted in my opinion. I get the egg McMuffin a lot so I could tell. Would recommend this McDonalds as a quick stop for breakfast. read more

McDonald's - Nice indoor and outdoor seating - Burgers Near Me - Clinton, South Carolina

Absolutely awful., don't do it. Stopped by here in route to Charleston. 3 people "working in the kit hen, said the manager. Waited 22 minutes for our order which was a hamburger, McNuggets, bottle of water and an iced tea. read more

Food is amazing, Nice staff, My only problem is that they always get my order wrong, if I ask for a Big Mac with lettuce and cheese, they will put tomatoes, onions on it read more

Wait is long on a slow day. Order was given to someone else while I got theirs. Workers YELLING at you in front of others. Place was disgusting dirty. Half the lobby drinks were bad. Waited too long for an order of hotcakes (already premade, just need to send them up) and a large mocha coffee. They had a small paper on the kiosks saying no frappe written in pen. To someone who's never worked at McDonald's my husband didn't know a mocha was part of the "no frappe". They told him the mocha wasn't available and they can give us orange juice or a frozen coke drink. My husband asked what the price difference was to make sure we get what we paid for or something worth more. The older lady with pink glasses proceeded to YELL at him "don't have that" in front of other customers cutting him off every time he tried to ask what the difference in price is. He gave up and just agreed to the orange juice. Our order was then given to someone else while I got theirs. The drinks in the lobby were all flat or not working. The bathrooms were trashed and the lobby trashed were full, no tables clean. read more

Avoid this place if you want service at the time they're supposed to open. I was there on 7/13/23 at 4:58 AM. At around 5AM, the order board lit up. I waited another couple of minutes for the employee to take my order, but did not get a order request. I said, "Hello?", but still response. By now a couple of other cars were behind me. I waited another 10 minutes, calling out "Hello" every few minutes. The last car behind me reserved out and left. Another 5 minutes passed and still no response when I called out "Hello." The car behind me backed out and left as well. I drove forward around the building and saw 1 employee. I decided to go back threw the drive thru and try one move time. I waited and called out, but still no response. I decided to leave. This establishment lost 3 customers today. Maybe it doesn't matter to the owners, but it matters to me, and I hope it matters to the other 2 customers. They may have gone down the road to the Waffle House that's open 24 hours a day. Located on the other side of the highway. Walking distance. I didn't have time anymore. I wasted all my time at the McDonald's drive thru. I will never come back to this McDonald's and let all my colleagues know to avoid it as well. read more

The ratings and review on this location seem accurate. Not even 2 months ago I bought a bacon egg and cheese bagel from here and it was pretty good. Today I got the worst one from any location. My bagel was burnt, super hard and inedible. See for yourself. Edit: I showed the manager my bagel and she was very understanding and they replaced it with a redemption bagel and it was amazing!! Thank you!! read more

McDonald's - a bagel and a bagel sandwich - Burgers Near Me - Clinton, South Carolina

We stopped in around 12:30 the other day when we were on our way to the mountains. Hubs ordered 2 cheeseburgers and I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. They got the drink wrong on my combo meal. Also, I was sharing the fries with my hubby and they gave us a short on the fries. Also, fries were cold. Come one folks, it was lunch time, not 3am. Should have had plenty of hot fresh fries ready to go!. I would not recommend this location. read more

I have had some bad McDonald's before but this one out does the rest!! Cold food. Forgetting while orders and just over all not good service!! Out of the order we had 3 cold sandwiches and the me good order of nuggets. Think the fries were made the day before. I could be wrong. They might have been older that that lol read more

Went in to get food and use the bathroom. First off the bathroom was horrible, no toilet paper, no soap, and dirty af. While waiting for my food after placing my order, one of the managers and some employees were being loud and gossiping about another employee or something. Overall, worst mcdonald's i've been to in my life. Avoid at all costs read more

Total screw up. Everything wrong. Customers demanding their money back after waiting 30 minutes. Soda fountain not working. Manager's response, "I just fixed it." No, he hadn't, but kept telling customers that he had. Early lunch hour and the ketchup is out. The tea containers are empty. 30 minutes later and none of those things has been taken care of. Brand new store. Nice looking. Horrible experience. read more

This is by the worst McDonald's I ever experience. They need to shut this one down for real. The cashier/manager needs to work on her manners and people skills. The food was terrible. It tasted horrible. Got the order wrong and acted like they didn't want to serve breakfast when it's clearly all day breakfast. read more

This place sucks everytime we have been here they have said they either don't have ice cream or that it's broken yet if you go on the McBroken.com app it's clearly working we asked if it was down the chick said no and was literally holding a milkshake in her hand worst McDonald's hands down!!! and definitely terrible customer service they were very rude read more

Sometimes my food is cold and I don't have any ice and the ice cream is always not working

Very bad service. Warring mask down around neck. No mayo. They had to nerve to get mad at me when I ask for condiment. Do your slef a favor and go anywhere else. read more

I give this 2 stars because our food came fairly fast and the order was accurate, however the fries were barely warm. We used the kiosk to order which instructed me to take a plastic "tent" number so that my order could be delivered to our table. They called our order number anyway. No napkins and when I asked for some the person behind the counter acted put out. They seemed very short staffed which is not unusual these days. Lots of cars in the drive through but virtually no one but us inside read more

Slowest McDonald's ever. Drove thru took 15 minutes, and they botched my order. Skip this location if you're traveling down RR 26

At 11:42am we placed our order, was told to move up from the drive thru to get our order. Whomever was taking orders out was extremely hateful. She was working the drive thru, Shoulder length hair, blonde highlights, red glasses, African American. We informed her we were missing things and her reply was "well, um." Then proceeded to walk off. Horrible customer service, if she hates her job that much, you should probably let her go! read more

McDonald's - Time of order, for reference - Burgers Near Me - Clinton, South Carolina

We received our food from the drive-thru window and drove to a parking space to eat. We realized we had not received the dipping sauce we had ordered for our chicken Mcnuggets. We sent our 12 year old back inside to retrieve the sauce and she was told that they had seven people waiting to be served and she would have to wait until those people were helped before she would receive the sauce. They wanted us to to eat cold food just because their drive-thru team could not put the sauce in the bag the first time. Apparently, customer service is something these employees are not familiar with, and I can not believe McDonald's wants their employees to treat customers like this and, to further sour this experience, the tea was so weak it barely change the color of the water. read more

I'm not a huge mac fan after seeing the movie, but it hit the spot this morning. Came in while on the road for coffee and some breakfast. The staff were friendly quick to get you food. This location has some items I've not seen at a McDonalds before. I ordered a biscuit and gravy. The food came out hot fast I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. I'm a SB person however MCCafe hit the spot. read more

This McDonalds always has polite and very friendly staff members. The food and the service is always good. For years we have stopped at this McDonalds when traveling I 26. We just stopped in and were greeted the second we went through the door. Highly recommend. read more

I have never been to a McDonald's with such friendly staff the woman taking our order and handing us our food was so cheerful really made my morning I had to adjust my rating because my husband sausage mcmuffin was missing the sausage however my daughter and myself had fresh chicken biscuits and for trying the first time really yummy read more

For me, McDonalds locations start at a potential 4 out of 5 stars because, come on, it's a McDonalds. The service was nothing offensive but nothing amazing. Our order was accurate. It could have been fulfilled quicker but the chicken nuggets had to cook and employees can't speed up the cooking time (at least they shouldn't). The staff was average; not friendly but not offensive. Where this location loses stars is with the bathroom. I get it; the bathroom sees a lot of foot traffic because it's right off the highway where 26 and 385 meet. I wasn't expecting the bathroom to be comparable to a Ritz Carlton. However, I expect the toilets to be clean and not overflowing. I won't be gross or offensive with my review but all I will say is the toilets were neither clean nor not overflowing. At least my shoes didn't stick to the floor at this location...... read more

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on our way back to Indiana. Hate to say it but this place had terrible service. The young lady at the register never smiled, even slightly, and when I asked for cream and sugar, for my coffee, she acted like I was putting her out. Those are actually the words of the person standing next to me . Then she gave me cream and began waiting on the next guest- I had to ask again for sugar, that's okay but..... she really was not happy with me for asking! But I asked for cream and sugar in the first place. They were out of ice and we had to search for napkins. It was 7am. Seems a little early to be out of things. I would not recommend this McDonalds. There are other places to stop where you may be treated like a welcomed guest. read more

Well, I just found the worst McDonald's in the world. They fill the drinks so full when they put the lid on it's running down the sides and coming out the top. I made them pour different ones...told them I wasnt getting it all over my car. The fries tasted like they had been deep fried in 3 month old oil. Handed me the wrong order. Then still handed me burgers with onions. So I had to pull up and wait on burgers without onions. Pure slop! Corporate needs to make a visit. read more

Worst ever!!! After waiting over 10 minutes in a drive-thru space (which I had been instructed to use to await my order), I went inside to find out what happened to my order. Was initially told I had received it, then I was told they had given it to someone else. Absolutely NO attempt to apologize or rectify the situation! I asked for a refund, but the employee simply stared at me and went behind into the food prep area. There, I heard her refer to me as "that old bitch" to another employee. I left with neither food nor refund, but I will be taking this up with both American Express and McDonald's corporate. What a sham this place is!!! read more

DO NOT EAT HERE DO NOT STOP HERE We just stopped in while traveling and the situation was disgusting: the women's restroom was filthy (and I mean filthy for a long time not just something that could have just happened and been caused by one person) and my husband reported to me that a male employee had used the urinal next to him and then returned to work without washing his hands. Obviously we left without ordering food. I did report both issues to the manager. read more
