This Wendy's is no exception! Fresh! Never frozen beef patties cooked to perfection! It was that good! Oh Yes it Was! Wendy's is my favorite fast food joint. The spicy chicken sandwich is the best. Fries are my favorite too. When I say that Wendy's makes the best Spicy Chicken Sandwich I'm simply stating a fact. The order process was a nightmare, but what ever maybe she was new and still learning. The place itself dirty as can be and this when everyone is worried about Covid-19. The order came and not one item was correct. I ordered a chicken burger and got a hamburger, my wife ordered without some stuff on it and got something complete different. If I could have given a zero I would have. The service was absolutely terrible. All I wanted were two Frosty's I waited in line for 25 minutes. Every order in front of me had a mistake. people were backed up both directions. You would think if you just needed two Frosty's that you could have been served a little more quickly, as they required no cooking. Then they deleted my order from the screen accidentally served the people behind me before I finally demanded it. They realized then that they had deleted it. On a bourbon bacon burger you would expect to have bacon on the burger. Not only did they not put bacon on it they left off the onion rings. The burger only had bun, hamburger, and bourbon sauce. I did not go and argue the sandwich since two of the employees were talking to some friends that came in about how they don't care about what happens there because they are already quitting. Sounded like grounds of some nasty stuff happening to a new burger for me. Looking at other reviews others have had similar issues within the past 6 months. DO NOT EAT AT THIS WENDY'S.
