The line queued up really quickly due to having to wait for someone. A couple seated got their order 15 minutes AFTER we arrived, so it's likely they waited 20-30 minutes for a simple order. When we got our order, which was an ice cream cup and a Blast, I noticed mine wasn't even filled up to the normal level for the size, and there was ice cream all over the side of cups, since they didn't wipe them down the way you normally see this.
