Great service. Comfort food served hot and fast. What more can you expect from a fast-food restaurant? My experience has always been ideal. Quick and easy. The order is always correct. No problem. I'd recommend the iced coffee (French vanilla). The Sonic cheeseburger is one of the best fast-food burgers on the market. I think it's better than most. Big and juicy. A savory sandwich that is worth the price. It's a good size. You'll be satisfied. Some restaurants leave you wanting more, like something was missing in the meal. Not this Sonic. They serve it up. Wow! I saw the reviews and I thought, "how bad could this location be?" It was worse! It's older and not well-maintained. There is no safe way to enter the dining room and that would be an easy fix by switching the drive through lane with the South parking area. The place was really dirty, the TV was missing (not a huge deal but iffy), torn up seat upholstery, unwiped tables, trash on the ground and on the floor and smudged plexiglass (Covid "barrier") at the front that really doesn't need to be there in the first place. We walked in and there weren't many people inside, yet it took forever to get someone to take our order. There was once person who finally said "we'll be with you shortly." She then slow-walked out to a car and took her time moseying on back, like she had no place to go. Some kid mercifully came in and helped us. The line queued up really quickly due to having to wait for someone. A couple seated got their order 15 minutes AFTER we arrived, so it's likely they waited 20-30 minutes for a simple order. When we got our order, which was an ice cream cup and a Blast, I noticed mine wasn't even filled up to the normal level for the size, and there was ice cream all over the side of cups, since they didn't wipe them down the way you normally see this. I just ordered an Oreo blast through the drive thru. I'm now home and there is just Oreo at the top and sprinkled in the bottom. No where is this mixed up as should a blast be. Check your food before you drive off. read more

Honestly terrible service... we waited 40 minutes just for 4 meals and 2 mozzarella cheese sticks... even AFTER we got our food they forgot one of the meals as well as 2 of our fries. Absolutely ridiculous. I would have given it one star if it wasn't for Avary. She was very helpful with making sure our meal and fries came out ASAP. Her customer service skills were pretty awesome. Orders always wrong. Ordered a #4 but no onion or onion ring on it and wasn't notified that they were out of onion rings. Service is horrible. Worst Sonic that I've seen in South Carolina. Disgusting. $41 for nothing. Nastiest cheeseburger I've ever had. Soggy , no flavor, rotten veggies, and the patty smelt so bad. Onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks were terrible too. Thirty minutes ago, I went to sonic to get a large chilly cheese fry, a large "iced" sweet tea, and a large "iced" orange juice; however, this is were it all goes wrong: The cashier, Leann, and the fountain/drink server, Rachel, both gave us bad service. For starters, our drinks barely had ice-- which they are probably saving the ice for this burn-- and the food was half cooked, the chilly cheese fry. Also, if I might add, Rachel was giving us dirty looks when she was giving another customer their food. In conclusion, avoid this place like Covid-19. read more

I work at a sonic and this is just in acceptable. For 50¢ corn dog day the one that I work out is slammed and very quick nope not newberry. They burnt my corn dog and got super old tot and fry's. I used to only go to this sonic and now it's just awful. They take over 20 mins for ice cream and there will be no one there it is ridiculous. read more

In line 20 mins ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake for my wife . i asked for whip cream and cherry the guy said that's already included. When I got home my wife asked me why it was in a regular cup she opened it no whip cream no cherry and it wasn't even strawberry cheesecake!!! i would go some where else but everyone knows there is no where else to go in this town !!!! read more

I live near this area and have always had good service ( except for the time spent in the drive thru line ). They need someone to work the drive thru that has experience moving people forward instead of having to wait 20 minutes in line. They got there third strike from me last Saturday morning when I ordered tea and I have never had a problem with their tea but this time I had to spit it out because it was so nasty. Also I don't know what they have done about the super sonic breakfast burrito but they are not making them the same. The last three we have gotten have been almost like getting a sausage burrito. If you have something on your menu then fix it correctly and at least fix your nasty tea. read more
