I mostly order the sweet spicy or sweet and extra spicy wings and drumsticks on the bone. The original of course is soy garlic. The sandwich was good but since I'm trying to eliminate high processed foods I ended up removing one bun and eating open faced. This sandwich is best eaten on site and piping hot. I admit I am a French fry snob. These were ok but a little dry for me. I ate a few and then left them. I felt bad for wasting but if I'm going to eat high processed foods they had better be top notch in taste knowing my arthritis is going to impact me later. They retained their crunch, the sauce was perfect and the chicken was hot but perfectly cooked inside, not dry at all. I think they forgot the fish sauce (Nam Pla) in the marinade, and it probably was just dipped in coconut milk right before cooking instead of marinating overnight. It did not come with enough peanut sauce to save it. The fresh steamed rolls didn't taste Thai at all. It had surimi and was served with a dab of French mustard, which is a bizarre combination. The Pad Krapow Neua lacked heat despite my request for it to be really spicy. I've never had it served without visible chilies (Prik Chee Fa) in the dish, or without a side of Prik Nam Pla. The Khao Soi was good, and offering it with prawn instead of chicken is an interesting choice. Chicken or tofu would be original and probably be a better combination. The orchids added by the servers, touching food on every dish, are unnecessary and unhygienic. And made me doubt if they are pesticide-free or even reused. Missed opportunities: the servers never asked if anyone needed drinks. When water glasses are empty and easily reachable, staff should be able to step in and refill them from behind without interrupting a conversation. It would also help if servers tasted each dish so they could actually describe them to customers. The prices are fair, maybe even too low for some dishes and the entire experience could be so much better with very little effort. And the food did not match the other reviews, was Wipa out or something?

The salad bar includes either green leaf or Romain lettuce, not sure which it is. Sliced beets, cottage cheese, potato salad, broccoli, cheese, tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, and probably something else I'm forgetting right now. My classic cheeseburger was about the most generic, predictable, and utterly boring burger I could imagine, and for $17 I would certainly not return for that or the mundane shoestring fries. The burger patty, bun, and fries were all non creative and the there was nothing even the slightest bit unique about my burger, in fact I swear it is the exact same burger that the Skagit River Brewery serves just around the corner. The surprise entree was the Crab and Lobster Tots, now whoever thought that would be good? The plate looked very strange to say the least but I have to say.... this dish was really good! So you'd think if they could create that total mayhem of a dish that they could get far more creative with the burgers and least have a house burger sauce or a higher quality bun for $17, something?
