I ordered a Big Dinner Box online for pickup and was incredibly disappointed to see this when I got it home. As seen on my receipt, I got one Hawaiian pizza and one Backyard BBQ Chicken pizza, the Chicken Alfredo and Cheese Sticks. The Hawaiian pizza and the pasta were fine and are not the point of this review. On the other hand, we got regular breadsticks instead of our cheese sticks, and this random pepperoni and jalapeño pizza instead of our BBQ Chicken pizza. It didn't start off so well. It was a rainy evening so I ordered and once I got my order it wasn't hot and I was very disappointed so I decided to call the store and spoke w the Manager TAMMY and she listened to my concerns and was willing to send me another order of what I got and apologized and was sorry it wasn't to my satisfaction about a half hour later it was delivered and hot and quality was awesome. I did pickup here the other day, I was surprised, the pizza was not bad.... It was ready on time, and was made as ordered. They have some great coupons in my area, and I may just take them up on the deals... They have a jumbo parking lot, so it is easy to get in and out of... I will definitely go back to them read more

Really annoyed. Had some of the family help us with moving furniture and wanted to get them pizza and wings. I love Pizza Hut, but have never had delivery before. Went online and my head was spinning from all the choices. Because I had 9 people here, I spent a considerable amount of time researching and ordering their "deals". Every time I'd go to check out the price was inflated. So, finally I call. On hold for a while. A guy answers and I said I was able to access the "12" deal (Seahawks on, it's Sunday) but when I went to check out, the price was much higher. He puts me on hold again. Another guy comes on, polite and pleasant and tells me they don't have that special. Felt extremely bait and switch to me... but I've spent so much time on this. Just want the pizza. I order 3 large pizza's. One of them one topping. 2 supremes. A large chicken wings. Asked for blue cheese. They're out. Delivery price approximately $120 plus tip. Delivery was quick. Driver was professional. Pizza was lousy. Soggy, coldish and gross. Wings had not much sauce. Couldn't believe how bad it was for that chunk of change. The website should not list deals you can't have, when your address is there. Feels extremely misleading. Next time, Costco. $30 for 3 large pizzas and I'll make my own wings. read more

I've raised the review to a 3. The owner and manager of the business contacted me, both with what I felt was a sincere apology. The folks working that day are obviously not a reflection of the ownership nor management. Sometimes you just end up with less than quality service by no fault of the leadership which in this case was true. Thanks to both and we'll be back to give your business a chance at redemption. The receiving of a one star is based on the lack of service not the quality of pizza Pizza Hut pizza is one of our favorite fast food pizza. It's always quality cooked and the sauce is superb. However... The service at this particular location obviously places take out service a priority above walk in customers. All be it we walked in on super bowl Sunday. That is still no excuse for the ignoring of the walk in customer. There was actually a person right up front and ignored us by not even making eye contact. I would have understood and maybe even stayed to wait had I received an acknowledgment and apology for the wait and "someone will be right with you. Approaching 10 minutes I spoke up "are we going to be served anytime soon", ignorance. I expressed disappointment and we walked out. It was about 3 minutes later before the person behind us also walked out. To sum it up do not enter and expect service immediately nor within a 10 minute period. Ordered a pizza online tonight for pickup. I ordered a large pan crust with pepperoni and pineapple. I was quoted a really short wait time. My wait was almost 3x as long as the originally said which is understandable because it was a football game day, I had already guessed it would be longer. When my food was finally ready I checked my pizza and noticed that the pineapple wasn't added on. The woman working offered to put some on top or remake my pizza or give me a credit for later. I just wanted to get my pizza home to feed the family. A topping missing and a wait happen. When i got home my pizza was a pepperoni with really thin crust on the bottom and cheese stuffed around the edges. I'm pretty sure I got someone else's order and the only part that was good was the stuffed crust. Very disappointed... read more

I called in an order for the Advertised $7.99 3 topping pizza. First person I spoke to said there was NO $7.99 special and after I told her it was right here on their website she stuck me on hold. The next dude I spoke to said it is $12.99 for the 3 topping and I again told him about the web special. He still said Nope, there is no such special. I told him to forget it and hung up. If you care at all about time, I would not recommend at all. We called ahead asking for our pizza to be ready in 30 minutes, even thought the wait was 15. When we got there we couldn't even find the place, lights weren't lit and it is SO small you can't see it. I called the place 5 times and waited the full call time each time without a response. When we finally found it, it had been 50 minutes after we called. The guy at the front said, "oh, it hasn't been made yet. Sorry we have a new cook.... it'll be another 15 minutes," We should've left. This was my first time at Pizza Hut and we will never be coming again. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas on the phone and arrived 45 minutes later as planned to pick up my pizzas. I figured 45 minutes would be plenty of time to make the pizzas. When I arrived I saw two pizzas in the warming case behind the counter and thought "Yes!, there are my pizzas all ready to go". Then the cashier comes out and asks my name, and I say I'm picking up my phone order etc, etc. He says my pizza still had five minutes to go. So I paid up and sat down to wait, figuring the pizzas I had seen in behind the counter were not mine. As I waited I noticed my receipt showed my order incorrectly. One pizza was not what I ordered. Not wanting to wait longer I resigned myself to just take whatever pizza they gave me and go with it. I sat there for another 20 minutes watching orders come and go. Finally I approached the counter again and the cashier asked my name. I told him and he blankly stared at me for a second, then reached into the warming my oven and pulled out the two pizzas and handed them to me. WHAT! Those were my pizzas sitting there the whole time!!! So, I ended up with a wrong order and pizzas that were not so fresh anymore. Do not go to this Pizza Hut!!!!
