We always ordered our pizza from Pizza Hut in Lewiston. The last two pizzas that we ordered were not good. The crust has been changed and the sauce is bland. We always order the meat lovers with hand tossed crust. The pizzas have a lot less meat on them. We are really disappointed. read more

I've never had an issue with orders from Pizza Hut until today. I had a large 3 topping pizza delivered to work. It was on time and arrived warm. However, the only good part was the crust. The pizza was soggy and falling apart, and had more olives than crust. read more

We ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. Our first pizza was wrong the second barely had any toppings. And they forgot our 2lt. When we called to complain the guy was rude on the phone and arguged the pizza was right because he made it. When we finally got our 2lt another 20 min later there was no sorry just a"here" when we opened the door. The first time the delivery guy came he actually asked me if I wanted any chance back. We gave him $40 for pizza that cost $26 of course I want my change back and he then proceeded to ask me how much of it i wanted back. Disappointed. We always enjoy their pizza and their prices are very comfortable for a family of 5. Yet, this time it is a let down. We were the only ones in the whole place. It took a long time for drinks to get to us. The food took a long time to make and the service was just short of terrible. The waitress was very nice, but thoroughly inattentive. She got orders, brought drinks, brought food and then we never saw her again...LITERALLY until ah brought the check. We could hear the employees visiting in the back our whole visit. I need to add, the decor is very up to date and very nice. The furniture is also very nice. Bench seats are comfortable and feel like new, sturdy foam inside (almost like memory foam). If I could give a negative review I would! Went to order delivery, as we have always done before, says no delivery option, carry out only. Ok well, maybe they stopped delivery since they have those new app services, whatever. So I still go ahead and order online, says 15-20min will be ready, so figure leave now and it will be ready about the time i get there since takes me about 10 minutes to get there. OPEN sign is off, there are no cars in the parking lot, but I can see someone behind the counter in the kitchen, so I know they are open. Go to get my order and its already done, I am thinking great! Person at the counter acted as if I was interrupting them, but whatever. Get my pizza and bread sticks and go. Get home still feels warm, not hot or like it should be, but warm, and I am too tired and too hungry at this point to care, or so I thought. The breadsticks were so hard on the outside, I had to break it off but the inside was barely cooked! So much for eating those! On to the pizza-the crust was so hard that a fork would not cut through it, (and it wasn't because it was burned) and tasted stale. What a waste of money and time! Will be calling manager today because by the time I got home and was ready to eat the store was closed or they just weren't answering their phone. read more

Pizza Hut has the best pizza in our area. But, of course, it does depend on ones taste. For us, we choose pizza hut. The waitress is always polite but not always punctual -- especially when they get BUSY. We get the supreme and BBQ chicken as a favorite recipe on a pan crust; tastes great every time. We come in pretty regularly and occasionally have to get up to get our drinks refilled. But, for the most part they are 'Jonny on the spot'. The place is clean and family friendly. If you're looking for an inexpensive meal to feed a crowd then choose pizza hut. They run specials every time we're in there so if you hurry you can get in on it too. read more

I miss the old chicken parmesan recipe, it had zucchini & crooked neck squash. They must have changed the pizza sauce recipe, there seemed to be a faint hint of cinnamon in it. It used to be the go to pizza place as it was always good & budget friendly, but we rarely go there because of the changes they made these last years. read more

Best service I've ever had in a Pizza Hut. I love the new crust! It was so nice to sit down in a pizza place and feel like I was in a restaurant. Scott, was our server and was actually the manager. It was quite busy and he was surely under pressure having to dual role, yet it never dulled the mood or the quality if service. I will certainly return to this location and would recommend seeing it yourself. read more

Crappie crappie and crappier!!! So much to to say but disgusting pretty much says it all! 1)Hot wings looked like blubber(even though asked to cook twice!) They arrived with no ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce as ordered. .When I asked the delivery girl to go get sauces and cook my wings she acted as if it was my problem! When I insisted I wanted them cooked and my sauce to dither in She stated could take a very long time as if I would accept the crap! No I insisted I work for my money!! She took the wings ..The tip I gave and All receipts. .we sat down opened pizza box took a bite and was AWEFUL!Called mngr. Said we are bringing pizza back and they can stick the wings! We drove the pizza back and when he asked why we wanted a refund we told him all the above he proceed to pick a piece of pizza up from the box when we said it was soggy undercooked and doughy and he INSPECTED it as if to say.looks fine to me! Well he was a pin headed pot smoker what really does he know about the quality..what ever happened to customer is right! Especially with a twenty dollar pizza..!!!
