Aloo paratha was evenly stuffed with potato stuffing but contains ginormous amounts of whole coriander seeds. I felt they could be coarsely ground that would be best, taste wise thumbs up. The samosa had crispy covering and moist gooey potato filling served with tamarind chutney, green chutney; loved it! The yoghurt served with the aloo paratha was definitely home made, it had a layer of malai on top! Mango lassi was refreshing in the scorching sun, could be a little less on elaichi.
