Everyone here is always so nice when we come in. Zach, Joshua, Gabby, Carmen, Allen, Juan, Lucas Ryo and Ginger were ALL AWESOME! The food was hot and tasty and they were very careful to get my kids' atypical orders correct. I also noticed they had emptied the drink machines by the register and they were absolutely spotless, which gives me confidence the other places I can't see are equally clean. horrible customer service repeatedly told them our order , they kept just re putting in the wrong things then when we went in to complain & ask for things to be made right they instead made us pay more / buy the right items instead of properly replacing so now are stuck with food we don't want & out extra money ! read more

They have horrible customer service in lobby for take out. They consistently overlook pickup orders and do not acknowledge incoming customers. Don't use the drive-thru any more because they put sauces (like the teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken) in roughly one time out of five. My family loves this place! The food is always good and consistent. The staff is extremely friendly. The place is comfortable but we mostly just go through the drive through! They have discontinued their brown rice because it's too healthy. They only serve white rice or white rice that is fried which is the same thing. They have no healthy options for rice despite all the healthy rice in the world. That's pure trash. And what's with the parking?? We have a lot of handicap parking and that's nice. Do we have parking for regular people too?? Why not a veterans parking spot instead of three handicap spots?? Oh probably because the owners are woke. I got the bowl with brown rice and honey walnut shrimp and an order of cream cheese rangoons the rangoons were undercooked the rice was good but the skin on the honey walnut shrimp was coming off but overall taste was good they packed it up very well with the perfect amount of honey walnut shrimp and they packed the rice down into the container read more

I went threw the drive thru and when we pulled up to the screen it was really dirty so we could barley even see the menu. It took about 10 minutes just to get our food even tho they weren't busy. When I got home and started eating their was a hair in my food. read more

This Panda Express is always busy (good sign) and clean (even better sign). The owners are top notch and work right along side employees and just as hard. As always everything is fresh and very tasty...I have never had a skimpy entree portion here and can't even remember ever not leaving FULL. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about...??? I enjoy Chinese food. Although I'm a Ukrainian by birth, I'm an American by choice. But, most of the time when I seek a drive though I choose Panda. Just ask my wife. My mom got me hooked years ago and when they opened one in Lewiston I was their first customer, well, nearly first. Some say all the dishes taste the same. I say nay nay! Went in Sunday evening around 6:30 & was greeted by incredibly friendly staff who asked if I wanted to sample anything. Pretty cool as I didn't know they did that! They offered to make fresh wontons without acting put out. I received about eight honey walnut shrimp, a good portion of garlic teriyaki chicken & lots of noodles---I'll have enough for leftovers. Pretty good food for Chinese fast food. I asked one gal (manager on duty?) about the free tote; she gladly found one & explained you could get it with a $30 on line order & also showed me the the free gift with a $10 on line purchase. She offered me water while I waited the three minutes for fresh wontons. They weren't busy this time of night, the place was very clean. I would like to see a better way to get food home, often foam food containers & sauce containers won't stay upright & leak; although they didn't leak this time. I will go back another day. read more

Normally very good. Today their change machine was broken and the cashier had to count back change. My wife tried to help by showing the cashier that she had shorted her and the manager standing nearby snapped "She's getting your change ma'am" in a absolutely snotty tone. Panda Express is a chain of fast food Chinese, who are known for their outstanding orange chicken. The service here in Lewiston is excellent, the drive through goes fast, and the line inside goes just a wee bit slower, since the emphasis is on the drive through. The tables are often dirty, though, but I think that's because they're usually slammed at all hours. read more

Just left panda express. I bought the 3 entrees and a side. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and she gave me 4 pieces. That's the smallest portion I've ever received. It's a fast food chain not a gourmet resturant. I paid the premium and the entree price for 4 pieces of frozen cooked shrimp. The other portions were very tiny as well. Latest review 6/15/2018: I stopped in to see if my last visit was just a bad day. Nope. When my dad and I walked in we had to wait. No other customers were at the counter and the business was very quiet. After about a minute or so another gentleman walked in. Once it came time to serve, the guy that walked in after us was served first. Unfortunately, it didn't get better. The employee that helped us was not paying attention to what we were saying. It was like she was off in another world. We had to wait again for the food to be made which is fine. The problem was that once it was ready, the waitress called us up to the counter to get the food. Most Panda's are courteous enough to bring the food out to the customer. I guess that's not the case at this branch. Another employee was outside cleaning with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and on the phone. This did not exactly impress me either. At least the tables were clean this time. I give this branch a solid 3.5 stars. It needs a lot of work. Other choices in the area are now better. I'm not sure what happened at this Panda. It used to be really good and busy with tons of customers. Moscow's Panda is now a top notch 5 star branch. I would recommend this branch if you are in the mood for Panda. read more

I have long been a fan of Panda Express, especially in this Lewiston location. I cannot recall EVER having a bad experience there, with the exception of the Angus steak dish (the steak just isn't very good, even though the price is low). ALL of the other food offerings---a wide variety---are excellent, as always is the service and management. Panda Express does for Chinese food what Taco Bell did for Mexican, except, of course, Panda has a much wider variety of food offerings, choice of rice (steamed or fried, with NO ridiculous upcharge for fried rice), appetizers, and ALWAYS something NEW to keep the menu fresh. Oh, and the food is always fresh, too. And if you don't like what's left in the tray, ask for a fresh order and they'll make it for you posthaste. read more

Usually we really enjoy going to Panda Express. Lately when we go in there seats are limited because the tables are dirty. Last night I believe Carmen helped us, and she did not LISTEN. One of us had a specific requests. Which happens every time we go in. If she would of actually listened to the customer it would not have been that hard to get it right. Mind you they had to repeat themselves 4 times. It wasn't because she couldn't hear them. "She wasn't listening!" Then we got to the register she just kind of tossed the fortune cookies, and chop sticks up on the counter. There was attitude in the way she did it. Customer service there is usually pretty good. If the employee comes in to work with a bad attitude it's going shine through. I get that some customers are asshats, but this was all because she didn't want to listen to the customer. If she doesn't want to work there she shouldn't be there. read more
