Wow!!! I guess they say third times a charm..well that would be the third time my family tried to get food from this place and order it ahead of time and NOBODY seems to know about the order and it's never ordered ahead of time and it's never ready when I go to pick it up!! The first time happened at Christmas. It was ordered Christmas Eve to be picked up before you closed and we get there. Nobody had any idea and they couldn't place the order because they were close to closing!!! Second time a couple weeks ago, my mom ordered at the drive-through..pulled up and they informed her they were all out of personal pan pizzas!! Third time was today my mother placed an order before church went there to pick it up gets in line.. lines not moving.... She goes inside for a 6:15 pick up. Nobody has any clue about it being ordered and they ask if she wants to wait of course she says no that was the whole point of ordering it AHEAD OF TIME!! I'm not sure if it's incompetent Management or that the people working there have no idea what they're doing, but this is ridiculous and we never get any kind of compensation!! This establishment should be embarrassed! We plan on telling all of her friends don't bother going there!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! read more

It's been a while since I've been to a Pizza Hut but decided to try this one on a whim. We've not been to this location before today. The visit got off to a slow start with no one around to seat customers. It was shortly after 2p so the buffet was closed and perhaps the rush was over with the staff taking a break? Don't know. But after a few minutes I went back to the kitchen area and finally got the attention of a gentleman who was there working on some of the equipment. He offered to locate someone who was working. After another few minutes a gentleman came out and asked what he could do for me. I commented that we were there for lunch and would like to be seated. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. In the interim a homeless man came in and started taking the pizza off the buffet table. My husband felt bad for him so he gave the man some money so he could pay for the food. Anyway, I digress. We were seated and given menus that appeared to be xerox copies and difficult to read. There were no prices on the menu and we asked the price of a medium pizza the waiter said he didn't know until he rang up the order. Hummmm.... I took a chance and ordered a medium pizza, hand tossed crust with 2 toppings. My husband ordered a medium supreme pizza with thin crust. When I ordered tea the waiter said he would have to make some so that would be a few minutes. Really. Then he circled back by the table and said that he was leaving to go get lunch for the crew and someone else would be taking care of us. I thought..really.. you have to go get lunch somewhere else? What's wrong with the food here? At that point I seriously thought about leaving. However, after a reasonable amount of time my pizza and tea came out. The pizza looked great so I was relieved. I took a bite and honestly, I don't remember the last time I had pizza that good! I gave my husband a slice and he totally agreed. Shortly afterwards his pizza was served and it looked great as well. I didn't try his because I just don't care for many of the ingredients that come on that one. We finished the meal and were ready to leave but it appeared that the employees were all sitting in a booth enjoying the lunch brought in from elsewhere. I stood up next to the table so they could see we were ready to go. Our waiter got up and brought us the check along with carry out boxes. Will we be back? Very undecided on that one. The unknown pizza prices turned out to be a total of $40 for 2 medium sized pizzas and one tea. We agreed that if we do return we would just order one medium sized pizza and share it. The pizza I ordered was absolutely delicious which is the reason for the rating in spite of the overall odd experience. read more

Terrible pizza and even worse customer service! Was told 20 minutes and it turned to 30 minutes waiting behind two cars in the drive thru and not one worker opened the drive thru window even once! I drove around and we walk in to the restaurant. It took forever for them to acknowledge us and then they said it would be a few more minutes...AFTER 40 MINUTES OF WAITING FOR THE WORST PIZZA ON PLANET EARTH! I've eaten pizza my entire 54 year old life so I'm a true lover. This was the absolute worst pizza our entire family EVER had! My 82 year old dad spit it out and refused to eat one slice! Had almost zero tomato sauce, barely any cheese, the sausage is like styrofoam, and they overcooked the pizza until it was burned. Pizza Hut has one job...make good pizza. Whoever was on pizza duty tonight needs to actually care about doing a good job or find another line of work...preferably outside the restaurant business!! This location has lost our family's business for good! My advice is order from Dominos or go ahead and order from this King Pizza Hut location at your own risk! read more

Poor service. When you have a split ticket (two separate orders) for the same table both orders should come to the table at the same time. Their excuse was they had online orders ahead of mine. Yet both table orders were put in at the same time. Then they blame me for their problem. New management, they need management that knows how to provide customer service. First and last time eating there, wait I didn't get to eat because I never got my food, I cancelled the order since the people I was with were almost done. Guess the drive through or online orders are more important than a customer sitting in the business. read more

Was disappointed that they aren't doing the pizza buffet during lunch even though there's a sign on the door stating buffet hours. Very limited menu with very few option for someone stopping in by themselves for lunch that don't want to spend more than $10. Service is typical of Pizza Hut. Salad bar was open but is $4.99 and no other options mentioned. No single trip for cheaper. I got 6 wings and drink plus a $1 tip and my total was $16.24. Not exactly the biggest bang for you buck. We (used to) dine here regularly but we will definitely not be back. The pizza is great BUT we were accosted by an employee AS WE WERE GETTING IN OUR CAR. He ran out of the restaurant and belligerently questioned us as to if we had paid. This "conversation" was conducted loudly (on his part) across the parking lot. He went back in the restaurant and we went back in to show him the receipt but he wouldn't come out of the kitchen. We were very polite about the situation but he felt the need to accuse us of not paying and then not come out to speak with us. read more

Nice location. The food was fresh and typical Pizza Hut. Great bread sticks, nice salad bar, and the food was served nice and hot --though the restaurant was empty. The service was great and waitress was very polite and friendly. Typical prices of Pizza Hut, somewhat overpriced for what you really get. There is plenty of parking outside, and a kids area with game machines and arcade. The restaurant is located off the main road and is a drive thorough location. It can be seen from the freeway easily, but once in the main guest Google it, it's buried behind a bunch of other building and apartments. read more

Ordered the Detroit style pizza and it came round instead of square, dough was undercooked throughout the whole pizza. Called for management waited over 6 minutes for someone to answer and told them. Wasn't friendly and true lack of customer service even though offer to remake the pizza or give a refund. The manager said she would remake the pizza and she made it the exact same way, round again, excessive sauce this time and the crust and sides nothing like they advertised or you'd expect. Dough was somewhat better but the overall pizza was terrible. I sent someone else to pickup the pizza and when they gave our last name the employee said "this is her"...a happy customer is a repeat customer. I ordered online. It said ready in 15 minutes. It took me 15-20 minutes to get there. Order had been given to someone else so of course it wasn't ready. Lady says "I'm sorry, it'll be 5 minutes just pull back around thru the drive thru". So I do that and the 2 cars in front of me get their food immediately. I pull up to the window and no one bothers to come talk to me about why it's still not ready. Like I'm not even sitting at the window. Keep in mind that I called it in, it took me 15 minutes to get there and she said it would be 5 minutes. It wasn't 5 minutes but instead, 15 minutes which now makes it 30 minutes for some cheese sticks. She finally flings open the window and at this point I'm extremely frustrated with the situation, hands me the box without a real apology and I asked if my extra sauces were in the box since I paid for them. With the rudest attitude, she says to me, "you can go ahead and check it if you want". I was so pissed at that point that I threw the box in the floor and left. Got home and the cheese sticks weren't even cut. I understand they're shorthanded and that would've been fine and I would've been more understanding if the lady hadn't told me it would be 5 minutes followed by her terrible attitude. She was completely rude to me and I'll never go back to this restaurant. I'm gonna tell everyone I know to not go there either. The food wasn't even mediocre and I ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged. I also tipped this woman on top of everything else that I endured. I also tried going there the night before which was a Saturday evening and they were closed. It wasn't even 9:00 yet and they were supposed to be open. When to pizza hut in king wanted some boneless chicken wings. They said they are all out. (They said they don't have Wings of any kind. ) Yeah right . This has got to be the worst pizza I've ever put in my mouth!! Ordered a large thin & crispy supreme from Pizza Hut in King to bring home . Hardly any sauce or toppings and absolutely no taste at all!!! Cost almost $18 bucks for a pizza and ended up giving it to my dog. I've bought a frozen pizza and beats what we got tonight!! For the most part, people are nice. They do tend sometimes to mess up on orders so check it before you leave.

By far the best Pizza Hut restaurants in the Triad area. Doesn't compare to local pizza restaurants but as far as Pizza Hut restaurants it's one of the better ones. Very clean and friendly staff. Love the $6.99 medium any topping deal. Never had rude service or a mix up in my orders. Can't beat it for a quick pizza fix. Also they have a pretty good garden salad bar and pizza buffet - check it out. read more

This Pizza Hut is the best in the area. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the food is delicious! One highlight here is the lunch buffet. I've been to other Pizza Huts that put subpar pizza on the buffet. King Pizza Hut always has great variety and even has stuffed crust on the buffet on Thursdays. I also work regularly with them on large orders for youth activities (20-40 pizzas), and they are always great! read more

I visited King Pizza Hut 3-14-18 during the evening pizza buffet. Our server Brandon was excellent!! The food was excellent!! It seemed to be only 1 cook in the kitchen and as busy as she was, the food looked and tasted amazing. The management seemed to be lazy and should be doing more instead of standing around laughing. We have ordered the $10 pizza box from them many times and have always had it delivered. Well, tonight we call and they tell us they won't deliver it anymore because we need to spend $12. I found this to be vey stupid since they charge a $2.50 delivery fee and expect me to tip their driver. They were VERY rude when explaining this "new" policy.
