Stopped into Bill's Pizza with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon after church, and it was a total win. We were seated right away, served quickly, and everyone was super kind. The food came out fast -- always a blessing when you've got a hungry kiddo sizing up the table like it owes her money. The pizzas were fantastic. The crust hit that perfect gooey-meets-crispy combo, and the individual size was just right. My daughter crushed her plain cheese and declared it "so good!" I got the Bill's Special, and wow... they do not play around with toppings. The sausage was piled so high I actually had to take some off -- and that's a sentence I've never said before in my life. We are fans of Bill's Pizza, but don't get there often enough as the nearest location is close to 20 minutes away. We have tried many of the menu items over the years and have enjoyed most of them. The staff has always been super friendly. We always get take out so we have not seen the main dining room. The pizza is still hot when we get home, which is a nice change from other take out places! The prices have gone up quite a bit since our last visit so that was not a good surprise, but the flavor has stayed consistent and we understand increasing prices due to food costs rising! read more

I have not eaten here in a few years but this was one of my favorite restaurants. Once I got to my table I looked at the menu and noticed that it had not changed much. My waitress has worked here for eight years and still remembered me i ordered the Meat Lovers pizza and a soft drink. When my food arrived it was cooked correctly and tasted as good as the last time I had it. The staff was friendly and took good care of me. First time at bills pizza and I have zero complaints. Ordered the $6 lunch special (1 topping 8") with an added Jr turkey salad. The portion was large enough for 2 meals. Customer service was friendly and fast. The pizza itself had a thin/crispy crust with a generous amount of topping. The salad was fresh and the creamy Italian dressing was rather tasty. Ratings were pretty solid for Bills... we went with high expectations having heard good things from friends and honestly the food was actually pretty good. It did take us a while to finally be seated and the whole place could use a good cleaning. It looked the way I expected it would look at 10pm on a Friday night and we were there at 5pm on a Saturday. Food: The Jr Chef Salad is massive and the bowl is overflowing just like in the photos. Their ranch is also really good. We ordered several different pizzas including a taco, cheeseburger, and Hawaiian. The crust was thin and crispy on the taco and there were ample toppings on all. They did get the cheeseburger pizza wrong (covered it in onions after asking for none) but our server was great and took care of it immediately and even brought one size larger to make up for it. The whole experience was savaged by our server. He was friendly and attentive and apologized profusely even though it wasn't his fault. We will definitely give it another try but I hope they take some time to make sure it's a little cleaner and that their staff is consistently attentive across the board. read more

Went here with a neighborhood bunch for dinner. Pizza and subs were the choices for most in the group. The pizza reminded me of the old "Sir Pizza". It was cut in squares with a lot of toppings. The subs were Philly chicken and cheese steak, both were said to be very good. I got a Bill's Feast pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions and a small chef salad. The chef salad was a bargain as it was about $2.00 over the price of a side salad. The pizza was ok. It was a thin crust which I liked but it was a bit on the bland side for me. Others really liked it. The service was very good and the interior was typical independent restaurant with booths and tables. It was an enjoyable dinner. I would go again. read more

This place has mixed reviews but our friend loves it so we wanted to give it a try. I called the order in for a Bill's Feast without onions. When we picked it up, the young guy at the register was extremely nice and polite. He showed us the pizza and it smelled and looked fantastic. Our intention was to eat it later that night but we each had a sample piece as soon as we got home. YUMMY! It reheated very well and it was made to our preference. The crust was thick enough to be supportive but thin enough that it didn't over power the motherlode of toppings. The second picture shows the crust to toppings ratio. We will definitely continue to support this local establishment. With that being said, I want to address some past reviewer's issues/musings: 1. Why does it say square when it's round? ANSWER The pizza is round and they cut it into squares. 2. Why is there cardboard under it like a frozen pizza? ANSWER The cardboard is there to lend stability to the pie and box. 3. It's too greasy. ANSWER Pizza is supposed to be a little greasy. That's what makes it delicious. All takeout pizzas have some grease on the box. Pizza is not "health food". Eat it and be happy. Went to Bill's Pizza last night. 20 minute drive from our house to get there. We stood at the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign for 30 minutes and never had anyone approach us to seat us. We could see several tables available. We finally asked the cashier if we could be seated. She asked if anyone was ahead of us and we replied that the two groups ahead of us got tired of waiting and left. She said they could not seat us because they did not have enough wait staff. No apologies or anything. We left. This is really sad and very poor customer service. We have been going to Bill's Pizza for over 40 years. From now on we will be making the drive to Sir Pizza. I've been by this place several times on my way to work and home. Our wing group decided to give it a try since they offered wings and beer on the menu. The building is nice, inside and out, with plenty of parking available. The staff seated us quickly and offered drink specials to us upon seating. We quickly ordered appetizers for the table, pretzels and tator tots, while we were decking on our wing order. The beer specials were inexpensive and the normal local selection of Miller and Bud Lite for $3. The pretzels were great and were served with a really flavorful beer cheese. The tator tots appeared to be Tetris Tots and were ok at best. We were really disappointed upon ordering our wings and being told that they no longer serve them due to increased supply costs. We had to resort to boneless wings or as I like to call them chicken nuggets. These boneless wings were highly processed and not exactly what was expected. The sauces were good though and would have complimented chicken wings if only they had some. Instead of ordering pizza, we had a few more drinks and cut our meal short. I'm hoping for a return visit in the future once they get wings back on the menu. It is a great little place to stop for cheap draft beer though. read more

I was recently in the Oak Ridge area with my brother and we decided to try this place because they have both food and alcohol. They did, in fact, have those things, but the food was pretty mediocre. We ordered the veggie pizza and some beers and my brother got wings. Pros: They really do pile on the toppings and the pizza is party cut (multiple smaller pieces instead of 8 large ones) which I'm always a fan of. Cons: The pizza itself seemed a little small and it just wasn't that great, it had the crust consistency of a frozen pizza and just not a lot of flavor. My brother said his wings were alright, the beer was cold, and the service was fine, but overall I probably wouldn't choose to go here again. They do have plenty of space inside though. read more

Terrible service. After being seated and getting our drink order, the waitress took our order fon 1 medium pizza. She told us that the kitchen was a little back up and it might take a little longer than usual, which we appreciated her telling us this. We told her that was OK. We sat there for at least 45 minutes. No one came over to check on us. No one came over to tell us how much longer it would be. But then we saw other tables who came in after us, getting their food. I asked another girl if she could check on our pizza and explained to her that others were getting their food who came in after us. Even asking for someone to check our order, no one came back to tell us how much longer it would be. After waiting another 5 minutes, with no response, we got up and left. read more

Bill's Pizza is one of my favorites when it comes to pizza, I've always loved the thin crust pizza they do cut into little square pieces, this was my first visit to this location. With the dining room shut down I placed an order online for take out, they do offer curb service during this covid-19 lockdown. Once you arrive you call in to the restaurant and let them know you are out front and they will bring your order out to your car, they have signs on the windows with instructions when you pull up. The Bill's Feast pizza has been a favorite of mine since childhood and is usually my go to at Bill's, but this time I tried something different and went with a Southwest Chicken pizza, I saw them feature it on their Facebook page and decided to check it out. It was very good, it is made with wing sauce, grilled chicken, bacon, jalapeños, tomatoes and cheese. They definitely loaded it with toppings and the jalapeños gave it great flavor. The Bill's Feast or Bill's Pub Secial are still my 2 favorites, but this Southwest was good for a change of pace. read more

I wont lie our experience was rough but the food made up for it. We placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 604pm. Great! We get there and there's no record of our order.... my husband asked for help and the one younger gentleman said be would help... twice... and never came back. The manager finally came and talked to us and made it right. Thank the lord for him. Apparently the younger gentleman thought we were beneath him. The pizza is infact delish and thrle boneless wings even better but it's canceled by being ignored and magically forgetting an order. Skip the cheesy bread though. It's nothing special. I hope to visit soon and update to a much better rating. Side note: we finally got pizza, wings, and cheesy bread at 645. read more
