Wow!! I've been frequenting this place since I got a job in high point in 2012 and have always gotten good service and good pizza .Unfortunately this has changed I went on today 2/7/25 and ordered and large meat trio with extra cheese.. Well I get the pizza home and it looks like a cheap Little Caesars pizza with the toppings A little on about half of the pizza and cheese all over. For 30$ dollars I could've bought 3 dominos pizzas for what I got and had more food. This squares were odd shaped and not cut correctly either. I don't know if your trying to skimp customers to save money or someone is new making pizzas there.. but I think you've lost my business.In this economy people need to feel like they are getting their monies worth and this crap clearly isn't worth mine . Poor service. Last night, I took my mom to Sir Pizza in High Point. I usually get takeout, but we decided to dine in this time. I was excited because it had been over 38 years since I last ate inside since high school. Walking in, I realized nothing had changed--I'm pretty sure they haven't remodeled since then. Our waitress approached us without menus and asked, "What do you want?" Luckily, we already knew--one large Royal Feast. Our drinks arrived with two napkins, a mini plate, and a plastic spoon, and our ticket. Then came our pizza. I asked if they had a pizza server, and she looked confused before asking, "Would you like a fork?" I later checked online-- a pizza server costs $1.79. We started digging into our pizza, which was good, but one napkin each didn't last long. I had to get up and grab more napkins myself. Our waitress never returned. Eventually, we had to ask another waitress for refills. When I inquired about our server, the other waitress replied, "Oh, she's new--today is her first day." Surprised, I asked if she was shadowing anyone or receiving any training. "Oh no, she can handle it," was the response. Wow. Just wow. The pizza was $25, two teas were $4, and yet we received no service. I understand that prices have gone up, but that should be reflected in better training and improvements. Ordered a vegetarian pizza from sir pizza. It was incredibly underdone, particularly in the center of pizza. Furthermore, the veggies on the pizza were not baked at all and must not have been properly drained. The liquid soaked entirely through the crust turning it into a soggy mess and even soaked through two layers of cardboard below as you can see from the pictures. Unfortunately this has has not been an isolated event. Multiple pizzas ordered from sir pizza lately have been undercooked to a point where I have had to ask for pies to be baked twice. My wife and I went for lunch last week. Before I go further I never liked Sir Pizza as I had only eaten in Asheboro years ago. That being said I was pl4asantly surprised on this visit. Our waitress Emily was very prompt and took good care of us. The pizza we ordered was very good came out hot and had lots of cheese and toppings. I have never been a fan of toppings that looks Ike rabbit pellets as it rolls off. AWFUL. I'm traveling through so this was my first experience. I saw their online menu, called the restaurant to place my large veggie pizza order. Not only was the woman who answered the phone a bit rude but when I got there to pick it up everyone looked at me but nobody acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. However, the online price and the price she said I owed were DRASTICALLY different. She then suggests that's because I haven't seen their new menu and hands me a paper menu....I begrudgingly paid for it and drove home. After I got home and ate a few slices (mediocre at best) I found a few pieces of sausage in my food. My receipt denotes a dietary restriction. I'm really disappointed. Wow! What a marked difference! The salads were delightful! The lettuce was green! The carrots were orange and the tomatoes were ripe!! No brown! We were greeted upon entry by a kind gentleman with a smile. Our server was knowledgable and helpful at offering suggestions on what to order. I have tried to eat here three times in last two weeks, a recap of why I couldn't all three times, each time arriving at 1 pm: 1. They were busy on a Friday two weeks ago, 1/2 tables occupied 1/2 tables dirty, one waiter, after 15 minutes left without ever being acknowledged 2. Pulled up in parking lot, sign on door "cash only " their credit card machine not working. No cash I left, s*** happens 3. Came in and seated myself. No wait staff. 3 tables. Waited. A group from a medical office came in 5-6 people , we all waited about 5 minutes. Waiter came out Immediately went to larger table no acknowledgement I was there. I'm visiting from Boston with my family for the Christmas holiday, and I decided to drop in to my old favorite pizza spot to grab lunch! I'm so happy after living away from home for the past 7 years, the food has not changed! I used to frequently come here after work at Sealy and just before heading to evening graduate school classes at High Point University! Dropping in brought back so many good memories! The food reminds me of Bill's Pizza Pub in Greensboro off of High Point Road that has long since closed. However, there is still a location off of the old Randleman Road if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, the pepperoni pizza is my favorite (I'm a simple girl), and the wings were great. Our waitress was nice as well! One suggestion would be to get new glasses (they're showing it's wear), and to change the fountain machine that dispenses the pink lemonade. The drink had a weird taste and smell. Other than that, I'd still recommend folks to hit this spot up! It's definitely still one of my favs and I'm happy that it's still around! read more

After waiting about 10 minutes with no service and the server going to other tables we decided to just order to go no problem so we thought.The pizza was WAAAY to greasy. I ordered a pepperoni and green pepper pizza. Pretty much I could have gone to Walmart and got those cheap pizzas that have the square pepperoni and the diced peppers. Also got an order of chicken Alfredo and FRENCH bread. Cut into small squares, with small chunk square meat toppings that barely pass as their namesake . If you want real pizza with real flavor in the Archdale /High Point area, go next door to Pizza Vino or up main st to Blue Rock . This used to be my favorite place to get a quick bite.. in Florida! I was surprised to see a Sir Pizza in High Point. So I stopped in a few days ago. It looked the same, smelled the same and I was excited. We sat down and saw 2 waitresses but no one came to the table for fifteen minutes. One waitress looked likes she was assigned one side of the dining room and the other waitress the other side. There were people with food so I knew they were open. Finally right when we ready to leave, a waitress comes with a napkin (1) and a fork and a menu. She comes back in maybe 2 minutes and I order a 1 trip salad bar and crusader. My friend orders s small pizza. We both order water. The tiny bowl comes back, I get my salad, no water and no waitress. Not the salad I remember, but ok. We wait 15 more minutes. I can see both waitresses in the kitchen area. Finally, I flag one down and get water. Wee wait another 20 minutes, food comes. Fair to mediocre at best. Pizza was burned edges and crusader tasted off. Check was left when food was brought. Decor is still late 1970's which was cool but food and especially service very poor. I won't be back. read more

Well what my family will say, we know we are in some crazy times right now but what people want right now is something they can count on during these crazy times that doesn't change. We got our usual pizzas that we always get and they were skimpy and not the usual big fat Sir Pizza pizzas that people have built this business up on that reputation. We are hoping and praying that this was just a mistake and that the pizzas are going to be the same like they have been since these guys bought this business. If not I'm afraid this will go badly for them. We love these guys and we always try to reflect our love for their food and service in driving all the way from Clemmons about every 6-8 weeks to eat and in our tipping. I can't find any fault with this Sir Pizza location myself. The service is friendly and attentive. It has always been clean when I've been there. The "Italian style" (extra spicy) baked spaghetti is my favorite, but their trademark pizza is great too. I've read reviews elsewhere complaining that it ISN'T like Papa John's or Pizza Hut. Of course not--that's why it has a following! If you don't like your pizza cut into squares, your pepperoni in cubes, or your toppings edge to edge there are plenty of other places that would suit your taste better. Great pizza and plenty of food for us. Great value at less than $32 for 5 adults. Had great service as well. My Entire Family loves Sir Pizza, but stopped going for a while. Now that the new owners from Randleman/Asheboro area have control of this store, we think the pizza is amazing. Favorite is the Deluxe. I swear that thing weights at least 5 lbs, it is so loaded with good stuff. The service is always quick and my order is always ready when I get there to pick it up. My one and only complaint is, I think this is a non-smoking store, and I found it pretty disgusting that the young cashier up front, was spitting into a cup by the register. If I had my thoughts, I would think he was spitting "dip" or something. If a non-tobacco place, there should be NO tobacco allowed to be used within the building itself. This was honestly disappointing. My family came here and we ordered one pizza with different toppings on each side. One side was warm. The other was cold. It took to long, with someone coming to check on us, for my family to get a refill. Thankfully someone got us a refill, after we announced it. And warmed our pizza.
