We kept trying over the next 15 minutes, thinking maybe the phone lines were tied up because they were busy taking orders. We eventually drove there to place the order in person, only to find they were not busy at all. When I mentioned the phone issue, they told me they "always have problems with the phones." I can only imagine how much business that costs them. I placed the order, and the lady with the thick dark-framed glasses read it back correctly: two large cheese pizzas, one large half cheese / half pepperoni and ham pizza, and one chicken calzone. We were told about a 30-minute wait. When we got home, the order was wrong. We received three large cheese pizzas, with no pepperoni or ham on the specialty pizza we paid extra for. The chicken calzone also had ham in it, which I assume was supposed to go on the pizza. Now I'm wondering where the pepperoni went. Unfortunately, the person who ordered the calzone does not eat ham, so that ended up going in the trash. On top of that, the quality of the pizza was disappointing. The middle of the pizzas seemed undercooked and sloppy. When you picked up a slice, all the cheese slid right off. It's a shame, because we really want to like this place.
