We went with the meat, lovers pizza and an order of barbecue wings. The pizza was exceptional! It was very good, and they do not shorten you out on the toppings. It was loaded and very filling. This particular pizza comes with extra cheese, which was an excellent touch. The barbecue wings were also some of the best that I've had from a pizza joint. Weathered booths and tables adorn the interior, but they're worn in a comfortable way. I dropped in for lunch and chose one of the midday specials: angel hair pasta with meatballs. My order was taken promptly, and soon after I received a loaf of sliced bread to sample. Elizabeth's doesn't offer my favorite bread amongst the area's restaurants, but it's still pretty good. My plate of pasta arrived not long after, a sizeable mass of well-sauced noodles accompanied by two seasoned meatballs. The dish was a filling meal, satisfying in its simplicity, and at $11.99 (plus tax and credit card fee) it's an affordable option too. It's been quite a while since I had one of the Philly sandwiches available here, but I recall they were pretty good too, and I've no reason to think that's changed.

Classic New York-style: thin, foldable crust with that just-right chew, a bright, slightly tangy sauce, and a smooth layer of melty mozzarella that pulls without getting greasy. No marsala wine, no veal cutlets, veal was crumbled like ground beef $19.95. When asked "How was everything?" I pushed back a half eaten plate of food. I stated, "It was not what I was expecting, "Oh, I'm sorry". No one asked anything further - not a manager, no offer for something else, partial discount - nothing. I paid full price. I could've been more aggressive about it, but I've been in the food service and that usually gets you nowhere. I was very disappointed in their lack of concern. Third time visiting, third time disappointed. I will not be going back. Coppola's in WS is so much better. It's worth the longer drive.

The person who…read moreanswered the phone immediately said, "Tiano's, hold for a minute," and left me on hold for about five minutes before I finally hung up. I figured they were busy, so I called back about 15 minutes later, but the call went straight to voicemail. The voicemail was not even set up. My wife and I both tried from different carriers, Verizon and Spectrum, and had the same issue. We kept trying over the next 15 minutes, thinking maybe the phone lines were tied up because they were busy taking orders. We eventually drove there to place the order in person, only to find they were not busy at all. When I mentioned the phone issue, they told me they "always have problems with the phones." I can only imagine how much business that costs them. I placed the order, and the lady with the thick dark-framed glasses read it back correctly: two large cheese pizzas, one large half cheese / half pepperoni and ham pizza, and one chicken calzone. We were told about a 30-minute wait. When we got home, the order was wrong. We received three large cheese pizzas, with no pepperoni or ham on the specialty pizza we paid extra for. The chicken calzone also had ham in it, which I assume was supposed to go on the pizza. Now I'm wondering where the pepperoni went. Unfortunately, the person who ordered the calzone does not eat ham, so that ended up going in the trash. On top of that, the quality of the pizza was disappointing. The middle of the pizzas seemed undercooked and sloppy. When you picked up a slice, all the cheese slid right off. It's a shame, because we really want to like this place.

We have company lunches and we have ordered from Villa Italian over the summer. Let me paint a picture, back in august, we ordered two medium pasta catering dishes, a salad, and bread. It was around $275 before tip Today we had an order come that was supposed to be two pasta dishes that can serve 15 each. I was able to make 12 VERY SMALL portions. I want you to take a good look at the sizes we have and how they look on a plate once served. This would never be brought to a table in your restaurant. Not only that, but this whole thing was $425 this time before tip. Bread hard and tasteless, salad only balsamic, no ranch, 5X more bread and salad than pasta is LAUGHABLE. You guys should seriously be ashamed. Oh an to top it all of this, when i called to complain, there is no manager in the building until 5. So no manager on a lunch shift?? Be so for real. This place is going to run itself into the ground. We try to support local at all costs, but we will NOT be ordering from here again and I will also be making a facebook post about it unless the owner decides to fix things. This is a JOKE
