This place is a absolute disaster ! The orders are NEVER right no matter if you go inside or thru the drive thru you must check your bag cause you won't have what you ordered. You have to repeat the orders back multiple times. The staff is too young and more interested in chatting it up then making the orders right. Manager promised to make my whole order correct as I didn't check my bag and got home and it was absolutely not what I ordered at all. I went the next day and she got mad cause she had to fix the whole order after she promised to do so. Heaven forbid you order something extra such as a sauce or add a sauce to something because it will be sloppy and nasty as all get out. read more

Waited 30 minutes in store for a six pack of nuggets and two McFlurries. Never have I ever waited so long for a fast food order. I was among at least ten others. We all understand things are not easy as far as help goes - and the manager did a GREAT job of being patient and refunding orders ...BUT something is missing at this franchise. read more

This mcdonalds is located on Main Street in King North Carolina. There is quick and easy access to and from Route 52 This store has not only been remodeled but they built a brand new one only a few years ago. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. Many times when I was done with my meal an employee who was in the process of keeping the eating area clean has offered to take my trash for me. They have free wi-fi which I have not had any problems with. The look and the feel of the restaurant is clean and comfortable. If you are in the mood for mcdonalds this is a good one to try. read more

Ive had similar experiences as one of the reviews. Ive been 3x in past month that my order was missing something ordered or handing me someone else's order. This young staff needs to get organized. One staff member will tell you its ok to use more than one coupon and another will tell you its not. Check your bag before you leave the window! read more

took way too long for me to pay, i ordered an apple pie and some french fries and it took them about 30 minutes to get me my order, they ignored me when i asked for ketchup. took them also 20 minutes to let me pay. they also took a break on lunch rush. Slow service. One day I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a tea and was asked to drive up. Really! Then forgot me when I did. Worst McDonalds i've ever stepped foot in in a LONG time, and it's solely because of the managers. I went through the drive-thru recently, having ordered a frappe. The young girl who appeared to be new, accidently made me the wrong size. I told her about it politely, she apologized and started making a new one. At that time some short, dark-haired female manager came by, snatched the old one off the counter, threw it in the trash, and chewed her out up and down. I even made a point to tell her "its no problem, i'm not in a hurry" and she replied "well you cant be when you have idiots like this working here." Unacceptable. read more

If the line at the drive they is long then one would think to go inside but I can tell you that I have experienced consistent slow service. There generally is a staff of below par people and almost always the ketchup is out. read more

The absolute worst McDonalds. Rarely get the order right. Food is cold. Most of the time you have to ask for utensils or napkins.

They serve raw hamburgers and are very rude. They really need new management that would serve the King area with what most McDonalds strive for. I have observed the staff as acting like its a joke when they get your orders wrong. read more

I was not very happy with their service, I ordered a cheeseburger and a large coffee. I got my coffee and stood and waited for my burger...I waited for 15 minutes and finished my coffee and I was mad cause I payed for my burger. I threw my coffee away and walked over to my friends. I guess I seemed a little agitated because an employee came over and asked me what was wrong. I said "I never got my burger" and the employee said he would go get it for me, and I get a little bad but for being kinda rude but I paid for it so i wanted it's know. When I visited this location it gave me ptsd from when I had a child that would not stop pooping. Yes. It smells like a babies diaper next to the coffee area. It's really disturbing and make me lose all interest in breathing when I am sanding and smell used baby wipes. read more

Honestly I would prefer not to go to McDonald's, because their food really upsets my stomach. Even though their prices are great. This is the worst McD's I have ever been to. If it is slow, you will wait for every thing. If it is fast, they will mess up your order if it is not standard and will, too, if it is standard. I have never, ever gotten a meal order here that was not messed up in some way or meant for some one else, though they have thrown in free fries, free pies or soda to say "sorry". If you get one reg. order biscuit and a plain coffee, they might not mess it up, but they have every other time. They never take blame and push it off on every one else, usually the "new" guy (even though I have seen some of the same people for years.) The hash browns are so oily, you'd think they sat in a vat all day and one of our order of fries had a cigarette butt in it and we took it back and they said it was one of us who did it because they didn't allow their workers to smoke. I don't smoke and my car doesn't have an ashtray. Most problems are with the fat female manager with dark hair who looks like she never brushes it. read more
