The restaurant wasn't busy at all, so it took practically no time at all to order and receive our dine-in meal. The service was professional, and the food reasonably hot and tasty. The chicken reminded me of Popeyes, and the cole slaw of KFC. The fries were extremely well seasoned (to the point of almost being too salty for me, but my wife thought they were fine). The reason for the two star review, though, is that while eating I noticed there was a sticker of some sort on the bottom of the cole slaw container. When I was done, I turned it over to find that it was a freshness label - and that they had served me a container that was an hour past its stated "Use By" date/time. It tasted fine, and hopefully there's some sort of margin of error built into those "Use By" calculations. But based on this experience I don't think I'll be visiting this (or any other) Bojangles again.

Almost every time it was boneless chicken. No zack sauce and not enough ingredients to make the salads. I had to ask what they did have. Today I wound up with the Asian sensation salad. After I ordered they told me that they ran out of the egg roll that was supposed to be in it. The salad was OK and tasted good but was not as good as others from Wendys or Chick-fil-a. I will probably try them again in a week or two to see if they have all the items they advertise on the menu board.

You have to seat yourself and despite it being a breakfast buffet, you have to wait for a server to serve you. That took forever--only come when you're not in a rush and have at least 1.5 hours. It wasn't crowded; there were empty tables the entire time I was there. At the buffet, you can't serve yourself. So finally when the server came to take our drink order and buffet details (you can do made-to-order omelets, eggs, pancakes as part of the buffet), you have to stand at the small buffet and wait for a server to put the food you ask for on a plate. This took a ridiculous amount of time. They had plenty of employees, but instead of taking our order or serving the buffet, they were filling ketchup bottles, talking, or doing other tasks that had nothing to do with serving the customers standing there waiting. There was a man walking around (appeared to be the owner, as he would occasionally instruct his staff) who was drinking a sweet tea. He rounded the corner to the buffet and I thought that he would finally help us. No, he was just refilling his sweet tea behind the counter. The kitchen knew what they were doing, but the wait staff is just plain awful. They were friendly, but inept. If they train their employees better, I will be back. For now, I won't return.
