Hooks provide a safe place for purses and jackets. I got a giggle when I used the mens room and the owner showed his political views by having a caricature of the governor in the urinal. They even had a witty disclaimer, so you shouldn't be offended. I got a second giggle when I looked around the bar and realized, about 60% of the guest were an alternative lifestyle. When we walked in and realized they were closing, we started to walk back out, but the employees stopped us and said they'd be willing to serve us. Not only did they make our food fresh and with a smile, they allowed us to sit in the restaurant and eat while they cleaned in preparation for closing. I know what a pain is it for people in customer service when people come in at closing, but these employees handled the inconvenience with grace and good cheer. It really made an impression on me--I still remember it, obviously, and I believe this was August 2014--and I just want to say thank you for taking care of us when we really needed a pick-me-up.
