We ordered online and was given a 25 minute time window. No problem we were in Springfield. We pulled up 5 minutes early. This is not a restaurant but just a pickup and delivery joint. I walked in and was handed my pizza-warm and fresh. The owner was very nice and told me to eat it hot! We dug in 10 minutes later and it was still hot and delicious! Large quantity of toppings and they subbed olives for green peppers no charge. Wonderful! We were very impressed-sauce delicious, cheese yummy and toppings perfect! Please give them a try they are honestly good! The breadsticks were hot and yeasty with the pizza sauce for a dip. They were good but needed a little cheese. That's why the 4 star. Otherwise YUMMY!!!

CHEAP, CRAPPY, DISGUSTING, GROSS, INEDIBLE, SHITTY, VILE PIZZA. These are the only good things I…read morecould say about this pizza. Unfortunately, EVERY restaurant in Chatham makes SHITTY PIZZA and Little Italy is no exception. Don't waste your time ordering or paying for any "EXTRA" ingredients because they will NEVER put it on your pizza. The owners of this local chain count on their customers being drunk or drugged out of their minds when ordering or consuming their pizza. That way the customer is too wasted to realize how GROTESQUE their pizza truly tastes. That is why most people in town will order this shitshow of a pizza and think it is acceptable to consume. If customers only knew what amazing pizza is supposed to taste like then Little Italy would go out of business immediately or have to step up and make a high-quality pizza in order to stay in business. Until people decide to send a message with their wallets. Little Italy will continue to make the MOST DISGUSTING AND VILE TASTING PIZZA ON THE PLANET. YOU SUCK LITTLE ITALY AND YOU KNOW THAT YOU DO. YOUR PIZZA GROSSES EVERYBODY OUT.

I use to think that Casey's served at least an…read moreedible pizza. then I started ordering pizza from Bateman's bad dad's pizza in Springfield. their pizza is amazing. however, they have been closed for the past three days. so out of a desperate pizza craving, I ordered a medium supreme pizza from Casey's. omg, what a big mistake. first off the crust (if you can call it that) is so thick and doughy it makes you feel like you are biting into an entire loaf of bread, it is just disgusting. casey's uses such low-quality ingredients on their pizza. the sausage is not even real Italian sausage, it is some fake mystery meat. the pepperoni is definitely not real pepperoni. the mushrooms are vile canned mushrooms. you can tell that the mozzarella cheese they use contains fillers because it barely melts all the way through. it is just a cheap, horrendous, disgusting mess. a barely consumable product. I choked down one slice and threw the rest in the trash where it belongs. i am tired of the majority of restaurants in Chatham serving shitty barely edible food and thinking it is perfectly fine to do so. this is my last Casey's pizza. you suck casey's and so does your pizza.

First after several…read moreminutes past our pick up time, our food was given to a different car (a car instead of a SUV). Then even after the other driver told them it wasn't theirs. The employee walked back inside without acknowledging me (we were parked by each other). Obviously a new pizza would need to be cooked, so I wanted patiently. After 30 minutes from our original, I went into the store where I was ignored by the same employee. Until it finally dawned on her that there was a curbside pickup ready. At which point she grabbed our pizza from on top of the oven (who knows how long it has been sitting there) and hands it to another employee to bring outside. I let him know that it was mine and how the other employee had given our original order to someone. At no point was there any acknowledgment of the mistake or an apology or another attempt to correct the situation. This is very disappointing given the usual good customer service.]
