Food was good and service was good preciate the help from VE didn't have to wait long at all

Great service really nice costumer service the pizza is always ready fast hot and delicious no complaints whatsoever!

Been waiting almost four hours for two pizzas to be delivered. No one will answer and the customer service is horrible. Just repeats herself saying it's on its way over and over. Worst service ever read more

Pizza Hut in the hood basically ; placed an order and got there cashier opened the box to find one of the slices was missing and then tells me he has to make it over. you should never as an employee of Pizza Hut never tamper with a customer's order then they make another one and cashier says I cant use card cash only so I leave pretty disappointed, I wasted over 30 minutes and didn't get my order read more

Never brought my food made two orders which never arrived. Do better like really??? I waited for 3 hours and not once did I get a response.

Worst Pizza Hut in Houston.... we ordered a medium spinach and mushroom pizza and it tasted like it was sitting on the counter for 4 days. We brought it back and waited for them to fix a new one. I noticed the staff and how unprofessional they looked. I'm good....I would rather to go MOD pizza or something from now on. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. This was my 3rd, and final time, to order from this location. All 3 times the toppings on my pizza have been about 1/3 the normal Pizza Hut toppings. Kid you not, literally 1 piece of pepperoni per slice. Every time I've ordered from here. The pic attached is the marinara sauce that came w the breadsticks 24 hours after I bought dinner from this location. Sauce was kept in fridge as it should be. Means this sauce was old AF when given to me. Anything that grows mold while in the fridge... bad AF. No wonder I've had the bg's all day!!! Won't be back to this location!!! read more

I'd like to thank Pizza Hut for my "Hot from the Hut" 1/2 pepperoni & 1/2 ham and pineapple pizza and cheese sticks. As you can see that's not what I received. Shall I also mention that the food all had to be reheated because It took over 40 minutes from the text saying It was "out for delivery" until It finally reached my home 12 minutes from their restaurant? All they could say or offer me was "We can only dispatch our drivers we have no control over how long It takes for them to reach their destination." Highly disappointing. read more

This Gurnee Pizza Hut is relatively new as they moved from Gurnee Mills in the last couple of years. The new location looks nice but the customer experience is far worse than the old location. Quite honestly the Gurnee Target down the street operates much better with faster wait times and hot food. This Grand ave Pizza Hut is slow and my bread sticks to were cold... The Target location always gets it right. read more

The staff is great, the food is not. It's nothing special and not bad, but definitely not great. I have had better and then again, i have had worse. read more

Slowest pizza hut on earth, I seriously know not to come here unless I have 40 min to spare. AND yes I preorder and pay online so there's no excuse when there's never even customers. read more

This location lost Pizza Hut a loyal customer that has spent thousands for their pizza over the years. Never again will I use Pizza Hut for large catering orders or for personal consumption...and I'll be sure to spread the word about my experience. I called in at 8:40pm looking for a delivery. My order was taken, my card was charged, and I was told it was an 80 min. delivery time. I said that was fine as we would be home. We wait patiently until 11pm....over 2 hours for pizza, and no one was coming. We called the store to get an automated message that it was closed. I checked my online banking to see if my card was charged and it showed a charge reversal...luckily I got my $ back. However, to keep someone waiting for over two hours for food and not even call them to tell them that it would be too late and the order wouldn't be made...that's the most awful customer service I've EVER seen. I could've lived with it if I was told up front that they couldn't fill the order...or that even after 30 minutes I got a call to say that it wouldn't happen....but to wait for that long and never be notified? Yeah, so long Pizza Hut... read more

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times, and it's been great every time. They always have special coupons and offers on their website, and here's a plus: The online ordering actually WORKS. I've had problems with my order getting lost in digital translation from internet to store at other pizza chains (Dominos and Papa Johns) but Pizza Hut has been consistently good, and that is what I expect from a chain pizza place. The drivers are always friendly and prompt. My order always arrives a few minutes ahead of time. Also, they come right to my door and don't need to call to find their way. While I don't mind a driver calling to check directions, I sure do love it when they know their way around. Currently, the $10 deal for any pizza, any toppings is great. Using the easy online ordering tool, this means my husband and I can get a half-and-half pizza and each get exactly what we want. I feel like they took extra care to make sure his toppings didn't get on my half of the pizza and vice versa. They do actually go easy on the sauce if it is requested, and I really appreciate that. The reason I won't go five stars here is because the dough is a little sweet for my taste. Next time I'll try a thin crust and see if I prefer it to hand tossed. I'll live without Papa John's crust and garlic butter sauce for the good prices and good service of this Pizza Hut. read more

Order ANYWHERE else! They cannot get any order correct, even one they have to fix because it was wrong to start with. Rude management, rude delivery drivers, just a terrible place. Save yourself a headache and your money and order from Dominoes, they get it right. read more

Unbelievably poor customer service for a pickup order. First phone call it rang 20 times with no answer. Second call they finally picked up. My point with phone calls was when they said my (large order) would only take 15 mins??? However, the rudeness and lack of basic customer assistance and offers was zero!! NO Thank You or goodbye etc just hung up. For the amount of money we just spent we will definitely consider other options in Denison Iowa for Pizza!!!! I guess they don't require business after Covid. read more

The worst Puzza Hut in Houston! !! Always takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours to deliver. Most of the time it is also cold. Pizza Hut needs to either change management or close it down read more

I have to say this place has gone down hill! From the old pizza dough to the lack of attention to the order not to mention there 3 hour delivery window this place sucks manager is no manager at all for the pm shift I had to call the operator five times just to get transferred to the store with nothing but lies about how my order is out for delivery only to get my order an hour and a half later. Giving the benefit of the doubt I proceeded to order from them another day for them to screw up my order again! All I have to say is I will be a loyal dominoes customer from this point on! read more

1 hour and 50 minute wait to get cold pizza delivered...and then they forgot the wings. Pizza is the typical pizza hut pizza, but this place is horribly mis-managed. Avoid it if you can. read more

It was busy and waited to get seen at counter with no line. Cashier had fingers in her mouth while she worked the register and handled money and gave you the receipt. The pizza was ready when they said it would be. Some confusion while waiting and yelling, at other employees. Kinda iffy this is place is as Yoda would say. read more

Ordered online, received an email saying it was going to be 30 minutes ended up waiting an hour, called and then waited 15 more minutes to receive an order that was incorrect. Order dominos instead. read more

The worst service EVER!!! I called to change the arrival time of out pizza and they couldn't accommodate me. Then an hour later for the time to deliver the pizza still no pizza. Called the call center twice and they said the manager would call. Never got a call. No pizza delivery. I won't order from there again, and I will be sure to share with my co-workers (500 people) I would give them NO STARS bc I'm stuck at work with out lunch. read more

I called this location to place an order for delivery and had the worst customer service not once, but twice! Carmen answered the phone extremely unprofessional with the words of "what do you want?". When she asked for the address I didn't quite understand her so replied with "sorry I didn't hear you" and she followed with a inadequate attitude repeating slowly treating me as I'm incompetent. read more

By far the worst Pizza Hut. Still can't understand how they can fuck up a simple pizza order made online, not like they wrote it down wrong. Had to wait for a new one to be made, no apology, no free soda. Nothing... As I walked out they said are you going to pay??? Really I already paid earlier. Rude ass staff. Got home and had to be the worst tasting pizza. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. read more

Ordered pizza at 5:13 pm, estimated delivery time was 21-31 mins. Tracking said pizza was on its way for about 30 mins, so an hour has passed and still says that. I called and they lady said my pizza was still there and she'll have him on his way. Should be about 10 mins. It's now been another 20 mins and still no pizza. I'm beyond frustrated and I will never order pizza from this place again! read more

My issue isn't with this store. They have always given me good service. But, the Pizza Hut main site cannot process my orders though I have complained before about their lackluster credit card processing, they have done nothing to fix the problem. I ordered a delivery from Pappa John"s and don't plan to order from Pizza Hut again...btw, my card was processed cleanly on Paola John's site. read more

I was very disappointed with my service. I ordered several pizzas, wings and drinks for my coworkers and I today. When the food was delivered and we started eating, it was discovered that a roach was baked into one of the pizzas! We were all so disgusted! When we called the store, they offered to make us more pizzas or give us money back for however many pizzas had bugs on them. We did not want anything else from them at all! This was entirely unacceptable and I am appalled that this store has bugs and is still selling food to people! read more
