And I give the ambience overall a five stars because it's well decorated for the winter season even though let's be honest in Houston, it's not really that cold. Is the top-notch Chick-fil-A clean interior two lines to get through the drive-through wonderful service when we dined in in December 2023. Maria was a fantastic team member clearing our dinner trays and getting us refills on soda. Totally went above and beyond. First my family would go to this location quite a bit when we would shop at Target. I ordered from the drive thru about $50 worth of food. Largest item was as 30 nuggets. I pulled up to the window and was asked to wait which is fine. They came out with three bags and because I had a crying hungry toddler, I was in a rush to drive home (I didn't check the bag until I got home). I get home and notice the nuggets were missing. Because I live 20 minutes from the store, I decided to call to get a refund instead of going back to get the item. I talked to Benny, who was I'm assuming the Manger on Duty. I told him what happened and just asked if I could get a refund. He put me on hold to talk to his team, he came back on the phone and insisted I was wrong and I received my nuggets. As I'm looking at the bag missing the nuggets, I asked if I could to speak to someone above him. He said "one minute" and thinking it's funny, he left me on hold for 20 minutes and never answered again. I called back to get his name since he never gave it in the beginning. I know this location is always busy and won't miss me, but I'll never give the store my business again. A poor woman was inside at the counter providing proof of items that stated were free but the manager declined to provide her with the item. Normally, the service and food is perfect, but today there was no one outside due to the heat to take the order and when I placed the order through the kiosk, picked it up and drove off. Only when I got home did I found out that I was given someone else's order. Including given the wrong drinks. Ordered my breakfast for pickup way before the time was over. I literally did not want to go out today and the only silver lining was my breakfast I was going to pickup. Clearly this Chick-fil-A has a issue with customer service because the guy that took my order at drive thru was rude... he wanted me to order off his snap shot menu but I haven't eaten there in over 6 months. My nutritionist changed drastically for health purposes and can't eat bread, added sugars etc so I have to see a full menu and he didn't like it.... Came to this location after watching the movies and doing a little window shopping in some other stores in the shopping center. Very clean interior with the typical friendly customer service you're probably use to from any CFA location. Decided to dine in since the traffic was still heavy at that particular time of the day. Grilled sandwich was okay until I bumped up the flavor with a package of the BBQ honey mustard (I think that is what it is called). It's definitely a sauce that I would suggest as part of the regular sauces (i.e. the Polynesian, Buffalo, and Ranch). It was a great compliment to the grilled chicken and made the sandwich much more savory. Once more, I was able to enjoy my meal in peace. It wasn't busy, but not a ghost town either. Maybe the cop positioned outside by the drive scared some of the rift raft away. Fine by me! A safe and peaceful meal could only be ended right with dessert! I was so content with my meal, I gave into my temptation and ordered a chocolate chip cookie to go. I thought I could wait until I made it home and eat the cookie with a glass of milk to not feel too guilty about giving into my inner cookie monster, but the cookie smelled so good and was warm.
