Not a bad thing since I know fried food like this needs to breathe in order to not get soggy. By the time I got to my office about 10 minutes later, my food was still piping hot. Among my whole platter of fried food, everything was still crispy as if I was eating it in the restaurant! It was so delicious - the fish fillets were battered well and had a good balance of fish and breading. The fries were seasoned nicely and the hush puppy, while only one, was a nice touch.
