Dear Chick-fil-A, please get all your staff on the same page. Please get all your ducks in a row, because customer reviews seem very consistent in saying there needs to be improvement. I have gone to this Chick Fil-A a handful of times, and of those few times, the drive thru lines is what deters me from going to this location. Must be a franchise owners discretion because every other chick fil a allows patrons to pick up mobile orders in the regular drive-thru like but here at this location apparently it's a separate line or the middle lane, but signs signal otherwise. It sounds like there's a farthest right lane but one person says middle lane and another person says farthest right, which one is it? Anyone else confused by their lane system for drive-thru versus mobile order? That alone is so annoying because the signs are confusing...and you have to scan a separate mobile order sign. Food is good, service is good. picked up a to go order at the Kirkwood restaurant On the 26th . Was very happy the receipt offered a free sandwich if I completed a survey. When I tried to fill out the survey on the 27th; got a message I was past the 2 day limit. I looked at the receipt and it said the 25th. I visited the store on the 26th. I verified with my wife on the 27th when we went to the store - she said yesterday (the 26th). I wrote to chick fil online and got a computer driven response in 5 minutes that they contacted the store and I was wrong. Nonsense. I wrote back online - named the employee at the register and the supervisor on the floor. To check with them. I am known there as a regular customer. The employees work different days so they would know. No one checked with them. Again, I got a duplicate response online identical to the first , saying I was wrong Chick fil a is a great restaurant but their handling of legitimate complaints appears to be one of the worst in the Industry. read more

Bad drive-thru....been to this location twice this week, and I never got any condiment I asked for nor did I ever get any cream that I asked for in spite of that coffee *really* needing it. No good We went out of our way to go here because of the play space! Violations galore! Also, why is ChickFilA becoming less family friendly?!?! I used to enjoy coming on a regular basis to eat in peace while the children played, now it is a task to even find a play area. The new establishments close to my house both lack play areas. Violations: All of the front expedite team lacked hair restraints, include the managers. People failed to hand wash after handling fomites, yuck. Multiple tables were unclean with food debris, despite being empty. There was a lack of sanitation buckets in the food area, so I could not even clean my own table. People appeared to be eating in the food prep area (we ordered around 7:30pm on a Friday). Experience: The staff was not knowledgeable when asked questions about the app. The sandwich bread was SOAKED with butter. This was a tragedy as it is close to my children's sports play activities, so we are in the area multiple times a week. This location is either hit or miss during the week for the busyness of the drive thru. I usually come on Wednesday's. My go-to is the Cobb salad with the nuggets and avocado lime dressing. Service is fast with the multiple laned drive thru on not busy days. On busy days we just park and go in (it's a wait but not as bad as the drive thru wait time). Recently, I have visited this restaurant twice as I pass by frequently. It is fairly new with a lot of parking spaces wrapping around the building. Outside there are two drive thru lanes that are covered at the ordering point and during busy lunch and dinner times usually 1 or 2 employees are out there to assist the drive thru customers. Chick-fil-A even installs ceiling fans under the roof to help keep their employees as comfortable as possible in this hot Texas weather. Inside is an indoor playground for the kiddos and plenty of seating in the dining area for everyone else. On both visits ordering was easy and professional and my food was delivered to the table usually in 3 minutes or less.Their chicken sandwiches, waffle fries and milk shakes are the best in the fast food industry. One visit to the restroom showed that everything was in order. Finally, isn't it evident that their employees are easily a cut above the competition? I know we hear how good In-n-Out is and Texans are very loyal to Whataburger but isn't Chick-Fil-A the best nationally in the fast food business? I think so. read more

This is the second time in a week that I have come to this location since it's near my new house. I always order in the app and pickup in the drive thru. This location has now forgotten entrees or gotten an order wrong in my order! It's frustrating to leave, get home or to work and realize you're missing what you paid for. This second time the drive thru shift lead who said she was a manager was apologetic and said she would give me my food and a free meal card. Normally I love going to this restaurant, but I do not recommend going to this location. Any time there is a slight rush-hour it gets overcrowded in the parking lot gets overflow to the point where no one can really manage the drive-through. The workers try their best but there's not enough space in the parking lot. I wasn't gonna leave a review until this morning. I put in a mobile order and once I got to the restaurant I got in the drive-through and it took over 20 minutes just for them to make my food and give me it even though it's a mobile order. However after listening to multiple Chick-Fil-A locations, I finally downloaded their app. It's cool, It's fast, it's easy, but I have a major complaint that they don't read the orders close enough. I ordered 3 slices of cheese per sandwich and 2 orders of pickles on top of their usual sandwich that comes with pickles and did not receive them on either sandwich. Normally I would give this chickfila and almost all chickfila fast food places a 5 .However , today this location seemed completely disorganized and inattentive. I ordered a large chickfila mini tray at 6:15 am for a 7:30 am pick up for a holiday party. It only took 8 calls to get ahold of someone to place the order since their message on their machine does not allow for you to talk to anyone .The chickfila app didn't allow for chickfila trays to be ordered so it necessitated a call.There were only a few people inside when we went to pick up so we thought it would be quick. However after being ignored for 15 min in that line we went to the line to order and they were able to give us our called in order.On a positive note, the consistency of the fast food is always there and our order was done as expected.We just thought the service and friendliness of their staff could be a bit better especially on a day when they were not busy. read more

This is the WORST Chick-fil-A we've ever been too. Normally your experience at these franchises are wonderful....but not here. First of all, the staff at this location does not meet the standard of a typical Chick-fil-A employee, it was extremely filthy, and our food took 17 minutes (dined in). There was only one table that was clean and it was not rush hour so this is unacceptable. They were fully staffed but somehow they couldn't get food out or keep the tables cleaned. Then after finally receiving our food....an older gentleman sat down across from us and proceeded to cut his finger nails at his table and left his fingernail clippings under the table. We will never be back and the owner Mr. Rice (owner) should be embarrassed at how his restaurant is running and reflects on Chick-fil-A as a whole. This location is the worst I have ever been to. Not only the lunch experience has been the worst but also the breakfast. I work about 5 mins from this place so it was convenient to come often even though they always seem to miss something. And it's extremely frustrating to be exciting in your food and notice something missing that makes it taste so much better. I ordered honey and it states in the receipt yet they didn't give it. I know it's just honey, but the fact that almost all of the times I've ordered here either in person or through Ubereats/doordash, they always miss something and it's annoying and frustrating, the team isn't as nice as most Chic fil a's. I love chick fil A but this location is awful due to their horrible staff. One Saturday night around 9:30pm, the staff were goofing around and not taking orders seriously. This was the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. I pulled up to the window and waited over 15min for my food. The line was backed up and the main person that hands you the food standing by the window was running around the building. The coworkers were laughing and the lady in the window told me to get out of my car to get my food because she didn't want to reach out. Not only were they being lazy but they showed how much they did not care about the customers waiting. We love this location because its close to home and they have a very efficient drive-thru. The food quality is consistent and their customer service is excellent. I am quite fond of their macaroni and cheese--delicious! Chicken nuggets, chicken tortilla soup and the good old chicken sandwich round out our favorites. Agree that this is one of the worst Chick-fil-As in the city. They mess up orders at least 50% of the time and it is the not even close. I ordered breakfast and was handed a bag and my order was correct on the sticker on the bag but the food inside did not match at all. That is just laziness and failure of process. If you order a drink or food inside and do the table delivery, they seldom bring you a straw or utensils. Those are the little details that better Chick-fil-As have mastered.
