Pizza Hut was much better 20 years ago. Dough was heavier and had an oily bottom (which we liked ). Ordered a large half pepperoni, half mushroom pizza. Total was nearly $15. Lacked in cheese and barely any mushrooms. Dough was barely cooked and soft. We ate half of the pizza and threw the rest out. Didn't think it was worth the cost. Will not order any more Pizza Hut in the foreseeable future. read more

straight across the board middle of the road here in Chicago. this is not pizza you look forward to eating for a meal and picking up or having delivered this is just something you pick up and grab to eat. because it's your usual Pizza hut Fair it has no flair which is to be expected. like any big box factory chain you get big box factory Pizza. however I did not want a big old fashioned Chicago huge gooey cheese thing with tons of tomatoes and spices so that's why I opted for the hut. I was not let down. I ordered a simple medium sausage pan pizza and that's what I got no surprises no let Downs. classic Pizza hut crust classic Pizza hut cheese melted with some sausage and a little tomato sauce too many it's bland but for me it's just a Pizza hut pizza LOL. our new location in Homer Glen has a small little dining area currently closed due to covid but it's also very easy to miss your whiz by it sits in a strip mall where it's the only thing open after the rest of the mall goes home so right on the corner it's very easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for unless you're getting it delivered. I have no qualms about the pizza it was plain what sausage on it and other than that three stars right across the board. the service was fine they were very pleasant I had no trouble with ordering it was ready when I requested it and that was all good. but hey it's Pizza hut it's what you expect as far as Pizza quality if you know it you know what you're getting like any other factory Pizza chain read more

Dirty!! For a brand new store this place is dirty!! The front door glass absolutely nasty!! If my husband didn't want Pizza Hut so badly I wouldn't of bothered going in. Employees crap on tables no where to sit while waiting for order. Tables needed to be cleared off and wiped down. Kinda disappointed cause we were happy about this new location. IF we go back and that front door is as bad as it was before, definitely not going to be ordering from here. read more

What happened to this place. This is Chicago pizza. Idk did this become a franchise or something. The pizza so dry. Don't get me started on the three hour service or forgetting my order. The server was sitting down on his phone. Then we talked to Manager he could not care less they got my 130.00. I honestly will never return I recommend don't waste your money. I've been going to this pizza hut since they've opened up and always had a good experience. Yet, last night we decided to order a large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crusted and cheese breadsticks. Little did we know we were going to receive death pizza. It was SUPER greasy to the point it was inedible after 1 slice. To pay $50 just for pizza we will throw away is super disappointing. You're better off going to any other pizza place. Yet, delivery was super quick and got us our food under 30 minutes, however that means nothing when the food was this bad. A-OK is a good rating, there's really no complain't here. I was waiting for this Hut to open but also wasn't big on getting food from a brand new spot. I didn't need to worry. Apparently, Pizza Hut has its act together with both the recipe and employee training. Another reviewer felt his pizza wasn't very good. I disagree. If you like Pizza Hut as a change of pace this place should suit you. The fellow (Evan) that took my phone order was both polite and attentive. I didn't need to repeat myself three times and didn't feel like I wasn't being listened to. I ordered the $5.00 special which gave you two medium pizzas at $5.00 each. I ordered one thin & crispy sausage and and one pepperoni pan. They were ready in 15 minutes on a Saturday late afternoon and when I got them home within a few minutes they were still hot. By the way, the $5.00 pizzas aren't really. The thin crust was 6.00 and the pan pizza was 7.00. Because of the good experience I'm not going to quibble about the price. One thing I'd like to say. The pan pizza could stand a slight modification. It could use bit a bit more cheese and definitely more pepperoni. One to one and a half pieces per slice just doesn't cut it. I don't want it loaded with meat, I just want a little more. On the whole, again, this was a good first experience. Please build a good staff and keep the restaurant clean. read more

This place is a freaking joke . I ordered delivery pizza ultimate cheese lovers & stuffed crust cheese pizza & i got a stuffed crust pizza & a regular cheese pizza. 1. Pizza took 35 minutes to get to my house AFTER I got the text saying it's on its way. And I live 3 blocks away. 2. The pizza looked like it was sitting there all day it was cold and stiff 3. The one pizza was not what I ordered. So I call them it rings 30 times then they put me on hold for 9 minutes so I called on another phone it rang 20 times & when she answered I told her I dont want to wait & what my problem was & she tells me an ultimate cheese pizza is exactly the same as a cheese pizza just more cheese. I said no its not & she said yes it is I have been here for 6 years and that's how I make it. Well that lady is wrong .I have never had an ultimate cheese pizza like that. I will never ever order from them again. I asked to talk to manager & she said she's the only 1 there that no one else was there to talk to. They dont have enough help. they dont care what goes out the door. What happened to the customer is always right. read more
