I'm updating my review and lowering from a 4 to a 3. Mainly based off the fiesta taco pizza. I haven't seen many reviews on this item. I'm uploading a pic as well. First off, I'll say I actually liked the bean sauce and of course he garlic butter crust. The toppings are good but VERY lacking. I've had taco pizzas at various other pizza joints. I think this pizza hut location needs to put in a little more effort to cutting up the onion and shredding the lettuce. I personally enjoy finely shredded lettuce so that I can get more in one bite instead of 5 large pieces per slice and it just falling off. This pizza has potential, I really feel that it lost a lot today based on employee preparation and presentation. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Rude staff. I said hello walking in and got nothing back -- just a blank stare. Then, after I'd already ordered online, someone made a comment about me eating in. This is the 2nd time we've been here. The girl waiting on us at the front counter had an attitude the first time. The second time she also had an attitude. Instead of answering questions in a professional manner or like an adult, she mumbled yeah, where you could barely hear her. My husband had to ask "is that a yes or a no?" She just nodded, in an exasperated (rude) way. Then I thanked her for handing us our food. She didn't even look up at me or answer. So my husband gave her some constructive criticism and told her that saying yes or no would be better in dealing with customers instead of just nodding. She barely nodded her head. Just picked up a pizza. I ordered a thin and crispy with pepperoni, beef, and black olives. It was supposed to have regular marinara sauce. Got all the way home and there was no marinara sauce. Wow! Ordered in app and redeemed a free pizza. Lady at the window had NO IDEA how to give out a pizza that had no cost. She really didn't want to let me have it. Walked in on 12/21/22 at 7:25pm. No where was it posted that they were closing at 8pm. My family and I were told rudely by a waitress "We're not serving anyone inside because we are closing at 8pm." My party of 3 gets there around 6:45. Two tables of people in the restaurant when we walked in. My boss orders a bbq chicken pizza. Specially asks that they not put bacon on the pizza since he's allergic to red meat. 25 minutes later they bring us out our pizza, it has bacon on it... We wait for the attending manager to be in sight (she wasn't) She finally comes out, apologizes for the problem. Offers to fix it for him. As we are waiting, we see employees walking freely (out of uniform) in & out of the back. We hear multiple employees yelling at their "boss" "F%ck you boss" very loudly. Where customers can hear. Unacceptable service, terrible employees The Men's bathroom smelled like a sewer had exploded inside. This place should be burned to the ground period. First time walked in impression: Store appeared to be clean. Salad bar was decent and had some variety to it. Not a loud place and plenty of room. Staff were friendly but nothing above and beyond. Staff also seemed to be congregated behind the end of the counter, took a little time to get service. Enough time to talk about getting fired if they don't get back to work at the time they should be getting back to work. It's corporate pizza so it is what it is but the one person who was actually working was quick and I appreciate them for that. read more

My grandson and I visited this establishment for their Sunday buffet and I was dismayed to discover the lack of variety in their pizza selection. With the exception of one pizza that had mushrooms, the rest were all meat pizzas, and the taste was substandard. This was for the duration of the time we were there. The only other item on the buffet, besides the salad bar, was a white sauced pasta. When I asked the cashier about the pizza, she proceeded to tell me about how proud she was about the salad bar. I'm sorry, I thought Pizza Hut was about pizza. My bad. I give them two stars for cleanliness of the buffet, and because my grandson will eat anything with pizza sauce on it, but take off three stars for the lack of variety and the Country & Western karaoke serenade from the staff. I will say I've had better luck with ordering and pick up of their pizza in the past. read more

2nd time to visit in under a month. Sunday evening 1 person working the lobby, 4 other behind count but no one greeted us. I ask do we seat ourselves? After selecting a table we waited, waited and yes waited finally the waiter came over ( I see now why it's called waiter) to get our drinks well that's how the rest of the dinner goes. Forever to come back to take order, other customers went and got their own menu's, my wife went to the counter to say we are at that table, so the rather large and greasy fella turns to young waiter who cannot keep up with the tables he has to say go help them. Useless I meant worst place ever. Stay away shut this pathetic place down. read more

Well, it IS Pizza Hut which used to be a decent chain, but the yahoos at corporate have really driven this place to who knows where. Now for THIS store. The service staff are okay. They kept up with the lunch crowd - except mine. She brought my drink and I never saw her again. Another random server gave me the only refill I got. Kitchen staff were a little slow keeping the buffet table stocked. The guy assigned to that task doesn't understand how to stock a buffet table: make room THEN bring out the new pie. Don't bring out the pie, set it on top of the sneeze guard then make room. A word of advice: back down on the Italian sausage - contrary to popular belief, it doesn't go with everything. Also, why can't the cheese go back on top of the toppings like it used to do? I prefer the country music over the rap that was playing on my previous visit. This is a great value for your money. Their delivery service is fast and your food is hot when it is delivered. Staff is friendly and welcoming in the restaurant. Delivery drivers are always friendly and make sure your order is correct before leaving. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut. read more

The pizza is great my wife and I love the stuff crust meat lovers with mushrooms and black olives no complaints there but, we only live 2.7 miles away and they won't deliver so until they do we will order from another place we used last night that is 6.1 miles away and we had the same order a little cheaper read more
