I googled it and it said they close at 10pm. Knowing Google isn't 100% accurate, I found the website and it said "11am - til ". So, I looked on maps, and it said they close at 9pm. It is 7:50pm and the parking lot is busy. As we are walking towards the door, the cook runs out from behind the counter and LOCKS THE DOOR IN OUR FACE. Even the hours on the door don't have a closing time for Sunday. There are tables available inside but still plenty of people eating. How rude. We will not be back.

First off the young lady (the only employee in the place) that waited on me was ok. Not friendly or welcoming, just ok. We love Italian sausage on our pizza and that's always our go to meat, along with a few sides. I watched her put the red sauce (light as I requested) the cheese and then sprinkled some fine grey stuff on top. I asked her what that was and she said "You wanted Italian sausage didn't you?" I said yes I did. Anyway she added the rest of the toppings, which were all acceptable and dropped the pizza in my hand almost hitting the floor. Finally got both hands under it (it needed some cardboard or something under it to support it) and got it to the car and to my house. Cooked it and it was ok, except for the "sausage dust" that was called Italian sausage. Couldn't find any evidence of it. NONE. The crust was very good, the toppings were acceptable, but the meat was nowhere to be found. I'll stick with Marcos from now on. Typical fast food, drive through service but at least they usually say Thank You. Big chunky sausage, great toppings, cooked to order and $2 cheaper than Papa Murphys.

The website should state this fact. If I pay a company, in this case godfathers pizza, they are responsible for the delivery unless otherwise stated in an obvious way. We went round and round and the only way for me to get my pizza, was to drive there myself which defeated the whole point of ordering a pizza to be delivered. The young lady on the phone grunted uhhuh instead of yes or no. I finally had to tell her to use actual words as her grunts were not coming across clearly. What a disaster. I drove over and at this point my pizza was sitting for 45 minutes. If you third party out delivery, and no one shows up to pick it up, why would you not be calling someone, anyone or the customer or anything. When I arrived, three people standing around doing absolutely nothing, I told them I was here to pick up my pizza and I want to talk to a manager. James came out and asked how he could help? I would have thought he would have already known what was going on by this point. He was calm and friendly. I told him I would like to have the delivery fees and tip removed from my check. He offered a fresh pie of I was willing to wait but, I was not as I was ready to eat at 6:00 and it was nearly 7:00. I told him it had been decades since my last visit to godfathers pizza. It will likely be decades before I return. I will not be back here. He ended up removing the entire charge from my credit card. For corporate Godfathers pizza. If you are not going to actually deliver pizza, remove it from your website or have customers order through door dash or grub hub or some other delivery website. At the very least, this is dishonest marketing. Shameful. Your marketing tactics cost this franchisee business owner a bad review and a customer forever.

Every time I pick up a pizza from here, it makes my car smell amazing! As a matter of fact, they have the hands down best smelling pizza. I may have joked on occasion about how Godfather's needs to market auto air fresheners that smell like their pizza. Maybe I'm not joking. I was looking for a dinner option and had just delivered one of their fine pies, so that scent was fresh on my mind. So I called them from the road and ordered a large pepperoni and added extra cheese, because why not? They placed the order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Perfect. The staff is ALWAYS professional, courteous, and hard working, but most importantly, they always seem to be having a good time. It's easily one of my favorite pickup locations. But this was the first time I was picking up for myself. I got the pizza home and took this single photo, and it was pretty darn good! The extra cheese was the icing on the cake!
