I wanted to leave a review for Courtney, who I've seen working at both the North Ridgeville and Sheffield Village Pizza Hut locations. My girlfriend and I have interacted with her multiple times, and she consistently stands out. She's always friendly, asks the right questions to make sure everything is correct, and genuinely makes the experience feel welcoming. It's not just routine customer service, she goes out of her way to be kind and personable. People like her make a difference. We always leave in a better mood after interacting with her. Ordered today for delivery and the driver left my order on my front porch! Knocked and didn't even give it 2 minutes before he dropped my food on the floor and speed off in his car. My order was placed at 8pm my app says it was delivered at 8:21 and I was at my door 2 minutes after that watching the driver throw the pizza bag in his car and speed off. And he got my tip??? That's just wild that you can't wait for someone to walk down some stairs and actually open the door before you say screw it. Very disappointed when I order here way to often and I am always waiting with my door open 90% of the time. I have never in my life had this happen getting pizza delivery. read more

Service was mediocre the last time i went. Waitress was nice, but took a long time to get our food (more of the pizza makers fault, not the waitress). Not the best pizza either. Only speaking of the Saturday dinner buffet they have at this location because we normally don't eat Pizza Hut anymore. The salad buffet was pretty messy, all the foods mixed in together. The pizza on the buffet sat there for at least an hour. 2 of the pizza where there when we got here and the same 2 are still sitting there so they may have been out longer. It took forever to get drinks and when we did we had to flag down different people to get them. Our plates stacked up on the table until we left. They must be really understaffed or have pour management with their employees. read more

wow! What a joke. I ordered 4 pizzas and came over to pick them up at 10pm, it says they're open till 11pm for carry out and delivery. Doors locked. Called and was put on hold. I'm outside the door and I clearly see them counting money and making eye contact then ignoring us. We're 2 young women who are less then 5ft tall each. Called back and the women told us to walk thru the drive thru, we said no were walking. She then said oh well, I said okay give me a refund she said hold on. I then see her run out the back door to her car and zoom off. No freaking joke. We walk to the drive thru, I see someone making out pizza, we knock, he ignores us, I keep knocking I said hey and he comes to the window and I said can I have my pizza, he goes well yeah it's been ready....thanks jerk. We've been here trying to get them, he said were closed, I said the door says 11pm we well as online. He goes "I'm the only one here what do you want me me to do" we said there was another person here when we got here and he goes "well yeah she wanted to leave" I said just cancel my order and give me a refund. He said he can't do that because he can't give me extra money. At those point I was standing in a drive thru while cars are shining their lights at us and this dude is not understanding I need a refund. This Pizza Hut is anything you could ever find wrong with a pizza place. Their bathroom floors were so sticky that my shoes were still sticking to the floor throughout the whole building. It took them a half our to bring out 2 pizzas, a medium and a large. Along with the pizzas we also ordered garlic bread, 2 salads, and garlic knots. The garlic bread was good, we only received 1 salad, and the garlic knots weren't even in knots. They should be called garlic balls on the menu because those weren't knots. Even though they weren't in knots the garlic balls weren't very good. They tasted like someone scooped out a spoonful of garlic and added a sprinkling of Parmesan but first had to spit on it just to make the Parmesan stay. It took our waitress 15 minutes to get 3 refills, a water, a Mt. Dew, and a Dr. Pepper. Half of our order we never got. We didn't get a ham and pineapple pizza and one of the salads, an order of wings and unfortunately we did get the garlic "knots". If I could give negative stars, I would. Really hard to rate food considering our pizza never made it to our table. On a Thursday night entered an almost empty restaurant, just a couple of teenagers finishing up. Placed our order at 7:40p (2 pepperoni pizzas), another family arrives 15 mins later places an order and receives their pizza. I finally get the attention of the waitress who seems to be avoiding our area and tells me 5-7 min more. That time passes and we're at 45 min without food and no response other than they had a lot of box orders to fill. What? Then how did the other family get their order and finish by 8:30? Just went there today.. the place smelled like old gym socks, a bunch of teenagers standing around talking while the entire place was dirty the tables were sticky seats full of food empty napkin rolls and their was a bunch of food under a couple tables we moved our seats multiple times, even the menus were dirty. They don't like to clean they're too busy standing around talking. We were the only people there until another couple walked in, THAT says a lot. Won't be going there again. I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut at 5041 Abbe Road in Sheffield, Ohio to be picked up roughly 30 minutes before the start of the Super Bowl today(The Pizza Hut down the street from Lorain County Community College). I am grateful that this was not for a party because i would have been embarrassed. This was the absolute WORST tasting pizza i have ever had from this Pizza Hut. The crust looked like it came out of an EASY BAKE OVEN, the onions were dry, not enough sauce, they forgot the extra cheese, and it was overall TASTELESS. I preordered the Pizza for a certain time, and when i picked it up and took it home, it was not worth eating. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PIZZA HUT. YOU WILL BE SORELY DISAPPOINTED! The reason is didn't take it back is because i didn't want to miss the SuperBowl, and i live 20 minutes away(and its freezing cold outside). Not worth the waste of gas for a return. read more

I dont have a review on the actual pizza since my wife, my 2 children and I walked out after It took 20 minutes to even get a menu. We walked in and stood near the counter for about 5 minutes before we were greeted by someone other than the girl at the counter. they seated us and and we waited almost 20 minutes before we even saw a server, let alone a menu. Several other families were seated and orders were taken all around us during this time, but we didn't get so much as a ,"we'll be right with you". Finally someone came to our table and asked us what we were having for drinks, but we hadn't even seen the menu yet so it's anyone's guess what drink products they carry here. We ended up walking out and down to the Marco's pizza just a few stores down and got a great pizza and awesome service. Best part about it was that it took less time to order and cook my pizza than it did to even get a menu in a nearly empty pizza hut. Too bad there's not an option for 0 stars. read more
