This place is a complete disaster and I expect fast food service to be bad but this place is over the top. I ordered from the app to be ready in a hour. I got there an hour later and had to wait an additional 25-30 minutes in addition to the hour that they had from the app order. They gave me just legs and thighs instead of the breasts and other pieces that come in an 8 piece meal which I noticed when I got home. I ordered butter sauce, hot sauce and 6 other sauces that came with my 12 piece chicken tenders and received none of them. The potato wedges were over cooked and hard as a rock. To make it worse, when I was waiting, one of the worker's friend and friend's girlfriend walked in , ordered and received their food immediately and he had the manager authorize to get their employee discount while 4 people with online orders just watched and waited. We had the laugh that this restaurant has signs in front of their registers that say they no longer give refunds and will fix issues with a smile. If you have to print and hang that in your restaurant you would think that owner and management would think that maybe the restaurant is the one with the problem. read more

The team at the KFC location was quick, kind, and outstanding! From when we walked in, every member of the team was completing a task to ensure best results! The dialogue at the counter with the team members was light, polite, and informative as to what was offered at the location. (They were awesome and I appreciate their charisma.) Stopped here with my wife the other night. First, they wouldn't accept our coupon for some reason; but we had a taste for KFC, so went ahead and ordered anyway. Spent almost $30 bucks for 2 basic dinners and pop. We normally go to the KFC by Chestnut Commons but all the locations suffer from the same issue. They're getting way too expensive and the chicken pieces keep getting smaller. How is a family with a couple of kids supposed to enjoy your food? AND . . . . . Where is KFC getting their chickens from ??? They always seem to have some small skinny legs (and thighs) so I'm guessing these chickens never see the light of day outside a cage. Or . . . . . these chickens are running on a treadmill, all day and night. C'mon KFC. You're chicken tastes good but at these prices, at least give your customers some decent sized pieces. read more

I have to say I have not personally ate at this KFC. I wanted to share my experience I saw from the street! Yes, from the street! The stink of this restaurant can literally be smelled as soon as you get off of the highway exit! I honestly saw the line of people around the building and so many pull away from the incredibly slow service and many went to restaurants across the street or in the other side of the plaza! I went to this KFC last night and it was busy and slow, but the drive thru staff was nice and the food was fresh & hot.

I placed a mobile order with the idea that it would be ready either when I got there or shortly there after. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't even started... however when the cashier went to print my ticket to start my order it disappeared from the pos system. The cashier repeatedly asked for assistance, she was ignored by what seemed to be the supervisor on duty. When she finally was able to find my order on the order screen to prove to that I had placed it the supervisor told her not to make my order. The supervisor then got on the phone with the GM who told her to obviously make my order. The entire crew then ignored The cashier as she was rushed to make my order. They ignored her when she asked for some mash potatoes from the drive through side and she damn near had to beg to get help with the lobby that slowly was filling up with people. The supervisor on duty was extremely dismissive and rude. She blatantly ignored me and did not speak to once besides accusing me of cancelling my order. It took over 40 minutes from when I submitted my order to when I finally received it. The only reason I did not verbally express the entirety of my frustration with this situation was the cashier's visible effort to resolve this situation. I am extremely disappointed in this store and I most definitely will never be placing a mobile order for this location again. And be assured that everyone I know is getting told about this. I am so disappointed by this location and especially the piss poor management that was shown tonight. read more

Ordered food the other day my food was okay but the service I got was terrible. Went to the drive thru & when I got to the window the girl didn't say one word to me even after I said hello. No greeting no hi how are you today. When she handed me my food she slammed the window & didn't say anything still. Just very rude for no reason. Will not be going back to this location. KFC needs to teach their employees common courtesy. read more

Ordered a family meal that includes 8 pieces of chicken. Only got 7 pieces normally would think just a mistake but had previously ordered 16 another time and only got 13. Either the employees are unable to count or they are cheats. I am beginning to think this is their business model. If I ever go there again will sit in their drive thru and count the chicken. read more

Requested two three piece all white meat, fries, and coleslaw meals. Got two thighs and one leg, over done fries, and over baked biscuits that were rock hard. The only thing that was edible was the coleslaw. Went through the drive up. Very disappointing and will not go back to this KFC. read more

I give them a one-star because you can't give them a zero third time I've ordered from this place they have messed my order up I order online because it's a big order so people know or they know to make a lot of chicken every time I go in to pick it up they don't have enough of that kind of chicken the extra crispy and then they tend to forget a lot of sides this time they forgot for large mashed potatoes and gravy and then I call to complain and they put me on hold for an hour I recommend never ordering from this particular KFC they don't care about their customers or the quality of their food or getting the order right all they care about is taking your money and pushing you through the line I will never order from this one again I may never order from KFC again every freaking restaurant around here is going downhill when it comes to KFC read more

Went through the drive thru to pickup an online order (with an already angry line of customers) the night of 8/16/2020 and the manager was extremely and constantly raising her voice with me. They were out of chicken tenders for my order and I was willing to compromise for a different type of chicken, but the manager absolutely was not. I ended up getting screamed and swore at by the manager because they were out of chicken tenders and the cookies were frozen. Somehow that is my fault. I was sent on my way with no food and no refund. Along with several other customers. I guess that is what happens when you have an 18 year old little girl running the restaurant as manager with no customer service experience whatsoever. If it were possible to give negative stars for this KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken I would. The customer service was pathetic. We were told they only had 3 thighs on hand and that if we wanted all thighs we'd have to wait 30 minutes. She told us she couldn't understand why people wanted "dark meat" and that she preferred drumsticks. Duh! I don't call KFC fast food but 3 snack packs taking 1/2 hour is just wrong. Then 2 were supposed to be breasts and the guy told me he put the 2 breasts in one box and when I got them home they were thighs. He was rude to the lady in front of me, to the point of giving her a dirty look when she asked him to stop wringing people up and fill her order. I think this location is filthy. A high chair was beside our table and was discusting and covered wih dirt. Not gooey , a child has been here dirt, but it looked like it had been pulled out of the garbage. The windows were smeared and looked like they had not been cleaned in months. I think the thing I was annoyed with the most was the woman behind the counter screaming that if you make a mess then you need to clean it up. I went through the drive-thru and ordered wings and a pot pie. got home and tasted the pot pie and it tasted moldy to me! I called the restaurant and told them it didn't taste right--instead of saying "I'm sorry, bring it back and we'll try to make it better or we'll exchange it for something else."--No--that doesn't happen--the Manager gives me attitude over the phone and attitude when I get there to return it!! He says, "we make these fresh every hour and a half--it should be fine!" Now despite that I just had to drive a 6 mile round trip to return [the crap he called food]--and I was determined to be polite but firm--he NEVER apologizes, he turns away, dumps the pot pie in the trash and says, "give her a $5 dollar meal deal!" and stalks away. D'hell??!! Really? If it wasn't for the polite kid who then took care of me--I would Never come back there again. I will Definitely NOT be ordering anymore pot pies! read more
