We flagged down a passing waitress and asked that someone come to our table. No one did. We eventually left without being served. What puzzles me is the reviews. There's a noticeable split -- a subset of customers seem to have genuinely wonderful experiences, while others describe something much closer to what we encountered. That kind of inconsistency makes me wonder whether certain guests -- perhaps regulars, or people who fit a particular profile -- receive a different level of attention than others. I can't say for certain what's driving it, but the pattern is hard to ignore. I'm not writing this out of frustration alone. I'm writing it because I think prospective diners deserve to know that their experience here may vary significantly -- and that the reasons for that variation aren't entirely clear.
