Great tasty food prepared safely. Reasonable prices. The food is served in to go containers so your take home meal is ready to go and the staff has fewer dishes to wash. The restaurant is quiet. People can hear each other talk. It's kid friendly. Everyone is made to feel welcome there. read more

Still just as wonderful since the first time I had it! Adorable charm with decorations for every holiday! Hilarious t-shorts and merch for everyone! I picked Lu's because I wanted to see the steam engine artwork on the back of the Grafton Laundromat. How's that for bringing some business to little ole Grafton! Anyhow, Lu's is a great pizza place. My buddy ordered the large deluxe and loved it. Plenty of toppings and cooked perfectly. $23 for an extra large 16" I ordered the BBQ Chicken Bacon Pineapple. $26 for an extra large. Cooked perfectly also, personally I'd of like a little more pineapple on it but I also realize this is something new pizza shops are doing but I love the change. All in all, a great little shop, our beliefs are the privately own shops always do pizza better! If there's another visit, I'll try the pierogi pizza, due to my heritage: ) read more

Just moved to town recently and had to check out our local pizzeria! So glad we did. The pizza is amazing! Our new fav pizza place.

This is my favorite pizza and wings and the service is fantastic, our go to pizza joint.

First time trying this pizza place. Had a Philly cheesesteak pizza and deluxe and antipasto salad. The pizza had no taste. I don't know if it didn't have a lot of sauce or what. While the ingredients were fresh, we had to put ranch dressing on it to eat it. Samoskys Philly cheesesteak pizza is probably better in my opinion . This order was $60 too which is steep! Try Dear Mama's pizza in Strongsville. read more

Not only is Lus pizza the best I have ever had, crust is amazing, the sauce is the best! The people who run it ARE THE KINDEST SWEETEST PEOPLE! I'm always greeted with a big smile from whoever's working at the front counter no matter how busy they are... My food is always ready and hot.!! They truly have taken an unfortunate circumstance from their original building, burning down and truly building A thriving business!!! If you have not tried Lus pizza spot, you will really enjoy the food and atmosphere.... Make sure you sit outside at the cute patio.... Enjoy!! read more

Great pizza! We love a local place and was happy to find this while we were camping nearby. Yummy wings and sauce. very nice people The remodeled dining area and patio were very nice. It looked cozy and cute in there. They did a great job. Fair prices as well. Would surely return! read more

Top notch pizza. We had a great experience today when we chose to dine in. We were greeted by a pleasant server who did an amazing job. We ordered a dinner salad and a XL pepperoni pizza. The pizza was perfect. Good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly with a little crisp on the edges. The menu has much more than just pizza, such as subs, pasta, salads, wings and more! I'm excited to go back and try more. read more

On hold for over 20 minutes. If you can't take the order don't keep someone on hold. Terrible service

Best pizza in Grafton, Ohio. Grafton is a small town, so you might not think that claim would necessarily mean a lot, but they really are good. Worth the drive if it's a little out of your usual range. read more

Great spot right in Grafton. Feels very 'hometown'. The people are always friendly. Service is fast. Food is good. We've ordered pizzas, subs, wings and salads. Can't ask for much more. read more

We finally tried Lu's after 23 years! We were not disappointed! The pizza was crisp and well done. No soggy crust, just a delightful crunch! I forgot how good a pizza could be... The wings are fantastic also! Since then, we have returned with some friends, and they concur. It is a go-to spot for great pizza! read more

Typical small town pizza. Service was good and they have an outdoor patio as well as indoor seating if you don't get your order to go.

Excellent food! Pizza, subs, and salads. It's all great. They also have delivery if you want. Best pizza in town. read more

Best pizza around Grafton area. The ladies that work and wait on you, are super friendly and always busy, but caution: not so much hustle when the younger kids (under 25) are waiting on you, which is sad but typical nowadays. Lu's pizza tastes great, crust is always just right and not ever burnt. Would have given them 5 stars, but toppings on our "deluxe" pizza were very light. In my humble opinion, a deluxe should be an example of your very best, otherwise it should be called the "pretty-good" pizza and not "deluxe." Next time will have to stick with standard single topping Pepperoni. Last comment: Lu's is local and happy to support them. If you want a good homemade pizza, give them a try. Nothing fancy, but nice inside for a pizza place. Summer patio is also worth considering, and they do serve beer now. Already looking forward to our next visit. read more

Second visit. I knew I was right. This place has better regular pizzas than specialty pizzas. Tonight we kept it basic. Large pepperoni pizza with mushrooms on half. Not a huge deal but the mushrooms are canned. Just an FYI. I also got the Italian salad. Again very good and good sized. The house and caesar salads were tiny. Mozzarella sticks were average. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We will be back. read more

do not eat here. all they focus on is their take out pizzas. we waited 45 minutes and no food. asked what the problem was, its coming right out. 10 minutes later still no food and no apology. we left. they didn't even try to make it right. read more

One of the best pizzas ever! The menu is huge, and you will have a hard time deciding. We sat on the outdoor patio, recently remodeled and was very nice. Service was great too! read more

Lu's is a great neighborhood pizza place. The patio they added is a great place to sit on a summer evening and enjoy a relaxing gathering with friends and good salad and pizza. Salads are fresh and the pizza is excellent. I highly recommend Lu's read more

It's ok. Came here 2 weeks after their reopening. There was a crazy long wait of 2.5 hours, and I knew this, so I had to reserve pizza quite early in the afternoon. I ordered a cheese pizza. Had a nice tinge of sweetness to it, the bread wasn't too thick. A bit more pricey and a battle to even get a pizza compared to Marcos Pizza down the street. read more

They used to have great pizza but since they came back from the fire it has been AWFUL! I have been eating their pizza for 40 years and haven't been back in the last year. Will never return. So sad! Too many young kids working the ovens and it appears they are clueless! read more

We ordered sausage and pepperoni pizza. It was delicious. Had been meaning to try for awhile. Sorry I waited so long

Pizza is usually never burnt of under done but one out of 1000 times it's a little hard

Great pizza as a kid and still best pizza around. Legendary. I always have to drive out of my way to get lu's but it's worth it.

Excellent pizza, the sauce is a sweet sauce but not in a bad way. Love the pizza. The atmosphere is obviously a bit older they are in the downtown section of Grafton. Well worth the drive. The staff isn't always the friendliest, not rude by no means. Nothing to knock any stars off of the review. The pizzas are reasonably priced are well packaged for pickup. I don't think they have delivery. We live close enough that we can walk there in the summer. The business is a bit primitive in terms of technology I don't think you can order online so you have to phone it in. Seems the orders always take 30 minutes but then, I think that is standard for Pizza. Worth the effort to at least give it a go. read more

Pretty good pizza. Its cool this little town has a local pizza place. It is more expensive compared to macros which is down the road, but it is always good to try something different. read more

Good enough for a quick bite following a late night of kids activities. Given the area, you cannot complain that there is actually a local pizza place. Eating inside was an adventure in itself. Couple that with people watching and you have one heck of an evening. read more

Great childhood memories but absolutely horrible pizza & customer service Tuesday night! If I could leave NO stars I would. Both our pies had no cheese or at least not enough to be considered pizza. When we called to complain the young man did NOT want to hear it & firmly stated all ingredients are weighed out period. Left my name & # for the manager/owner to call me (because he was too busy) and still have received nothing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK read more

Lu's Pizza - Where is the cheese?!?! - Pizza Near Me - Grafton, Ohio

Just discovered this place. It's small, a little dark, the building is very old, but what it lacks in ambiance, it more than makes up for in taste. As a Chicago native, I consider myself a pizza expert, more or less. This was one of the better pizzas I've had in Ohio. We paid $6.99 for a large one-topping pizza. The sauce is a bit on the sweet side, but the pizza was great. Certainly a nice break from the franchise nightmares taking over Ohio. We ate inside, and at least a dozen people stopped in to pick up orders while we were there, so this place certainly seems to be a favorite with the locals (not a lot of other choices, but still). If you're from out of town like us, don't let the appearance of the place put you off. The pizza is well worth it. Give me taste over atmosphere anytime. read more

A Grafton staple. Excellent crust. The sweet pizza sauce is trademark. Prices are fair. Great mom and pop spot that continues to deliver.
