It is a beautiful fluffy texture that is saturated with flavor and absolutely melts in your mouth. This place is a fancy restaurant that we snuck into on a day off. We didn't have reservations but were able to be accommodated quickly without one. The steak was good but not anything I feel like needs to be focused on (I know a steak house) I got the delmonico and honestly I wasn't impressed at all. My partners was delicious though so I think it was just a matter of the cut I got. We got the artichoke dip and it was good too but nothing out of this world. But the butter cake. I would pay $65 for a steak I didn't even finish for that butter cake any day of my life. So yes this is a 5 star review of a place I had average (now my average is likely ground breaking food... I am a true food snob) food at and paid $200 for the meal without alcohol, because of the butter cake. Other notes: our server was awesome too and the ambiance is definitely ON POINT! I went with the larger portion of prime rib, a house salad, and a sweet potato. My wife requested chicken cordon blue, a caesar salad, and french fries. Our salads were delivered quickly. Mine was very tasty and fresh. My wine was delicious and it paired well with my prime rib. Our dinner took about 30 minutes to prepare and was delivered hot. My prime rib was delicious. It was tender and cooked the way I requested. The ajou sauce was delicious as was the horse radish sauce. My sweet potato was very good. The skin was crispy and full of vitamins. Very very good! My wife's chicken cordon blue was also delicious. Both meals were super yummy and filling. The portions are large, so my wife had lunch the next day with her leftovers. Service was good. We had a great dinner!
