Great food and a good price. We got there and were helped quickly. The food came out pretty quick considering how much we ordered. The food was fresh and delicious. read more

Oh, Salad Kraze, how I wish you were like the wonderful old days, but the trend is not my friend. First they discontinued free breadsticks. Then they raised prices. And continued to raise prices. Then they reduced portions- in the happy days, I was unable to see the bottom of the plastic container of a small signature salad, because product volume used to cover it. Last two times they included the chopped hard, woody heart of the iceberg lettuce- not happy surprises. I miss you so much, but cannot abide this trend. read more

I ate here for the first time with a party of 4. We tried the wraps, salad, a smoothie, and soups. The spinach and Caesar pasta salad was really great, fresh ingredients, and just as described on the menu, really good salad. The hummus wrap was also great, just the right amount of hummus mixed with cucumbers, spinach, and tomatoes. Really yummy. We also tried the broccoli cheddar soup, which was super salty and unfortunately took away from the taste of the soup. The chicken garlic Parmesan wrap was also overly salty. The smoothie was very good. Overall the food was good but some of it was just way too salty. I would try this place again, and go for the salad. read more

Delicious and fresh. The salads are amazing with so many toppings to choose. The space is small, but don't let that fool you! The salad is always worth the drive and the wait. Order ahead a get it to go. read more

Great salads one of the few places that hasn't raised their prices super high. The smoothie was good, the autumn salad was amazing good portion. My friend got the salmon salad which is a great deal and looked really good. The service is very young ppl and not very friendly that's why I took one star. read more

Always love whatever we order here! Staff is pleasant, food is fresh and often a bit busy during lunch and dinner but we'll staffed and prices are reasonable. We go 1-3 times a month as a regular stop when in a hurry at dinner or a good lunch. read more

not happy with service. I just placed an in store order for 4:53pm. there were people ordering after me. Getting their food and leaving. While I sat there Waiting and waiting. I decided to go up at 5:30pm to ask about my food. Stupid blonde girl at the counter, didn't even take our order to the back to get made. No apology For the inconvenience. We come there all the time, when the owner isnt there the place goes to crap. Listening to all kinds of music, music too loud u can hear staff or customers. the staff needs to do better or they will lose customers. read more

The food here is always excellent. It is a busy place so there may be a bit of a wait, but the staff works rapidly to get the orders ready. One of my favorite places for lunch. read more

Stunningly large salad I was able to customize with a wide array of ingredients to choose from for a bit over 10 bucks! You don't get a bargain especially on healthyish food like this anywhere anymore. They have smoothies, subs, and wraps too. They carry Mandi Mae baking company cookies. I tried the cinnamon pecan and it was startlingly delicious. It was super soft and had moats of cinnamon sugar and pecan and was just all around a top shelf cookie. Must try! Wish they had other flavors. read more

Salads are good, but the service is terrible. If you buy online and pay online you should not have to wait 20 minutes when you pick up to get your food that is sitting in a fridge. The set up is completely inefficient. They should have one person handing out to go orders that are paid in advance. One person taking in restaurant orders and phone orders and the remainder of the staff assembling food. read more

I hadn't been here in about nine years but I recently changed jobs and they often come to Salad KraZe for lunch about once a week. I decided to try the cheesy BLT pasta salad which consists of a layer of pasta, lettuce, cheese, tomato, bacon, and a delicious dressing. I got the small and it was humongous. It was very affordable and extremely delicious. I definitely will be getting this again soon. I also got the chicken paprikash soup. It was delicious! And another great portion size. This place is extremely affordable and gives great portion sizes for their delicious food. The week can be a little long around lunchtime so it might be a good idea to call ahead. They do get pretty busy. read more

Fresh products with fast service. Great value for your dollar. In addition to salads, they carry soups, wraps and smoothies

OMGOSH WoW! Please chalk this place up under establishments I stuck my nose up at and now love! 5 stars all around! I was in Cleveland visiting my sister who lives in Westlake. We had eaten like pigs all weekend and on Monday I asked her if we could go somewhere healthy for lunch. She started looking up places and showed me a pic of this place. I took one look at the outside and said "ugh pass." (SHAME ON ME!). After about an hour though, I was getting hungry so went on Yelp to peruse some options. This place came up again and I saw the reviews on here. And the pics-- oh man that Caesar wrap looked amazing! I was sold. So we headed in at 2pm on a Monday. I couldn't believe how hard this team was working. There were about 5 associates and all of them were busting their butts. You would have thought they were catering a wedding or something. After standing around trying to figure out what we wanted, I quickly turned and saw that a line of 5 other people had formed behind us. (Keep in mind it's a Monday at 2pm-- not exactly peak time for lunch or dinner but it sure felt crazy busy in there). I told my sister I had high hopes-- this place had to be good with so much business! I opted for the Caesar Wrap with no egg or bacon. My sis got the BBQ Chicken Wrap. We took our wraps to a park in Bay to sit by the water and dug in. SO GOOD! It was everything I dreamed it would be! My sister let me have a bite of hers and it was just as good. We would not stop talking about this place for the rest of the day! My sister even took her husband there the next night. LOL! This will quickly become a new favorite lunch spot for whenever I'm in CLE. There are so many wraps I want to try. Best word of advice-- do not let the outdoor fool you (aka don't be a snob like me). This place is really nice on the inside and their food is top notch! Can't wait to go back! read more

I love all the salads! I usually have onions on my salad and always fear my salad won't be good without them (not an option) but I never miss them!! They always give you 2 dressings for their half salad which is huge! It's usually super busy, so expect to wait, but it's worth it! read more

I absolutely love Salad Kraze! We order 2 times a week almost every week! The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I always make my own salad, but my husband's a big fan of their wraps and soups. The chicken salad wrap is very good! I love their Chicken Papakosh soup!!! I've never tried the smoothies but my son is a big fan. Easy to order on line and pick up or walk in is quick to. Limited seating but we've never had trouble if we're eating in, just be prepared during lunch time. A must try!! Never disappointed read more

Huge salads for the price. Staff are very courteous. Love the many different options to choose from. They also serve soup, wraps, and smoothies. I have had their soup which has always been good. I had a wrap once and it was a nice size and delicious. I haven't had a smoothie yet. This is our go to place for a nice dinner salad. read more

Years later and this spot is my go to for delicious, fresh salads in the area. Favorite of all time is a still the Baja salad, but sometimes that's not the healthiest. The Baja is a treat, but the Alaskan Salmon is a close second and is incredibly healthy. I take out the carrots and add avocado. The in house balsamic vinaigrette is packed with flavor. Another good one is their Greek salad. I like to substitute the black olives and replace them with green olives. I also add cucumbers and chicken. This is another phenomenal salad that taste incredible but is also healthy. Kraze berry smoothie is still the best thing! Still need to try the wraps. Soon though..! read more

Checked this place out because of the five star reviews. Have to admit the outside and the first steps inside the doors were not impressive, and I almost turned around and left. Boy, am I glad I didn't. Got two enormous salads, both of which were delicious, for under $14. If I lived on this side of town, I go here all the time. Like many times a week. Try it. Don't be dissuaded by the outside appearance. read more

Delicious, fresh salads that are definitely not plain. Lots of choices and huge servings. You can even make your own!

I tried Salad Kraze today for the first time with a colleague while out that way for a meeting. The place is cute on the inside and they were very quick to wait on us. I made a build your own salad and was impressive by the portion size. I liked that I could mix greens with pasta. Additionally, there was such a variety of toppings. I picked a base of romaine and whole wheat rotini with chicken, apples, pears, mandarin oranges and grapes. I enjoyed the salad but have two small gripes. First, the grapes were huge and thus had really large seeds in them. And second, the chicken was your typical out of a bag, already cooked chicken, I would have loved it if it was a bit better quality and had better taste. I'd visit again, but would skip the chicken and grapes. read more

Great food and service. A perfect healthy option for lunch or dinner. Wraps are awesome and the people are Great!!!

Online Order was not prepared correctly. Small portion of toppings on salad. Forgot salad dressing. Soup wasn't hot - so so.

I could eat from here every single day!! I like being able to call in an order while I'm driving home from work, stopping in grabbing the delicious food and getting on my way. I am creature of habit usually, so I stick to what I know I like. And I know I LOVE the Autumn Crunch Salad. That Apple Vinaigrette dressing is out of this world! I love how simple the salad is and how delicious it is. I've also tried the Garden Of Eaten which was good as well. My husband always goes for the wraps, usually the buffalo chicken wrap, and he loves them. Great location, great food and quick service! read more

Delicious salads! Cheesy BLT Pasta Salad is my favorite. They also have great smoothies.

I was I could say my second visit to Salad KraZe, was better than my first, but I can't. I ordered a build your own salad with 4 toppings and salmon. My husband ordered pasta salad and a wrap. They brought the order to our car and we began to drive out of the parking lot. I peeled inside the bag and realized there was no salmon on my salad and there was also no pasta salad included. I walked back into the store with my salmon-less salad and waited awhile before I was helped. No apologies were given for the faulty order or the inconvenience. They plopped some salmon on my salad and handed me a brown paper bag with pasta salad. When we arrived at home and opened up the pasta salad, we were disappointed to see it was just dry pasta. Great salads and sandwiches. Staff is friendly and courteous. Very friendly atmosphere.

Always fresh and I've only ever had them mess something up once and they fixed and adjusted the price!!

Nice place, can get slammed and backed up around lunchtime. I've never tried the salads but they look good. I'm giving 3 stars because they reaaallllyy let you know each time that making smoothies are a huge inconvenience. They're openly irritated if you order one and borderline hostile if you order one when they're a bit busy. I get that it's maybe more time consuming to make than a salad but.... I didn't make the menu. They also get really irritated if you don't order ahead online. read more

I had a great salad from here... 3 actually... we ordered the smalls and they were really big. I don't think there are enough salad places like this around. I actually can't think of another one. I didn't go inside because they had very efficient curb side pick up and with the baby I'm the car, that was great. I love pasta in salads, I don't know why, I just do, so the BLT was my favorite. They also have wraps and a bunch of other stuff! read more
