The potato was cooked perfectly and the chicken was very flavorful. Ended up taking this to go and the food was still hot! I appreciate Mo letting me try the chicken before adding it to my bowl. The mini pancakes he made were perfect as well with Caramel, white chocolate, and strawberries. So was the juice. The is a quaint restaurant that's worth a try. I was visiting some family and we live anything related to potatoes so we decided to give this place a try. They have Loaded Baked Potatoes, a Potato pizza and fresh juice. We ordered 3 loaded potatoes and 1 Mango juice. We felt everything was pretty good; the potatoes are large and come out hot and flavorful and he adds S&P, Butter and mozzarella cheese to every potato. I think this is what makes it flavorful. Then you can add any amount of toppings from a plethora of toppings from meat to veggies and sauces. Only thing that was a little disappointing is that by the time you get your potato it isn't steaming hot any more. All of us felt that it would have been nice if there was an option to heat it up some more before he topped it off with some cold sauces. The juice truly are fresh but there is sugar added. However you can ask not to have that if you want. All in all I would come here again. Only 2 things I would improve is a lower price point if you're not getting any meat toppings; $9 is kinda steep for a vegetarian potato. The business has been open for two years now. It only operates in Parma Heights. Westlake location is now closed. I stopped in at Potelah once again while driving by. My latest experience did not compare to my previous ones. It was slightly worse to my disappointment. Potelah is a small eatery that's designed for to-go order pickups. There are two small tables - one with three chairs, and another with one. Not a very comfy dine-in setup if that's what you're looking for. I tried to dine in here once and my potatoes did not conveniently fit the table. I had too many potatoes! Expect colorful and catchy marketing throughout the store, and Middle Eastern flair/music. Begin your order at the counter whether you're craving juice, potato options or something a little sweeter. Menu option categories include baked potato (choose your own toppings), baked potato pizza bowl, sweet potato (with pistachios, chocolate, strawberries, and other yummy toppings), cinnamon sweet potatoes, juices, smoothies, and fruit salads. They also now have Dubai chocolate cups! The process of building your dishes is very collaborative, and staff helps you add the tastiest toppings. They explain how the experience works even if it's not your first time. I went with my usual - baked potato (with sour cream, cheese, butter, salt, and bacon add on at a surcharge). It's the first time that I didn't devour everything that I ordered here, so let's hope it was just a one off day. The staff was very transactional. During my previous visits other employees were more cordial and social. Here I felt a bit of an upsell of juice and Dubai chocolate, but no genuine friendliness. It was also quite atypical. This eatery is located in the shopping plaza. There is plenty of parking available. I will probably be back in a while to see if the experience improves. Came here because their instagram page had a promotion for $4.99 baked potato with unlimited toppings but $1 extra per meat. The line was out the door so I am assuming this place is the place to be! I also ordered a juice but it took way longer for someone to make the juice compared to the potato process. There was one guy designated in making the juices and adding the potatoes to the cooker. There's another guy cooking the proteins in the back. There was a girl designated to smash up the potato and then another guy putting the toppings and being the cashier. Overall this was a very overwhelming experience since there were so many options, but the efficiency of the service could be better. I tried to give my drink order before I gave my potato order, but they didn't want to hear it until I was by the cashier. It was quite annoying waiting 10 minute after I paid and already had my potato in hand, just to wait for my drink. My wife had done some research on this place, so when we were in the area, we stopped in. The customer service is amazing here. They were experiencing a bit of a rush, so one of the employees offered us a free fresh squeezed juice for the wait. The wait actually was not that long at all, I'd say about 5 minutes. I ordered a custom loaded potato with gyro meat, cheese, corn, mayo, and bbq sauce. My wife ended up getting the baked portato pizza. The food only took a few minutes to be prepared, and it looked delicious. I really enjoyed my potato. It was loaded up nicely, and the flavors complimented each other well. I just wish my cheese would've melted a little better. My wife loved her baked potato pizza. Both were pretty filling, and my wife had enough to take home. Hidden deliciousness! My family were curious and I stopped by to try out Potelah after hearing about it from friends and were not disappointed! They mash up huge baked potatoes with butter and cheese and then you select a protein and a bunch of peppers, vegetables and other toppings and you are ready to eat. The food is amazing and plentiful, so one has only themself to blame if they go away hungry! I also tried a mango smoothie, which was fresh and very good. The service was excellent, and we were able to sit outside as they have some tables in front. It is an easy drive for us and about 20-25 minutes away, so we are already planning our next visit. This gem is in a strip mall and doesn't look particularly special until you go in and try the food. This is such a fun concept. Everyone loves potatoes! The prices were good and the potatoes were HUGE. I just wish there were more topping options. There weren't any signature items like a list of combos that are great together. It was all 'build your own' which is fine, but I didn't feel like there was much to make it stand out. First time experience here - did it Doordash style - I am not a fan of the loaded baked potato so I just wanted one with butter and sour cream on the side - the on the side part was granted - but what I did not expect was the inside of the potato would appear as if it was whipped with a fork and then was loaded up with salt and pepper - I would have preferred standard baked potato vs mashed potato texture and also adding salt and pepper myself - I do enjoy baked potato skin but the skin on my spud was so dark and overdone that it was inedible. Not impressed. In a nutshell, the place was small, hot, and overpriced with questionable service. My wife and I stopped in around dinner time on a Friday. The customer space is maybe 50 square ft (10'x5') with one small table. Behind the counter there were maybe 7 or 8 people working. The table was occupied and there were already about 3 people waiting for their orders. I ordered a potato pizza while my wife ordered a potato with butter and cheese. The pizza took longer because they had to bake it. While we waited, the place started to fill up. Keep in mind, the customer space is not very big to begin with. Issues: 1. They seemed unorganized and had a difficult time figuring out which potato went with which order. They placed someone else's pizza in the bag with my wife's potato. Since I was paying attention, I caught it in time. Maybe you can chalk this up to being relatively new. 2. They charged us $1 extra for meat we did not get, but quickly refunded the money when I pointed it out. Make sure you get and check your receipt!!! 3. They forgot the butter for my wife's potato 4. Because of the small space, people were practically standing on top of each other by the time we left. Someone got fed up and left before ordering as we walked out. 5. Just for the 2 potatoes, we paid $24 without any extras. The potatoes are nice sized, but that seems rather expensive to me. Add in the extras and a couple smoothies and you're looking at $45 easy. My wife and I could go to a decent sit-down restaurant and pay that much for nice chicken and fish dinners with a baked potato on the side. 6. It was hotter inside than it was outside on a sunny 80-degree humid day. 7. Not sure why a potato pizza is 40% more expensive than a regular potato.
