First came here in 2024 and it was amazing. Came back again and the visit was long over due. Tonight I had the pleasure of having Mo prepare my food. He was very kind and attentive! The potato was cooked perfectly and the chicken was very flavorful. Ended up taking this to go and the food was still hot! I appreciate Mo letting me try the chicken before adding it to my bowl. The mini pancakes he made were perfect as well with Caramel, white chocolate, and strawberries. So was the juice. Can't go wrong with the food here and if you have Mo helping you the service will be amazing! read more

We tried a pizza and potato. They weren't really that different but the pizza costs more. We enjoyed all the topping selections. Loved the beef bacon and beef pepperoni toppings. They put a good size portion of toppings on both the pizza and potato. If we come back I would like to try the sweet potato dessert and a crepe. Service was good and they have two tables (4 chairs) if you want to dine in! read more

Staff were nice. Unfortunately I couldn't eat my potato pizza. I kept getting bones and after almost cracking a tooth didn't want to risk eating it. My shake was tasty. But it was a surprise of how small it is. I didn't think it would be large but it's smaller than most kid sizes. read more

The is a quaint restaurant that's worth a try. I was visiting some family and we live anything related to potatoes so we decided to give this place a try. They have Loaded Baked Potatoes, a Potato pizza and fresh juice. We ordered 3 loaded potatoes and 1 Mango juice. We felt everything was pretty good; the potatoes are large and come out hot and flavorful and he adds S&P, Butter and mozzarella cheese to every potato. I think this is what makes it flavorful. Then you can add any amount of toppings from a plethora of toppings from meat to veggies and sauces. Only thing that was a little disappointing is that by the time you get your potato it isn't steaming hot any more. All of us felt that it would have been nice if there was an option to heat it up some more before he topped it off with some cold sauces. The juice truly are fresh but there is sugar added. However you can ask not to have that if you want. All in all I would come here again. Only 2 things I would improve is a lower price point if you're not getting any meat toppings; $9 is kinda steep for a vegetarian potato. And have a way to heat these spuds up even though he gets them out steaming hot. Oh and there are only 2 small table with 2 chairs so don't plan on dining in if it's more than 2 of you. read more

Went in for first time. Got a milkshake. A very small maybe 8 oz cup was $8.00! Way to expensive. I can get a milkshake from Mc Donald bigger and cheaper and tastes better. I will never go back there. read more

Potelah is a very interesting local concept that combines potato and juice bars. I LOVE potatoes, so I was extremely excited to discover this spot last year. The business has been open for two years now. It only operates in Parma Heights. Westlake location is now closed. I stopped in at Potelah once again while driving by. My latest experience did not compare to my previous ones. It was slightly worse to my disappointment. Potelah is a small eatery that's designed for to-go order pickups. There are two small tables - one with three chairs, and another with one. Not a very comfy dine-in setup if that's what you're looking for. I tried to dine in here once and my potatoes did not conveniently fit the table. I had too many potatoes! Expect colorful and catchy marketing throughout the store, and Middle Eastern flair/music. Begin your order at the counter whether you're craving juice, potato options or something a little sweeter. Menu option categories include baked potato (choose your own toppings), baked potato pizza bowl, sweet potato (with pistachios, chocolate, strawberries, and other yummy toppings), cinnamon sweet potatoes, juices, smoothies, and fruit salads. They also now have Dubai chocolate cups! The process of building your dishes is very collaborative, and staff helps you add the tastiest toppings. They explain how the experience works even if it's not your first time. I went with my usual - baked potato (with sour cream, cheese, butter, salt, and bacon add on at a surcharge). There are plenty of other toppings and meat toppings (at surcharge).I also ordered the go-to watermelon juice. I can't say that I was happy about my latest order. The potato wasn't good. The skin was burned and was black. It's something that I'd expect to make in my own campfire, but not at a restaurant with potato expertise and $8.99+ potato prices. I was hoping to see better looking potatoes here like during my previous times. The potato also tasted soggy like it was sitting out for a while. It was also very salty. I am an excessive salter, and it was even too much for me. Watermelon juice was tasty at the top but toward the bottom hinted at the use of frozen watermelon. It's the first time that I didn't devour everything that I ordered here, so let's hope it was just a one off day. The staff was very transactional. During my previous visits other employees were more cordial and social. Here I felt a bit of an upsell of juice and Dubai chocolate, but no genuine friendliness. It was also quite atypical. This eatery is located in the shopping plaza. There is plenty of parking available. I will probably be back in a while to see if the experience improves. I love the concept of ordering your own potato! Even though I can prepare my own potato, someone else doing it for me feels so ritzy. I just hope that the quality returns to its prior state! read more

Potelah - Love it here - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Parma Heights, Ohio

Came here because their instagram page had a promotion for $4.99 baked potato with unlimited toppings but $1 extra per meat. The line was out the door so I am assuming this place is the place to be! I also ordered a juice but it took way longer for someone to make the juice compared to the potato process. There was one guy designated in making the juices and adding the potatoes to the cooker. There's another guy cooking the proteins in the back. There was a girl designated to smash up the potato and then another guy putting the toppings and being the cashier. Overall this was a very overwhelming experience since there were so many options, but the efficiency of the service could be better. I tried to give my drink order before I gave my potato order, but they didn't want to hear it until I was by the cashier. It was quite annoying waiting 10 minute after I paid and already had my potato in hand, just to wait for my drink. Baked potato was good but didn't think it was anything special except the size of it. read more

My wife had done some research on this place, so when we were in the area, we stopped in. The customer service is amazing here. They were experiencing a bit of a rush, so one of the employees offered us a free fresh squeezed juice for the wait. The wait actually was not that long at all, I'd say about 5 minutes. I ordered a custom loaded potato with gyro meat, cheese, corn, mayo, and bbq sauce. My wife ended up getting the baked portato pizza. The food only took a few minutes to be prepared, and it looked delicious. I really enjoyed my potato. It was loaded up nicely, and the flavors complimented each other well. I just wish my cheese would've melted a little better. My wife loved her baked potato pizza. Both were pretty filling, and my wife had enough to take home. This has become one of my wife's favorite restaurants, so I am sure we will be back! Loaded Baked Potato 1-5=4. Freshly Squeezed Watermelon Juice 1-5=3. Customer Service 1-5=5! read more

Came here to get the $4.99 potato special. What a good deal. The potato is big and it is a meal. We got the veggies like green peppers, banana peppers, olives, cheese, butter and sour cream. It was good. I wish the butter and sour cream were throughout and on the bottom of the potato cuz it was dry at the bottom. I thought they mixed it thru but there was a long line because of the special. Maybe they do that when people aren't waiting in a long line. We also got 2 juices. Lemon and watermelon. That took awhile. About 15 mins to get. Again they were crowded. But that was a super long wait. It was good. I'd try again and go back. No place to sit and eat. Strictly a take out place. They have a few seats outside. Plenty of parking. And prices are mediocre. read more

Hidden deliciousness! My family were curious and I stopped by to try out Potelah after hearing about it from friends and were not disappointed! They mash up huge baked potatoes with butter and cheese and then you select a protein and a bunch of peppers, vegetables and other toppings and you are ready to eat. The food is amazing and plentiful, so one has only themself to blame if they go away hungry! I also tried a mango smoothie, which was fresh and very good. The service was excellent, and we were able to sit outside as they have some tables in front. It is an easy drive for us and about 20-25 minutes away, so we are already planning our next visit. This gem is in a strip mall and doesn't look particularly special until you go in and try the food. They do to go orders and have a baked version of the basic potatoes that we are planning to try next time. read more

Phone did not eat first... sorry! No pic. This place was too good I had to dig in immediately. You pick all your toppings, meat is extra. They really load it up, they don't skimp like Chipotle. You aren't getting a sprinkle of bacon, you'll get a whole bowl of bacon. All potatoes start out with salt, pepper, butter, and cheese and then you add your toppings. There was a small language barrier with the workers, but service was amazing! Definitely recommend the relaxation juice or the berry juice as well. read more

Oh my gosh! Yes! I have been dying to try this and my husband calls from around the corner so this would be a true testament on how good it is to have to wait 20 minutes for it to get here. It was absolutely delicious. I cannot wait to eat here again. My husband was like wow!! He got the garlic sauce on his and the refresher juice. I got chili cheese and broccoli on my potato and the Breezy juice. read more

The service was excellent, but the potato and toppings were mediocre at best. My rating is a reflection of the food quality and price. I only went here because my friend loves baked potatoes, I kind of regret it because I could have bought a bag of potatoes + more for the same price. The potato itself was alright, but the toppings were not good. I got gyro meat and it was super thin shavings, some were crunchy - possibly from sitting too long and drying out, the beef pepperoni wasn't heated/baked, the garlic sauce was more so a dressing, not at all what I expected (I guess that's on me for assuming). Also, they went quite light on the toppings, for $10 I expected a bit more. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. read more

Updating this review. Great service and a little expensive but you get a lot for your money. All the ingredients are extremely fresh. I watched them make my juice and they used whole mangoes, lemon, squeezed lemon juice and fresh carrots. read more

When I tell you, this photo doesn't do justice to what my taste buds experienced..... !!!! You walk in to this little shop in a plaza and get to pick your potato toppings like you're at Chipotle. This is a beautiful place. It's set up like a Subway, you tell them what you want and then choose from a variety of toppings. The staff were friendly and offered suggestions since we were new. Me and my boyfriend has been looking forward to try this new place but we was disappointed. We walked in and it had a bad smell but we looked past it and still ordered. Staff was friendly, one teammate explained the menu to us because we were new customers. They told us there was no charge for extra meats then when we got to register it was a extra 4 bucks. We got home and tried it and it was horrible no flavor even though we got extra butter and salt and pepper. The skin was rock hard, sour cream was super runny, the popcorn chicken was mushy when I was told it's crunchy. I won't be back it's not worth it. read more

Stopped in today intrigued by the thought of potatoes and juice. Owner was friendly and willing to share when questioned. I asked where he got an idea for that combination. He stated that it's very common in Turkey. Let me tell you, the Turkish are onto something. I had a baked potato with butter, mozzarella cheese, pickles, green pepper, chives, corn, pepperoni, and sausage topped of with ranch dressing. Let me tell you, pickles on a potato are amazing! I got their Harmony juice. I wish it wasn't so pricy, but it won't stop me from going again. I truly enjoyed my conversation with the owner, the food, and juice. I plan on getting through the entire juice menu by the end of summer! Try it! You won't be disappointed! read more

Went here thought unique concelt received a potato for 9.99. Seems expensive for an average sized potato. They do offer several different toppings but not real lot of topping requested . I am saying its new and has potential may try again if they remain in business in a few months read more

Great food and service. Friendly workers too. You can really tell the food and fruit is fresh. Nice addition to the area!

Last minute me and my girl saw this place and what like well we like potatoes so it's check it out. It's one of our favorite meals believe it or not we went in the gave us a menu and asked if we need some extra time very polite. We sat at one of the tables after that we got up, went back to the counter, and they made the potatoes for us. Honestly, they were huge, and they were not light on how much things they added onto it, which was amazing. It was truly a fully loaded potato hundred percent gonna go back. read more

Our new favorite place best baked potato pizza ever. The gyro meat is amazing and fresh

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Potatoes themselves were good and the skin was nice and crispy. Salt in the skin would have been a nice add-on as I ate the whole potato. Topping choices for the potato were good but I thought the meat selections were underwhelming quality. Juice was good but overpriced. Overall for 2 potatoes and a juice was approximately $29. A bit much in my opinion. Not a lot of room inside to sit down but there were 2 makeshift tables and chairs outside. read more

I went to the Potelah in Middleburg absolutely delicious , clean ,and awesome workers inside .Great place to bring your family .A guy I think his name was Gus was awesome with a nice young girl he worked with. I look foward to coming back to Middleburg hts Potelah. read more

First time experience here - did it Doordash style - I am not a fan of the loaded baked potato so I just wanted one with butter and sour cream on the side - the on the side part was granted - but what I did not expect was the inside of the potato would appear as if it was whipped with a fork and then was loaded up with salt and pepper - I would have preferred standard baked potato vs mashed potato texture and also adding salt and pepper myself - I do enjoy baked potato skin but the skin on my spud was so dark and overdone that it was inedible. So while I did eat it I do wish the $9.99 price point did not apply to a standard boring butter and sour cream potato gal like myself - with the additional toppings that seems right but not for what I got. Live and learn .. I might give it another try and give further instructions now that I know what to expect .. I might .. read more

This is such a fun concept. Everyone loves potatoes! The prices were good and the potatoes were HUGE. I just wish there were more topping options. There weren't any signature items like a list of combos that are great together. It was all 'build your own' which is fine, but I didn't feel like there was much to make it stand out. I could easily make a baked potato at home and use the same toppings and even add more. The store itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. read more

Not impressed. In a nutshell, the place was small, hot, and overpriced with questionable service. My wife and I stopped in around dinner time on a Friday. The customer space is maybe 50 square ft (10'x5') with one small table. Behind the counter there were maybe 7 or 8 people working. The table was occupied and there were already about 3 people waiting for their orders. I ordered a potato pizza while my wife ordered a potato with butter and cheese. The pizza took longer because they had to bake it. While we waited, the place started to fill up. Keep in mind, the customer space is not very big to begin with. Issues: 1. They seemed unorganized and had a difficult time figuring out which potato went with which order. They placed someone else's pizza in the bag with my wife's potato. Since I was paying attention, I caught it in time. Maybe you can chalk this up to being relatively new. 2. They charged us $1 extra for meat we did not get, but quickly refunded the money when I pointed it out. Make sure you get and check your receipt!!! 3. They forgot the butter for my wife's potato 4. Because of the small space, people were practically standing on top of each other by the time we left. Someone got fed up and left before ordering as we walked out. 5. Just for the 2 potatoes, we paid $24 without any extras. The potatoes are nice sized, but that seems rather expensive to me. Add in the extras and a couple smoothies and you're looking at $45 easy. My wife and I could go to a decent sit-down restaurant and pay that much for nice chicken and fish dinners with a baked potato on the side. 6. It was hotter inside than it was outside on a sunny 80-degree humid day. 7. Not sure why a potato pizza is 40% more expensive than a regular potato. The only real difference is they bake it for 5 minutes. You can get the same toppings on a regular $10 potato. Pros: The staff was friendly Bottom line: I doubt we'll be back. read more

Baked potato was obviously sitting a long time and insides were mostly scraped out before toppings were added. Toppings, such as broccoli, were also old. I had to scrape them off. Much too expensive for the poor quality. Will not go back. read more

Super friendly staff! However, I thought it was very overpriced for what you get. Two potatoes and one juice drink was $30.00. We sat inside and it was clean and comfortable. The food was good, but I honestly don't think I would go back due to the price. read more

Best baked potato in town. Best juice also. If you love baked potatoes, this is the spot...

Great food and Smoothie! I tried a Baked potato with Gyro and had a Potelah juice it was awesome and a new experience.

Although the location is small the potatos are not! These loaded potatos are a whole meal. I never thought of adding olives and gyro on a loaded potato but it was tasty to try something new. The juices do take some time because they're freshly squeezed right in front of you. It's well worth the wait! This is not a sit down restaurant as they only have 1 table, so be prepared to take your food to go. From what I was told this is a family owned establishment with halal items. They're trying there best as a new buisiness and I'm really loving this potato centered concept. Even the dessert is a potato! Sweet potato that is with ice cream, nutella and other yummy sweets. I think that was my favorite thing from them. read more
