Maybe not our favorite wing place, but a good option since we are wing fans. I like the boneless…read morewing salad with the garlic parm sauce. After being at CP and eating to much junk, I like a good salad to balance everything out. I believe you can get it grilled or plain, not fried. The kids love wings and sauces, so this is a great place for our family. I also like this as an option when we stay at Castaway Bay. It used to be Friday's back in the day, but this is a decent replacement. There is a huge menu, so something for everybody. Staff is friendly and I love the theming. I love a good theme with a lot of kitschy décor. Not the worst option in the area. And a decent place if you do not want to leave the hotel at night.

Our server was still in training, so I will cut her some slack. But at the same time, all of our food came out lukewarm. Cheese had congealed back into a solid. She came back for all of one refill on one of the five people at our table. Training is one thing, but come on. The sauce on my wings tasted straight from the grocery store. But perhaps worse for the food was the portion size. "Full sized" entrees that wouldn't be full for the kids meal. One of my party had a mac and cheese bowl that was, tops, six spoonfuls. For the price paid, the amount of food was not worth it. So to get minimal food AND it be lukewarm? I'm not feeling a reason to go back.

I went last weekend with some friends in the early afternoon and waited in line for about 20 minutes before being called. They are limiting the number of people on their patio, so most patrons were aware it is not a "hang out all day" situation. I would describe the serving style to be similar to that of a food court. Once your party is called in, you immediately order by the kitchen window, all food, drinks, silverware are given at that point. Your card is kept on hand and a tab is opened. Once the food for your table is ready, a server will bring all your food at once. When finished eating, there is an area to drop off your metal tray, metal silverware, and trash on your way out the patio area. Tremont Taphouse has definitely implemented an effective way to remain pretty contact-free. And the most important part, all employees wore a mask! The food that I got was pretty standard for Ohio City/Tremont area. The burger and fries were tasty, but I felt like it was a little pricey compared to other American styled restaurants in Ohio City/Tremont, especially since the location is on the outskirts of Tremont. However, since the shutdown of restaurants in Ohio, it was worth the added costs to support local again!

Even their coupons which they send out every other week don't save you much. Guys, how about having a weekly-special or an early-bird special before 6:00 pm. Something like that, or anything where I don't have to search for and bring you a coupon. Save a little on your advertising costs and lower your prices. I'll bet you more than make up the cost in more orders.

First off, the workers could be more customer-friendly and nicer. I had to repeat myself at least three times when ordering. I placed my order for delivery, not pickup. I had to call back to check on my order, which the person answering didn't even seem like they knew which order mine was. It was written down as pickup, not delivery, which explained why it took forever to get to me. When my food FINALLY arrived, the gentleman that dropped it off was very nice, which was the ONLY positive from this entire experience. I ordered chicken parmasean. Normal chicken parmasean is a crispy chicken breast with cheese and sauce. The one I recieved was cheaply made noodles with watery sauce and two chicken tenders. The fact that they market this as chicken parmasean is very sad. I also ordered chicken alfredo. It was made with the same cheap noodles and watery alfredo sauce with minimal amounts of chicken and mushrooms. If you're going to put mushrooms in your alfredo sauce, it would be nice for you to make that known to your customers. This place was downright disgusting in every way! I had high hopes for this place but for the amount of money that I paid for two incredibly sub-par dinners is sad.

They sat us by ourselves in a section just before the patio. We were alone but soon others were sitting by us as well. Our sever was prompt and very friendly. I was a bit nervous since we were originally alone that the server might forget about us. But she did not. We asked her some questions on the menu and ordered. I got a small Greek salad and 6 Cajun wings with the signature BBQ on the side. My partner got the chicken bruschetta sandwich. They came out all st once and promptly. The salad is a decent size. It was full of stuff it was good. The dressing was supposed to be to be a red wine vinaigrette but it tasted more mustard forward. Not my favorite but ok. Not sure if the red wine vinaigrette was not available. The wings were a good size and covered in the Cajun dry rub. They were crispy and good. I enjoyed them. The Cajun seasoning was really good and very generous. The BBQ side was good as well. The chicken bruschetta sandwich was good. The foccacia it was on was toasted and good. The chips they make homemade and serve with everything. Service was good. The TV's all around us had the Guardians game and some others too. It was an overall good experience. Prices were about average. Our total was $32 or so. Not bad. Definite rerun if in the area.
