I ordered 2 cheese breads, mozz sticks and sauces. The cheese bread barely had any cheese on them. There was easy an inch on both sides that was bare. We order almost weekly, these were the worst. We actually had to add our own cheese. Ordered online, and there is a HUGE missed opportunity with online ordering. There is NO place to add a comment. IE- When I ordered the cheese bread, I would have loved to put add extra cheese. Or if ordering a pizza and I would like to add the comment, easy sauce or add extra pepperoni.... Hands down the BEST PIZZA HUT I've ever eaten at. They get it PERFECT EVERY SINGLE TIME. I drive a little further so I can go there. The employees are so sweet and kind. Love them. I've never eaten inside because I always get my food to go but I'm certain my indoor experience would be just as wonderful as my drive through experience! Excellent service! We came in for a late lunch and the entire restaurant was empty (although what can you expect when you're eating lunch at 2:00). There was one young-ish man who admitted to us that he was the only one in the restaurant and to be patient if things take a bit longer. No problem! Service was no issue at all. Our cheesy bread was great! The ultimate pepperoni pizza we had (with garlic butter crust topper!) was delicious! Getting drink refills and takeout boxes was no problem. Our group decided to come here after our meeting. I called ahead to see how long they were open - the kid who answered the phone had to go find someone to ask and was gone for 5 minutes before he came back with the answer. We decided to go anyway. Took 20 minutes before we got to place our orders and almost an hour to get some of our food. Our group was large - about 12, but when we walked in we were the only ones in the dining room. Tonight is Graduation Night for the local high school. There is only one person working the front counter/phones/dining room and maybe two back in the kitchen. This is an event that has been known for a long time and should have been staffed accordingly. Can't review my food yet because I'm still waiting. My pizza just came. At least it tasted good. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but she's the only one. She said that the manager had sent everyone home. ON A MAJOR PIZZA NIGHT. They just got a $100 phone order top on top of a packed dining room. And they got several other phone orders while we were waiting. Some of the people in the DR have been here 20 min and haven't even seen menus. Any manager who is completely unaware of community events that will affect business has no business 1) making a schedule and 2) sending staff home that are already working. I will not be back here. This is one of the most poorly operated restaurants I have been to. The place is always understaffed and on top of that the service is less than welcoming. Due to the restaurant being understaffed the waitress on both occasions acted as if getting refills was an inconvenience. I have also ordered online pick up which stated the wait was 15 minutes but after attempting to pick up my meal 15 minutes later they said "uh this just came on our screen". read more

I have been to Pizza Huts across the midwest. But this one, I would actually come back to with friends. It was a very pleasent atmosphere. Almost like a real bar. I usually hit them up for the buffets at lunch. But this was a nice suprise. It was the new format with the wing street combo. The place was clean. And I got there with 15 minutes left on the clock. Yet they still brought out more food. The hostess to the servers were all on their game. I try not to write about chains. But this one deserves to be recognized. Aces to the Hut. read more

Ordered delivery last night at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chesterton, and pizza was great. Delivery was promised in 50 minutes and it was about 50 min or so when the lady arrived. Very nice, pizza was hot, tasty. Highly recommend. read more

Dirty. We got there right after they opened, so the place should have been at its best. Floor was gritty, crumbs on seats and tables, restroom was gross. Service was poor. Waiter didn't bring enough plates (only 3 in our party), nor did he bring silverware. Slopped Pepsi on the table bringing a refill and didn't notice or didn't care. After receiving deliveries periodically from this restaurant I was called back 15 minutes before my promised delivery time telling me that I live north of Rt 12 and therefore am outside the delivery area. I asked when this policy was instituted and was told 5-6 years ago. I told the shift supervisor that it was a lie, that I have had numerous deliveries over the prior several years only to be told I was mistaken. I've lived in the same house since 2000 and would never have ordered from the prior restaurant but after the renovation and new promotions, found a greatly improved quality of food. And, in general, I order for takeout much more frequently than delivery over the last several years. But this was a time where I needed a delivery and the response was inappropriate. I called back asking for the manager only to get the same person who had refused delivery earlier. I asked her to look at the record of deliveries--assuming that is why they request a phone number and confirm my name. I was told that the only record was the last order, and my last order was just denied for delivery. Of course, I will never, ever order from this store or any Pizza Hut during my remaining life.
