Recently I went to this Fazoli's...it was my first time at a Fazoli's in a number of years since they closed a long time ago closer to where I live. Walking in I didn't know what to expect or figured out what I wanted to eat. After getting to the counter and looking at the menu, I decided on the Chicken Carbonara and upgraded it to a combo (which included a choice of salad or a slice of pizza along with a drink). I sat down and still wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised when out came a huge plate of the pasta with large chunks of chicken and sauce (and bacon and other ingredients). Not only did I get the side of the pizza, but also three breadsticks. Digging in I found that the meal tasted fresh and was very good. Even the breadsticks were tasty (and warm too!) I will not hesitate to go back to this Fazoli's or any other one as their food is really good. read more

This is one of my FAVORITE places to go! Best breadsticks. Friendly faces, family oriented, great food and decent prices. It's Italian style foods but they have salads, pizza, subs, and a lot of different kind of pastas. Everything I have had here is so delicious. I usually get the spaghetti with meat sauce as a meal so you get a salad, breadsticks, and a drink. I always end up taking some spaghetti home bc I fill up on bread and salad. But when I'm really hungry I get a slice of pizza INSTEAD of or add 2pieces for $5. Great pizza. Great customer service. They give you a number so you can sit and relax and they bring the food to you, while asking if they can do anything for you. They also have great Italian ice drinks. Used to always go here for the free breadsticks. Then that stopped -- great marketing idea! because then we actually had to deal with the middle of the road, two steps above microwaved food they serve. Real nice people. Real middle of the road or less food. If you're snowbound and they're the only place within miles with electricity and heat, go for it. Otherwise, go down the road to Pesto's or any of the other places in the area that aren't chains. It's worth the extra effort. read more

I've always taken advantage of the drive-through lane, so I can't speak of the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. However, the staff has always been pleasant and accommodating, and the service is spot on. I think their pasta dishes, like the spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken parm, are very good. My family likes Fazoli's food but this location is consistently dirty. The restrooms smell like an outhouse. Today the floor in the dining area was dirty and we arrived just after 11am which leaves me to believe it was dirty from the day before. The condition of the dining area doesn't give me that clean food vibe. read more

We have been to a lot of Fazoli's since it is our favorite fast food stop when we're on the road. This location pleasantly surprised me. It was clean, the staff was attentive, and everyone was nice. When the Mr. Pibb was out the staff noticed us try both machines and immediately changed it out. As far as fast food places go I liked this one a lot. We walked in at 8:39 and as soon as my family approached the counter, Sami, audibly said "your kidding" and rolled her eyes at us. Not sure when you close because the hours are not posted but she could have let us know in a politer way if this location was closing soon. I asked her if she was good and she sarcastically said "no, I'm fine". She also, added to our inconvenience to her, sitting at a table that seats 6 which, unfortunately, was towards the back of the restaurant. I am so upset with her lack of hospitality that I did not order myself anything but I stayed for my children. My husband left to go elsewhere to avoid further attitude from her. She was loud for zero reason and there were other guests in the restaurant. The young man, Mitchell, was polite. Apologized on her behalf. How awful that a teenager has to apologize for the actions of a disrespectful adult. He also informed me that this location closes at 10. This only adds to how disrespectful Sami was with zero reason besides that she should not be working with the general public. Fazoli's has been around for a long time and I still enjoy the food. The bread sticks are the best I've ever had from any restaurant! Very nasty food. Fast food meets Italian which translates as 'stay home and cook some Prego!'

Fast food Italian with a couple things to consider going in. Both the tomato and Alfredo sauce are sub par at best, the marinara has too much tomato paste and the Alfredo has no flavor. All of the pasta is overcooked. The chicken Parmesan itself wasn't terrible or the meat sauce, and the breadsticks are absurdly addicting. The price is good if you're on a budget and want Italian but you'll be better off cooking it at home to be honest. read more

I've only used the drive through and never been inside, so I can't speak of the cleanliness of this place. I ask for light sauce on my pasta every time and they never do it. Maybe add a button on your screen if you don't already have it? The employees are always incredibly friendly, however, the man working the drive through at 1:00 today was horrible.
