I had several people here helping me that day, and they can all confirm that I did not yell at the driver. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have placed numerous delivery orders with them since that date without any issue. Yet today, when I called, I was suddenly told I could no longer receive delivery because of this alleged incident. To make matters worse, the manager I spoke with began yelling at me during the call, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. The entire interaction was upsetting and frankly despicable. I did place one final order tonight, but after this experience, I will never order from Aurelio's in Crown Point again.
