Lauren is always the nicest person ever when i go pick up my pizza, it's always good and perfect, 10/10

Okay, so if you don't already know this - not ALL Pizza Hut locations are created equal. And the Pizza Hut on Merchant Square in Cartersville GA is truly exceptional. Top-tier service with attention to detail, friendly faces, and a feeling like they're actually glad you stopped-by. Lauren runs a tight ship and is always happy to see you! This location has tables and chairs! And the pie? Nobody out-pizza's the Hut, ammiright?!? read more

Domino's dominates again. I hate the fact that Pizza Hut has started turning so horrible lately. Pizza has decent food, but the managers are two thumbs down. read more

Pizza Hut - Extravaganza Pizza! - Pizza Near Me - Cartersville, Georgia

Everyone is here very nice. Good service. Today specially Miss Teresa, very polite very professional great service.

Regularly affordable delicious and fast. Lauren helped us today and she was DELIGHTFUL!

I was served food with a long strand of blue and green hair. I was advised I cannot get a refund even with the hair visibly showing. The service was horrible. The general manager Lauren Knapp didn't even try to resolve the issue. She was very aggressive & defensive. read more

The store manager Lauren and associate Roosevelt helped me after my original order went south. My DoorDash driver was banned from the store and I didn't find out until I reached out to the driver himself and he pretended like he never had a pickup from Pizza Hut to even make. They offered me an explanation as to what happened, a refund and redelivery of my order. Customer service was exceptional and I'm deeply appreciative of this during a busy hour for them. read more

Margarita pizza is great on thin crust. Would get it again, they have cane a long ways on variety since I was a kid on choices now.

So amazing here such good service and the pizza is always so delicious and fresh and it's always super quick!!!!

I personally witnessed the general manger, Lauren Knapp, of this store aggressively scolding another employee named Terri who was trying to assist me with my pizza that was made incorrectly. Terri was so sweet and professional and to witness management aggression was an absolute disgrace. No employee deserves that no matter what the situation is. Lauren should be terminated immediately. These actions make the workplace toxic for not only employees but for customers. Please take this review seriously. read more

Lauren was energetic and happy to help my family and I. Their food is always good and I will continue to come back, as well as recommend this Pizza Hut location to others. read more

Tonight 3/15/2026 I ordered 2 pizzas with the amount coming to $38.47. I included instructions to come to the back door. The pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7:29. At 7:49 I called the store to see where the pizza was. The person that answered told me she needed to check and came back stating that it should be there. Nobody ever came to the back door of the house. After check the back we checked the front porch and the pizzas was left on the front porch. I called back to the store asking to speak to a manager. Ms. Terry is who I got to speak with. She said she wasn't authorized to refund any money but would leave a note for Lauren. And the next time I ordered there would be a credit on my account. I thanked her and she thought she hung up the phone but didnt! She then started speaking shit about me. Her exact words was "JESUS CHRIST HEAT IT UP IN THE MICROWAVE! ITS NOT THAT HARD! USE YOUR HEAD! I heard everything she had to say as she spoke with another co worker. And if I wanted to eat pizza heated up in the microwave then id buy one at the grocery store. And not spend my money at pizza hut! Ms. Terry's comment were very unprofessional and I didnt appreciate it at all. I did hold the phone until someone came back and picked it up. I then informed the young lady that she needed to tell MS. TERRY THAT SHE REALLY SHOULD HANG THE PHONE UP BEFORE SHE STARTED TALKING SHIT ABOUT A CUSTOMER! The young lady then stated to me that she had nothing to do with that and then hung up on me! GREAT JOB PIZZA HUT IN CARTERSVILLE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD GOES TO YOU!!! read more

Stopped in for a quick dinner. All tables were empty but for one where a young boy sat doing homework. I had to go up to the counter to see if they had service. I was advised I ordered, paid and picked up at the counter. No table service. So when the pizza came and we wanted to eat at a table, we had no plates, napkins...nothing. When I asked for some, it took a good 10 minutes to find some. As I was paying, she mentioned I was to write the tip on that receipt, because I wouldn't be getting one later. Tip for what?!!? Pizza was good, but the bottles of overpriced soda were warm. read more

Under management and thank goodness! Food is fresher! Staff is friendly! Now to get the Buffett back open that would be great!

Pizza was great but they got mad because I didn't tip on a carry out order. Make a note here.. I drove to the restaurant and picked up my own food. It was not a delivery. Why do I have to tip ? That shouldn't even be an option when you pay for it. Next time I'll go to papa johns. They have the tip option too but they don't get pissed off when you skip the tip option on carry out read more

Great customer service great times new management is awesome. Her name is Lauren and Joe and Heather. They stood out and they shined and above all Pizza Hut. They are awesome number one. read more

Wish there was a ZERO option. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks for pick up. Got to the restaurant @ my promised pick up time and waited 25 more minutes. The employee at the window called her cooks idiots and we over heard one cook say "I'm not doing this crap today!" Not a good look. The pizza was ice cold and the breadsticks did not have any seasoning like they typically do. We love Pizza Hut, but will not return to this store. read more

As with Pizza Hut, I have learned that you have to order extra cheese. In order to get the pizza covered at least one layer of cheese. Well, I did that today and got mostly bread and a little bit of cheese!! I almost just drove away and said forget about it, but decided to go back into the store to show the managers poorly. The pizza had been made. But instead, they told me that, that was in fact, what an extra cheese pizza looked like, mostly bread. I was told that their pizza has only one cup of cheese and if I order extra cheese and pay the extra money.I only get 1/2 a cup extra! I told her that I always pay for extra cheese...Because I know the Pizza Hut puts very little cheese on their pizza, and I've only had it to look like this, before I started ordering extra cheese, which was why I started ordering extra cheese! Because all I was getting was a pizza with half cheese coverage and bread..I told her if this was what extra cheese on a pizza looks like now with Pizza hut I would rather have my money back so I could go somewhere else. And that is what I did. I deleted their app and will not be planning on going back to pay that amount of money for upgrades and get absolutely nothing but mostly bread and half cheese! No wonderThe pizza hut hardly ever has anybody there! I wish I would have taken a picture of it to show people what they would get even if they order extra cheese. read more

Ordered drinks with our pizza, and they forgot them in the delivery. Called the store three times. Each time they left me on hold for about 20 minutes and never answered. I just want the drinks I paid for or a refund for them. I'm so sick of that stupid recording on the phone. I have it memorized. read more

If I could leave a zero I would. Horrible wait times, no accountability, and then when I get the food it's COLD. I hate to leave reviews but it's happened the past 3 times I've come here and have definitely learned my lesson. read more

ordered for delivery the pizza was never delivered. The system says that it was delivered, but it was not when we tried to call the store. We got a recording that just kept going and going and going and going and not answering so I would give this a zero or -0 if I could. DO MOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! read more

I placed my order at 7:50pm, and they didn't deliver it until 10pm. WORSE delivery EVER!!!

The service and food was horrible! All new staff? Got there at the given time but was told my order was still not ready, I was told to pull in a spot and they bring it out to me. The food was cold and under cooked. They were not busy and looked to have friends running in and out of the kitchen. read more

I love this pizza hut. The pizzas are soo delicious every time. I have a weird address so I can't get it delivered, but it's worth it to drive and pick it up. The pizza is just so good read more

WTF did they start putting in their pizza???... Literally, THE. ABSOLUTE. BEST Pepperoni pizza that I have ever had in my life!... They must have hired a new manager and new employees from Heaven because the pizza that this place is producing now is PERFECTION and nothing short of heaven-sent. I couldn't help myself from eating two slices in the drive back home. And, do you know how HARD it is for a hungry man to take a break from eating the best pizza in his life to act as a food photographer and make it a priority (over eating) to post a Yelp review???... I still can't believe it. Pizza Hut Cartersville... I would give you 11 stars if I could... keep up the great work!!! if I could go lower I would. placed an order on Saturday 10/12/2024, to a busy restaurant. I ordered at 6:30 PM 3 pizzas 3 orders of wings (24) and 2 drinks. I waited until 7:45 until I was told it would be delivered through DoorDash due to not enough employees to deliver, that wasn't an issue. when the order finally showed up at 8:30 I had to go all the way back across town because half of my order was missing. when I got there, I wasn't even made priority to service, I had to wait 35 minutes longer to receive the rest of my food. I tipped the restaurant almost $20 to deliver. I was told that if I wanted to be compensated I would have to talk to the "higher ups". I WILL NOT BE USING THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. read more

We needed a large order and tried to call in advance. Quickly grew irritated because no one answered the phone... When we arrived at the store, we realized that there was only one guy working. Cooking, working the register, and drive-thru. Not only was he still friendly, he finished the entire order (12+) pizzas!! read more

Quick order online, easy pickup, and what we consider to be good pizza. Service is always quick and friendly.

I see a lot of hate for this location on here from 2017-19. We moved here in 2020 and this Pizza Hut is the only place in town that will deliver to us (of the major chains). It's the best Pizza Hut I've had since I was a kid. Don't listen to all these reviews that didn't like the employee that answered the phone that one time. It's good, give it a shot! read more

I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza tonight and got home to find it was sausage instead. I called them and proceeded to be on hold for about 20 minutes without any employee answering, hung up, called back, and then they answered in about 3 minutes. Told her the issue with the pizza and the long hold and was told the long phone wait is hard to avoid when they are busy. Was offered an in store credit and told I have 2 weeks to use it. Makes me think they are giving a lot of credits for F-ups since they are putting a timeline on using it after they made an error. Not happy. read more

Ordered pizza online, said it would be ready in 20. Got there early, manager stated it was not ready yet had to wait after he yelled to cook to stop making pizzas or he is going to burn them. Got pizza home and it was burnt on top. Usually get great pizza. Pizza was throw away and had bowl of cereal. read more

I ordered three pizzas last night online (5/18/18). I set the pick up time for 6:30pm. I arrived a little early, so when I pulled up to the window and paid, they asked me to pull up a little and that it would be around 5 minutes before my pizzas were ready. This was approximately 6:30pm. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally around 6:50 or so I had to call and find out what was going on. I would have gone in to find out what was going on if I hadn't had my young children in the car with me. That was the entire purpose of ordering online and going through the window. It wasn't until nearly 7pm my pizzas were brought to me. They weren't hot, and the manager didn't have the courage to bring it to me, they made some older person that works there bring it to me. She was very nice, and tried to apologize, but the fact the manager did NOTHING is beyond me. I sat waiting for 30 minutes, with no one coming out to check on us or offering us anything while we wait. We were completely forgotten. This is unacceptable, Pizza Hut, make it right. read more

We are highly disappointed with this Pizza Hut. We called and immediately upon answering the employee seemed irritated at picking up the phone. My wife asked if they delivered to our area and the worker responded by asking if she would like to hear the specials. She then clarified to make sure we were within the delivery zone and the worker sighed and hung up on my wife!! Needless to say, we will NEVER order from this location. We had even received an offer in the mail prompting us to call. read more

The person on the phone sounded like they needed the day off. Spoke so softly and mumbled so much I had to have her repeat everything. Kept having to correct her on my order. Then she said my card didn't work, after my bank account confirmed the purchase instantly. So to be safe I just cancelled the order. read more

I ordered a pizza and the website screwed up the order because it asked for me to add more to my order. When I did it changed my entire order. Bottom line was I ended up with a cheese pizza and when I called the manager she told me it was my mistake and she would make me a smaller pizza if I would come get it instead of delivering it. I'm done with this terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ever make the mistake of going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
