Tonight 3/15/2026 I ordered 2 pizzas with the amount coming to $38.47. I included instructions to come to the back door. The pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7:29. At 7:49 I called the store to see where the pizza was. The person that answered told me she needed to check and came back stating that it should be there. Nobody ever came to the back door of the house. After check the back we checked the front porch and the pizzas was left on the front porch. I called back to the store asking to speak to a manager. Ms. Terry is who I got to speak with. She said she wasn't authorized to refund any money but would leave a note for Lauren. And the next time I ordered there would be a credit on my account. I thanked her and she thought she hung up the phone but didnt! She then started speaking shit about me. Her exact words was "JESUS CHRIST HEAT IT UP IN THE MICROWAVE! ITS NOT THAT HARD! USE YOUR HEAD! I heard everything she had to say as she spoke with another co worker. And if I wanted to eat pizza heated up in the microwave then id buy one at the grocery store. And not spend my money at pizza hut! Ms. Terry's comment were very unprofessional and I didnt appreciate it at all. I did hold the phone until someone came back and picked it up. Stopped in for a quick dinner. All tables were empty but for one where a young boy sat doing homework. I had to go up to the counter to see if they had service. I was advised I ordered, paid and picked up at the counter. No table service. So when the pizza came and we wanted to eat at a table, we had no plates, napkins...nothing. When I asked for some, it took a good 10 minutes to find some. As I was paying, she mentioned I was to write the tip on that receipt, because I wouldn't be getting one later. Tip for what?!!? Wish there was a ZERO option. Ordered 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks for pick up. Got to the restaurant @ my promised pick up time and waited 25 more minutes. The employee at the window called her cooks idiots and we over heard one cook say "I'm not doing this crap today!" Not a good look. As with Pizza Hut, I have learned that you have to order extra cheese. In order to get the pizza covered at least one layer of cheese. Well, I did that today and got mostly bread and a little bit of cheese!! I almost just drove away and said forget about it, but decided to go back into the store to show the managers poorly.The pizza had been made. But instead, they told me that, that was in fact, what an extra cheese pizza looked like, mostly bread. I was told that their pizza has only one cup of cheese and if I order extra cheese and pay the extra money.I only get 1/2 a cup extra! if I could go lower I would. placed an order on Saturday 10/12/2024, to a busy restaurant. I ordered at 6:30 PM 3 pizzas 3 orders of wings (24) and 2 drinks. I waited until 7:45 until I was told it would be delivered through DoorDash due to not enough employees to deliver, that wasn't an issue. when the order finally showed up at 8:30 I had to go all the way back across town because half of my order was missing. when I got there, I wasn't even made priority to service, I had to wait 35 minutes longer to receive the rest of my food. I tipped the restaurant almost $20 to deliver. I was told that if I wanted to be compensated I would have to talk to the "higher ups". I WILL NOT BE USING THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. read more

I see a lot of hate for this location on here from 2017-19. We moved here in 2020 and this Pizza Hut is the only place in town that will deliver to us (of the major chains). I called them and proceeded to be on hold for about 20 minutes without any employee answering, hung up, called back, and then they answered in about 3 minutes. Told her the issue with the pizza and the long hold and was told the long phone wait is hard to avoid when they are busy. Was offered an in store credit and told I have 2 weeks to use it. I ordered three pizzas last night online (5/18/18). I set the pick up time for 6:30pm. I arrived a little early, so when I pulled up to the window and paid, they asked me to pull up a little and that it would be around 5 minutes before my pizzas were ready. This was approximately 6:30pm. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally around 6:50 or so I had to call and find out what was going on. I would have gone in to find out what was going on if I hadn't had my young children in the car with me. That was the entire purpose of ordering online and going through the window. It wasn't until nearly 7pm my pizzas were brought to me. They weren't hot, and the manager didn't have the courage to bring it to me, they made some older person that works there bring it to me. She was very nice, and tried to apologize, but the fact the manager did NOTHING is beyond me. My wife asked if they delivered to our area and the worker responded by asking if she would like to hear the specials. Tonight (it's Sunday evening), I placed an online delivery order at 8:03pm. I received an email saying my order would be delivered at 9:45pm. When I didn't receive my order, I called the number listed for the store (770-382-2228). It's not the store's number. It's the number to a call center in Miami. They "put me through" to the store I placed my order with and I was on hold until after 10pm with no one from the store ever picking up. I had given up and was going to bed when my order arrived at 10:14pm over two hours after I had placed it. It was cold, and had condensated in the box which was consequently wet. This Pizza Hut doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered our pizzas online, went to pick them up and when I got to the restaurant I pulled up to the drive thru window and I sat and sat and sat and sat. Not one person came to the window for 10 minutes, I blew my horn several times and nothing, a couple of employees came around a corner and saw me sitting there and did nothing. I saw the only waitress they had for the night yelled at the other employees and of course I couldn't hear what she said but I'm sure she was asking one of them to come take care of me, but did they, no. When the waitress finally came to the window all she said name please, not as much as I'm sorry for your wait or nothing to that nature. I can see why this particular Pizza Hut is going in the toilet, the service sucks, they only have 1 waitress at all times, takes a long time to get your order and even then your lucky if it's right, etc. So get a grip Pizza Hut or your going to have one less restaurant to worry about. With service this bad it makes frozen pizza way better and more appetizing, at least it will be what I wanted and not what they wanted to give me. Me and my family WILL NOT be back!!!! Well I made the mistake and ate at the Pizza Hut here in Cartersville Georgia.We waited 15 minutes before someone came out to check another table.Nobody greeted us when we came in.The waiter came to our table 15 times before he brought the check then came back 7 more times.I finally said here to pay the bill so he would leave us alone to eat.He acted like we were going to run out the door.Next the food no menus but got 2 personal pans and bread sticks.The bread sticks came the same time pizza did and was cold.Drinks.....ordered 2 Pepsi no refills.The manager dont care neither do the employees.They won't read this but hope you do so you don't have to waste your time or money on this place.Go eat anywhere other than this restaurant. read more
