Place was busy and the staff was disorganized, but with my order specifically the pizza and service was great, the staff and manager were very polite and professional to me, and my pizza was ready within the 10 minutes they said it would be. We recently moved to Cartersville and received a Papa John's gift card as a housewarming gift. I set up an online order at approximately 16:30 for an 18:15 delivery. Papa John's had almost 2 hours to get it right and failed miserably. Not only was the pizza 20 minutes late, it is borderline inedible. It was way overcooked, lacked appropriate amounts of cheese, and had pepperonis that tasted similar to the Michelin tires on my truck. It takes a lot for me not to eat something, and this pizza flat out sucks. Check out the pepperonis they put on this dumpcake of a pizza. I was hung up on twice and was told it was phone issues. U can hear the click sound of them hanging up. I am not a customer I deliver for Uber/door dash. And don't usually complain and I am very fourth going and people friendly. This is my very first ever encounter with something like this. recently bought pizza from pappa johns the double cheeseburger pizza to be exact I was disappointed when it arrived it looked nothing like advertised it was devoid of toppings. I filled out a survey and they said they would contact me to discuss it. They never did. Great experience thanks to CHELSEA. I called her around 10:15 to place a order for 12 pizzas to be ready by 11:40. When we went to pick up the food she was the only worker there besides the delivery driver and mentioned that this isn't her normal store. Our pizzas were ready when we walked in and it was a quick and easy experience. The short girl at the from needs a good lesson in manners. our order was missing the drink. When we called for help they said door dash delivered it. Well kind of weird since we didn't order from door dash. She told us it's not their problem and to call door dash. This is pathetic client relations and I do hope corporate sees this. I typically order from this location once per week and have never had a problem. The last 2 weeks I have ordered as usual, been given an estimated pick up window for the pizza by the app, and then after sitting in my car for said wait time found that my pizza had not even been put together yet. The first week I was told it would be another 45 minutes before my pizza would be ready so I asked for a refund. Since I have never had a problem with this location up until then I tried again this week and when I went into the restaurant was told that they could go ahead and prioritize my order and get it made within the next 15 minutes. Ordered on my phone for pickup, app said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Sent my daughter to pick up in 25 minutes and they hadn't even started the order. They said the app cannot predict a time when the order will be ready. Really, then why bother telling when to come get the pizza. The girl on the phone just wanted to argue about how the app cannot tell how busy they are. Dominoes does not seem to have this problem with their app though. I work in a medical office and I ordered pizza because I couldn't leave for lunch. The delivery guy called me and cussed me out because HE couldn't find the location of the building. Then when he delivered the pizza he cussed me out again in the lobby in front of my patients because HE didn't have the right address because our location is new and Papa Johns doesn't have the address as a deliverable address. They left a NOTE in my account stating I told their delivery driver to "die in a firey crash?", and that's the reason they won't deliver to my parents address?! First, I NEVER said that in FEB 2016! Second, my parents are full-time truck drivers so I'm 100% sure they don't want ANYONE to crash their car! Go to Dominos. They got our pizza to my mom's house in 20 minutes AND it was hot and delicious. They take our hard earned money, unlike this poor excuse of an establishment.
