I promise I will never order from this location again. Legitimately every single time I order delivery either the entire order is somebody else's, it's completely incorrect, or missing items. I get once or twice but every single time is ridiculous. I'm tired of ordering food and having to call after every delivery because it's wrong or missing items. Will not be ordering anymore. Get it together. read more

Went in to try the New York style one topping pizza. Place was busy and the staff was disorganized, but with my order specifically the pizza and service was great, the staff and manager were very polite and professional to me, and my pizza was ready within the 10 minutes they said it would be. I ordered a half sausage and half pepperoni New York style. I mean, its probably not "New York" style like some people may like, but it was better than many around here and I have no complaints personally. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Half pepperoni and half sausage New York style pizza - Pizza Near Me - Cartersville, Georgia

The pizza looked more like Little Caesar's than regular Papa John's. The crust was flat and stale and the cheese did not taste fresh. I picked up the pizza one minute after my time window and it wasn't hot. Worst Papa John's I've ever been to. read more

We have been pleased with this Papa Johns, most of the time, since moving here last summer. Tonight, however, our pizzas were AMAZING. Hot, loaded with toppings, and just delicious. Good job crew read more

This is the worst papa johns store that I've ordered. I ordered a X-Large works and there was about half the amount of toppings. Gave them another try and same thing happened again. I will never order from this store. read more

My husband went tonight and picked up a pizza and wings. It was supposed to be a pepperoni/mushroom pizza. He gets home and finds like 4 pieces of pepperoni and a few mushrooms all scattered in the center of the pizza. While waiting to get the pizza, the kids making the pizza was talking crap about the customers and working in general. Won't be back. A total waste of money. read more

Took over an hour to be delivered, 3rd time this has happened, won't order from them again

The food was awful and the customer service was worse. I asked the young lady in the front about my order. She told me it wasn't ready; when I asked her how long it would be, she said she didn't know. She was extremely rude. Her boss came over and looked for my order and it was actually ready. read more

I ordered a meal and they said it would at x time ... no big deal. Then I get a text from door dash... a little sus. They say they have my food and are on the way .... Which would not be a problem but I didn't order from them and papa Johns didn't tell me they would be delivering. So I told them to give me 10 minutes to sort this out ( just verifying I wasn't scammed) . They canceled my order saying I was to abrasive or mean or something.... read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Cartersville, Georgia

I was truly concerned about this location due to the reviews. We received the BEST pizza we've ever had from Papa John's at this location. The quality, taste, and customer service were great. Not sure what staff works on the other nights, but on Monday night, September 13th 2022, the staff did a great job. read more

We recently moved to Cartersville and received a Papa John's gift card as a housewarming gift. I set up an online order at approximately 16:30 for an 18:15 delivery. Papa John's had almost 2 hours to get it right and failed miserably. Not only was the pizza 20 minutes late, it is borderline inedible. It was way overcooked, lacked appropriate amounts of cheese, and had pepperonis that tasted similar to the Michelin tires on my truck. It takes a lot for me not to eat something, and this pizza flat out sucks. Check out the pepperonis they put on this dumpcake of a pizza. You could play disc golf with them or utilize them as throwing stars. I simply wanted a pizza for my family and am now heating up dinosaur nugs in the airfryer. read more

if I could give negative stars I would...... last year we swore ordering from them because two times in a row it took well over an hour to be delivered. We have ordered from Pizza Hut since until today. we decided to give papa John's one more shot...Complete failure. we kept getting order updates with delayed times. About two hours later- we got our pizza. Worst delivery EVER! read more

I was hung up on twice and was told it was phone issues. U can hear the click sound of them hanging up. I am not a customer I deliver for Uber/door dash. And don't usually complain and I am very fourth going and people friendly. This is my very first ever encounter with something like this. And I have never left a bad review so in doing this review I feel horrible and very aggravated as to how I was done. I didn't no yell I wasn't rude. I stated my issue three times and was told that his workers do not come into work intending to be rude to customers but yet I was hung up by a manager and an employee. I should not feel like a Karen bc they r having a rough day. Sorry for the paragraph I just can't believe what I just heard and went threw over a question read more

recently bought pizza from pappa johns the double cheeseburger pizza to be exact I was disappointed when it arrived it looked nothing like advertised it was devoid of toppings. I filled out a survey and they said they would contact me to discuss it. They never did. Then I get an email asking if they had contacted me I told them no they said they would make it top priority . well never heard from them after that . I guess during the pandemic they are making such large profits from deliveries that they feel customer service is not important. Well they have lost my business I will not spend my money with pappa johns. read more

Pizza is not cooked all the way through, Employees that have long hair do not use hair nets, and Customer service is poor overall. Will not order from here again. read more

Pizza is great but I've waited over 3 hours multiple times. They always blame it on being short staffed. Hire more people!

They always say 25-35 mins and way longer , ordered tonight and the girl working said well he has other pizzas to deliver... okay and ? Give an estimated time and that's not really my problem now is it. Literally been over 2 hours when they said 25 mins, also they don't even cut their pizzas read more

Great experience thanks to CHELSEA. I called her around 10:15 to place a order for 12 pizzas to be ready by 11:40. When we went to pick up the food she was the only worker there besides the delivery driver and mentioned that this isn't her normal store. Our pizzas were ready when we walked in and it was a quick and easy experience. Due to Covid, they are extremely short staffed (as we all know) but Chelsea smiled and made the whole experience perfect! read more

The short girl at the from needs a good lesson in manners. our order was missing the drink. When we called for help they said door dash delivered it. Well kind of weird since we didn't order from door dash. She told us it's not their problem and to call door dash. This is pathetic client relations and I do hope corporate sees this. I went to get the drink, spoke with the rude girl and she just waved her hand to the freezer. I told her I paid for it and she's like that's what I just told you get the drink. I hate to say it but this will be the last time we order from here. The store took a dive once Scotty left. read more

I typically order from this location once per week and have never had a problem. The last 2 weeks I have ordered as usual, been given an estimated pick up window for the pizza by the app, and then after sitting in my car for said wait time found that my pizza had not even been put together yet. The first week I was told it would be another 45 minutes before my pizza would be ready so I asked for a refund. Since I have never had a problem with this location up until then I tried again this week and when I went into the restaurant was told that they could go ahead and prioritize my order and get it made within the next 15 minutes. I got another refund. I don't know what is going on with this location but they seem to have gone downhill quickly. read more

Ordered on my phone for pickup, app said it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Sent my daughter to pick up in 25 minutes and they hadn't even started the order. They said the app cannot predict a time when the order will be ready. Really, then why bother telling when to come get the pizza. The girl on the phone just wanted to argue about how the app cannot tell how busy they are. Dominoes does not seem to have this problem with their app though. Papa needs to up their game and invest in better technology. read more

Horrible. I order from them two weeks ago. They said 45 mins to an hour and a half. Two hours later I called to see where my pizza was and the kid tells me it just came out of the oven. I told them to cancel my order. The kid said he did. I still don't have my money back. This place is worthless. read more

Scheduled a delivery for 6pm, was not delivered u til almost 7. Never called to let us know it would be so late.

They did not give me my change back. The price was $27 and I gave them $30. No one have on hair mask, and even though the sign on the door required customers to wear mask not one employee did. read more

Thanks for the burnt bread sticks and cold pizza!!!! This location is the WORST EVER!!

I would give it a zero if it was an option. Worst customer service EVER! Called for a delivery and told the guy we would be at a hotel lobby if they could call and he said he didn't know. When I told him to get the room number he said no it's too late and hung up. I called back 3 times and they wouldn't listen and put on hold. When I got of hold of the manager she said she couldn't do anything bc the order wasn't showing up. So I was charged to my credit card and the order never showed up. They said they couldn't do anything bc it didn't show up on the computer. How was it in my credit card statement. I've wasted over 40 min with customer service.. this is a mess!! Don't go!! read more

I called to order the carry out special which was $7.99 online. The guy said that the carry out special was $7.99. Then he changed me for an extra topping because I wanted onions on half and mushrooms on the other half. When I explained that two halves equal 1 who,e he just said again that it was three toppings. On top of that the guy was rude and yawned the whole time. I had to repeat myself several times. I should've cancelled the order, but I was so angry I didn't think about it in time. I will NEVER get a pizza there again! read more

This place is horrible. Ordered delivery and only received half my order, no pizza!. When I called to see what had happened they wouldn't answer the phone. For 45 min I called. I ended up calling the customer 877 helpline #, they tried calling the store and didn't get an answer. She told me she would file a complaint and I should hear back from a manager with in 48 hours if not call back for further assistance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! You take my money and don't give me anything in return. Is that stealing??? Never again with the place. read more

I work in a medical office and I ordered pizza because I couldn't leave for lunch. The delivery guy called me and cussed me out because HE couldn't find the location of the building. Then when he delivered the pizza he cussed me out again in the lobby in front of my patients because HE didn't have the right address because our location is new and Papa Johns doesn't have the address as a deliverable address. He was lost in a parking lot for 20 minutes with my pizza meanwhile he was pissed off at me... so I did not eat that pizza. I called the store for a refund and they told me they weren't able to process a refund but they could give me a free pizza the next time. No, thanks! read more

First of all, if I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't. My husband ordered a pizza this evening, they told us it would take between an hour and an hour fifteen minutes for delivery. An hour and fourty minutes later still no pizza. We called them to see where the pizza was and they were closed. Poor customer service!! We waited around all that time only to receive nothing. Not happy at all. Wouldn't recommend and WILL NOT be ordering from Papa Johns again. read more

They left a NOTE in my account stating I told their delivery driver to "die in a firey crash?", and that's the reason they won't deliver to my parents address?! First, I NEVER said that in FEB 2016! Second, my parents are full-time truck drivers so I'm 100% sure they don't want ANYONE to crash their car! This store is ran by people with a 9th grade education who hang up on you and refuse to take responsibility for their employees egregious actions. They've hung up on me several times and it always takes longer than an hour to get my food, and regardless, I ALWAYS tip well because I know what it's like to work for someone like this franchise owner (it sucks! :D). We've ordered from them since the alleged 2016 "issue", and never had any issues up until yesterday. PJ United, the franchise GM, refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Don't waste your time. Go to Dominos. They got our pizza to my mom's house in 20 minutes AND it was hot and delicious. They take our hard earned money, unlike this poor excuse of an establishment. I'd like to escalate this further because notating someone's account with false information is LIBELOUS and also extremely childish, but I'm very satisfied with my experience elsewhere. I don't want anything free out of this. I want someone to own up and take responsibility for their poor customer service. Losing "one customer" isn't just losing one customer. As a prior store manager myself, I know the value of EXCELLENT customer service and I would never treat someone the way I have been treated. There is NO excuse to notate anyone's account negatively. This makes me worry about what they say about their other customers internally! I'm telling everyone about this poor experience. Word of mouth is a powerful tool. read more
