I get it it's cheap, but don't skimp on the customer service factor. When a customer can clearly see the employees in the back goofing off and posting to social media when they are patiently waiting for the food they pay for... that would pretty much anger anyone. I always give Little Caesars a chance to impress me but each time this location always disappoints. It's just not quality pizza at all. The copycat of Detroit 4 corner pizza was miserably awful! I had a girl get noticeably rude to me because I asked for a pizza to be made that they didn't already have made. I honestly don't give a crap that you and one other person are in there. We ordered 2 pizzas (deep dish). Both pizzas we're completely raw in the middle. Over half of the dough wasn't cooked. Ive had other issues with this location before (expired drink with the lunch meal they used to offer). It's just not worth the "savings" in price. read more

Pulled up and the place was packed. We were hoping that was a good sign considering we are new in town and there were lots of customers. Wow! The ONLY reason why this place is still open is because it's the only Little Caesar's in Cartersville. The service is horrible, the wait times are far too long, the employees aren't trained and the quality is less than other locations. I watched 2 employees work while the other 5 just walk in circles. It took 3 employees to count out a register and then the kid waived around about 500.00 in cash for about 15 mins. In this part of town that's NOT a good idea! Dropped my pizza been waiting a least 40 minutes just to get some crazy bread and a cheese pizza and thin crust like what the hell.

After trying Gondolier Pizza and Angelos (salmonella) pizza in Cartersville and being disappointed I decided to go to Little Caesars instead. I walked in and bought 2 pizzas for $10. All Little Caesars pizza is the same no matter where you go. The pizza was ok but at least it didn't cost as much as Gondos and Angelos (both of which I think are mediocre). When I want a pizza I will just go here and save money. I forgot to check the food safety score. I will update this next time. read more

6:40PM -I decided to order online to save time. A deep dish with extra pepperoni and an order of Crazy Bread. The Pizza Portal stated my pizza would be ready at 7:22PM. I got there and sat. And sat. And sat. The young lady brought up my order, but the pizza didn't have extra pepperoni, and they had to make another one. I didn't get my pizza until 8:00PM. The young lady in charge tried to make it right by giving me a free pizza. Once I got home, I was beyond irritated. The Crazy Bread didn't have anything on it. No butter or parmesan and was dry as the Sahara. Just wasn't cool and I lost my taste for it. read more

Not up to par with other Little Caesar locations. Have been to this location three times. Every time there is an issue. First time was ok. Second time one of my pizzas was dropped and messed up. They failed to make another and just waited till I got there to disclose to me at the checkout that my pizza was ruined. Third time my order was left out on counter, not in a warmer. When I said something to who I am assuming is the manager she didn't care. This the same trailer trash woman that waited to tell me about my messed up pizza the second time I went. It's terrible. Our call-in orders have been almost an hour late. The "Hot and Ready" pizzas are never ready during the advertised hours, even when they aren't busy. On top of this, they now refuse to honor any coupons, with the manager on duty stating that "There are too many scams so we just don't take them anymore." The employees are rude, the management is incompetent. I understand that you can't expect much from a $5 pizza spot, but with this level of service, it would be overpriced at $2. read more
