I really want to give them a better rating than this...but they deserve even worse. Let's talk about the last couple experiences I've had here: two mobile orders, one buffet visit. First, the least bad of the three: the buffet. This would actually be somewhat passable in general, if the store wasn't severely understaffed to the point that the buffet spent a good 30 minutes of buffet time while I was there with literally no pizza or breadsticks available whatsoever. Next, let's go to mobile order #1, a few weeks ago. They did this crafted flats thing, that's cool, and the Nashville hot sounds good! However, I'm really not a fan of the giant onions they put on pizzas, so I order mine without it. (Easy fix, right? Just DON'T include this thing.) ...loaded with onions. It's almost like they heard the word 'no' and interpreted it as 'extra.' Mistakes happen, let's give them a pass. Mobile order #2, tonight. First, it's supposed to be ready by 6:06pm. I arrive at 6:07pm...not ready. Ok, happens. I eventually get my food at about 6:25pm. Well, at least they had plenty of time to make it correctly. I ordered their Nashville hot crafted flats again, again with no onions, a chicken bacon ranch for my wife, and a generic pizza for my kid. ...my daughter and wife got the correct pizza. ...I got a second chicken bacon ranch, after waiting 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready. Unfortunately, it seems that the team here simply does not care about their customers, and it shows in the (lack of) quality. ...this location is down the street from me. I'll probably drive over to the next town if I'm ordering Pizza Hut again...and at that point I might as well get another brand instead. read more

My grandpa swung by to pick up our carry-out order, (we ordered the carry-put deal, 1 large pizza, cheese sticks, and wings) returned home and realized our 8 ct. wing was never given to us. Called the store and said we would return for wings (20 min drive). When we arrived to the store, we were given the wings... no "we are sorry" or anything. Terrible service. Joseph the manager there is awful. We got a pizza that had the completely wrong toppings. So, we called back to ask for a refund or credit and a new pizza. Joseph was very short and rude and hung up on my mom. The replacement pizza had onion peels on it. We didnt end up eating it because if you put scraps on it then what else did you do to it? My dad then called back and got interrupted and threatened by Joseph. He threatened to call the Police on my dad for "phone harassment". All because my dad said that we needed a refund and that he was a bad manager for behaving in such a manner and allowing his employees to put scraps on pizzas. read more

If you are hungry, don't go here. Placed an order for carry-out online. 1 hr and 15 min nothing. I tried calling the location where the order was placed, and I got someone with an Indian accent. He couldn't tell me anything. Supposedly transferred the call, but disconnected me. I tried 2 more calls but the phone was disconnected both times. Nice location with friendly people. They got our order correct, and it was ready when we arrived. This location has tables for eat-inners, and with a salad bar to boot. I like that they put up photos of the local sports teams. We chose this location as opposed to the Waynesville one, and I am glad we did. The pizza is delicious! read more

Just wanted sustenance tonite, nothing complicated, so I called the local pizza hut for an ordinary, predictable pizza. Was surprised - pleasantly so, when I got home and raised the lid on an attractive, well-dressed and tasty pizza. The restaurant was beautifully clean - got smiles and friendly greetings from all the staff I saw, and the wait was only 20 minutes from the time of my call, just as promised. All this for less than $12. PH had been slipping a bit, but it looks like this branch has a commitment to raise the bar. I'll definitely be back. read more

I am from Out of stat and I ordered A thin Crust Med Pepperoni Pizza with Bread stick and Chicken Alfredo delivered. I don't know when this restaurant opened, but they are not well organized yet. The place is attractive and new with good parking and access. We went in for an early dinner - around 5pm. There were about 7 tables occupied - mostly two at a table. We were seated promptly and then sat for a long time just waiting while three waitresses milled around like lost sheep. Other tables were looking around too. I glanced in the back and it was FULL of staff, so that wasn't the hold up. As near as I could tell, the waitresses just had no idea what tables they were supposed to wait on. Finally they had a meeting at the front door and things started moving. harold k. 12/31/17 pm , was driving from Ellijay,Ga to Burlington, NC during a very severe ice storm. Interstate 40 was completely shutdown (wrecks galore). My grandchildren were in the van with us and needed a restroom break. Also, everyone agreed to try to find a place to eat dinner. We were able to reach exit 33 in Canton, NC and began to search for food. It seemed like Canton had closed down because of the weather, and after a while we saw Pizza Hut open and stopped there. A man named Robert greeted us very warmly, but said that it was 5 minutes before closing (I'm sure the entire staff was exhausted at that time). We used the restrooms and thanked Robert, and as we were leaving, he said "I cannot turn you guys away". That made our day! We were seated and enjoyed very delicious pizzas. That Sunday night, Pizza Hut extended the best service to my family that I have received in any food establishment. read more

Always takes much longer to deliver than they say it will because they like to send the delivery guy out on several deliveries at once making our pizza late and cold every time.
