A couple weeks ago I received a DQ coupon book in the mail. I went to this location only to find out they were out of almost everything I wanted to purchase. Today I was going to go back to see if they restocked. I even called ahead to see if they could make me a banana split, they said yes. Upon arrival, the front door was locked so I went to the drive thru. I was greeted with we are changing the ice cream machine but will be back online in 15-20 minutes. I returned and asked for a blizzard and banana split. The guy said they were out of bananas. Only about 30 minutes had passed since I called ahead. I asked "Why wasn't that conveyed to me when I called ahead"? The little jerk said you asked if we made them, you didn't ask if we had them. I asked at the window if they had any Buster Bars and he said the freezer went down and they were all ruined. The slushy machine has been out of service for over two weeks as far as I know as well. In reading the reviews I see they date back as far as 8 years. The responses from DQ management appear very generic. I am reluctant to darken the doors of ANY DQ in the future, based on how long DQ has let this location continue to drag its fine name through the mud. read more

If I could give 0 stars this dump it would be one star to many. Gave this dump a second chance. Ordered a salted caramel truffle blizzard. National tv ads for a DQ Salted caramel truffle monthly special. When we arrived and ordered they had no Salted caramel truffle. I ordered a small vanilla cake cone. Paid for the cone and waited as the young man came back with a watery cup of vanilla ice cream. No vanilla cone today. Asked for a chocolate cone and they were out of chocolate! Then asked for a buster or dilly bar. NOPE FRESH OUT OF THEM TOO!!! WTF! I got a refund for my cone. 10 minutes at this sh*t hole excuse for the worst DQ EVER. NEVER EVER WILL I STOP AT THIS DUMP!!! I'm not a big review writer because I really don't think they do much good. however, in this case. I could not let this place go unnoticed. I read previous reviews that were terrible, and if only I h-ad read them before we went there. first of all, who doesn't carry hamburgers? isn't that the main staple of every burger queen in the US. but of well, no burgers,,,maybe because this particular store is so small they don't have a grill. so we ordered a "giant fish sandwich" and a chili dog. where do I begin. the chili dog was the worst ever. i tried to break a piece of it off for my dog. wow! just wow! it was almost impossible. it was rubber, and when I scraped off the chili, there was the most pathetic shrunken hot dog, wrinkled up, and resembling a hot dog that had either had the hell of it microwaved, or on a roller for two weeks, I just couldn't figure it out. totally did not need to be served, the giant fish sandwich was very small and dry, and didn't deserve the titles of giant or fish. so disappointed, the two drinks were good. the server at the window talked very softly and did not seen to be interested in working there. put NO napkins in the bag an'd we had to wait 5 mins to get his/her attention to get napkin's. $17 like throwing good money away, dont want to go back to this DQ or any for that matter. read more

This is the second time we've been here to get Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzards that they have told us they're out of pecans. WTH? There is an Ingles 1/4 mile away...go buy some pecans! Ridiculous. read more

Some of the rudest staff I've ever experienced pulled up the the speaker and no one answered for 10 minutes tried to go in and doors were locked and staff were in the back and they didn't close for 30 more minutes so we pulled back around to the speaker and asked for assistance and they finally answered and was going to get a blizzard but was out of litteraly everything seasonal and not seasonal when a cookies and cream blizzard is not seasonal we ended up telling them we are going somewhere else and they said "good leave" will never be back read more

i wish i could give this dairy queen zero stars. it took ten minutes to just get our order in at the drive through with no cars in front of us. then when someone was there to help us, they informed us that their kitchen was closed twenty minutes before the store was posted to close. the people weren't friendly and the service was so slow and we couldn't even get what we wanted? unbelievable. i honestly think this location should be shut down because nothing it better than what i got. read more

Took 20 mins from start to finish. We ordered 4 tenders, fries, and two fudge sundaes... they charged 50 cent per sauce, had no lids for the sundaes, and put everything in a bag so oversized that everything spilled out. Just got onion rings and a blizzard - but service was slow with some apathetic teens working. A red-headed girl with braces made my blizzard - it was 2/3 full and had almost no candy in it - things are costly these days and a facility that doesn't care about giving you what you paid for isn't worth you stopping. Went through the drive thru and took about 15 minutes to get our food when we were the only customers. The drive thru menu light was off and we thought it was closed. My grandson wanted a burger but they didn't have them at that location. Forgot the toast In chicken tender box and one worker wasn't wearing a mask. I have visited this dairy queen many times over the last few years and I have never had as great service as I had tonight. I owe all the great customer service TO JARED RATHBONE. He had the best customer service over the speaker, we didn't sit at the speaker one min without him speaking to us where as normal we are normally saying "hello", he joked right back with us, and dealt with my picky child changing her mind without even a ounce of irritation. It did not stop just at the speaker. When we started to pull up the car in front of us forgot their card and he went out of his way to catch them before they drove off. When we got to the window he was full of smiles, every single item we ordered was fresh and exactly how we wanted it. Right down to the extra ranch we ordered. All around PERFECT customer service. This man needs a raise. He was even as nice to his co workers from what I saw as he was to the customers. Don't loose that one! read more

This is the closest Dairy Queen to me and so I like to take my kids a lot, especially when they were younger. Although the past few years, honestly it has shucked coming here. Food takes too long and they seem to always be understaffed. There has been plenty of times I have come in to find coworkers playing around and not even paying attention to their customers. The icecream isn't good anymore as it used to be before. They will halfway fill my cup and it'll barely even be mixed most of the time. Every time i come here, there is always a problem. Connected to a gas station so really small. Has a few tables to sit at. Came in and got 2 butterscotch Dilly bars and a small Oreo blizzard for $8. I used to work at Dairy Queen when I was younger and its always a trip back for me. The Dilly bars were ok, but not as good as when we used to hand dip them. Being factory made they just don't taste the same. Also my son was disappointed in his blizzard saying it was a dust and no cookies and barely any flavor at all, all he could taste was ice cream. read more

So pulling a trailer. There is no way to order online and dining room closed. I see they are being orders out to cars in parking lot so I decided to call. Can not order on the phone or online. They tell me to get in between the cars in the drive thru to wait my turn. How is this safe. I understand because of covid that dining room closed but why can't I call the order in and wait outside for them to bring it to me outside. Customer service is terrible. Glad I'm just passing thru and be going to my local DQ that knows how to treat people and understand safety. No way before covid any restaurant would allow anyone to stand in a drive thru. read more

i wouldn't really recommend because it's really slow and they're sold out of a lot of drinks and stuff and they don't really have a big selection of drinks. maybe 2 or 3 if you're lucky. 4 days ahead of the day I needed it, I ordered a blizzard cake online to be picked up at 3:30. When I arrived I was told it was almost ready and only needed 5 more mins. As I stood there and watched they made my preordered cake. It was not ready till 4:10. When I complained I was told they were sorry and would give me a discount. She rang me up, it was. .60 discount. Super slow. Takes an hour to do one food order and 30 minutes to make one ice cream. They also don't have a full menu.

This Dairy Queen was so slow. I had to wait for at least 15 minutes just for one of the blizzards we had ordered. They were very unorganized and didn't really know what order went to who. read more
