Went in during dinner time. Only three employees during the dinner rush. Took 10 minutes to get our orders and the fries were cold. Had them get us hot fries. Got in the car and discovered that both of our Big Mac's were cold as well. No excuse for cold food. One of the worst McDonalds I've been in for several years. Pretty obvious why we don't go to McDonalds very often. If it weren't for us being hungry on a road trip a couple hours from home and this being about the only place in the area for food, we wouldn't have bothered with them. Time to cross them off the list of ever visiting again. Not sure when Chic Fil A and In N Out can deliver such a high quality product with great service why McDonalds is still in business. read more

McDonald's has the most unhealthy food of any restaurant ever. Unless the company changed their products there's nothing they could do to improve. They also pay their employees the lowest wages possible! In all, they're a terrible company with terrible food!! read more

Worst mcdees ever been to, had to wait an hour for this crusty sandwich and also payed for extra mayonnaise and pretty much got none at all

Ordered via the mobile app. The drive thru was wrapped around the building on a Saturday afternoon, so I went inside to get my order. The line at the register was long as well. I waited seveal minutes to get to the counter. The manager asked me what I wanted, I gave her the mobile order number. She looked and rudely said "I got no orders." I showed her the confirmation screen on my phone and she barked "That's a drive thru order, you have to go to the drive thru!" Okay, my mistake on that, I didn't know there was a difference as I'm new to the app, but I asked her if she could just give me the order. Again she snapped "You got to go to the drive thru!" This is a tiny Mcdonalds, it would have been a five foot walk to get my order which had been bagged up for several minutes already. She absolutely refused, so I went back to the car and lined up in the still not moving drive thru. Sat there for well over 10 more minutes before the first car moved. Two cars bailed out of the line and gave up, so it freed up at least a little time. When I FINALLY reached the window, the young ladies working each window were very friendly. I also noticed the young man working the food prep area was working very hard. So yes it was my mistake to make the aggregious error of walking inside when I was supposed to go through the drive thru, but despite the huge backup inside and outside it would not have been so bad if not for the hateful manager refusing to "break the rules" and also to treat me as if I was an idiot. If not for the hardworking young folks in the kitchen and drive thru, I wouldn't have given a second star. read more

It was incredibly clean, I was astonished for a McDonalds attached to a gas station. The staff were hands-on, I even got to talking with the general manager a bit and she was very sweet. Stopped by this morning (3/25) to get breakfast and added a couple of pies. The older gal that took our order repeated it back to us to check that it was right. Instead of driving off, we opened our order in the parking lot, where both pies were missing. My husband had to go into the place with the receipt to get them. The blonde girl at the pick up window brought them out to him, no apology for our convenience, no nothing but a sour expression. Pathetic. read more

Good service, clean, newly remodeled, food is so-so. I stopped in here before reading the reviews, and I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first. At the time of my visit (9/2018), this location had 1.5 stars with 10 reviews. I don't know if the management has changed, but the dining area is recently remodeled and attractive, the service was prompt and courteous, and my food was served quickly. (I special ordered an item so I know it was made fresh.) They have switched to a more "green" operation, so you have to ask for ketchup and extra napkins, but that's not a big deal. When I was searching for ketchup not only did one of the staff try to help me, but he told somebody else what I needed. When I had trouble connecting to their Wi-Fi, one of their dining area staff got somebody else to come out to the dining area to help me. (The problem was on my end, not McDonald's.) The food wasn't the best food I've had at a McDonald's, but then again it is McDonald's. The service was far better than average, and that makes up for a lot to me. read more

I've waited a month to "cool off" before writing this review. Manager at this McDonald's is dishonest. I placed and paid for my order at the kiosk. Waited and waited. Approached the p/u counter and noticed my number was not even on the monitor "in process" [or similar wording]. Asked manager to check on order. She insisted that it had been prepared and placed on the p/u counter. I said that I had not gotten my my order and someone must have mistakenly picked up my order. She became very defensive and adamant stating "it had been prepared!". I simply said "I either need a refund or my order fulfilled." She became very abusive, said "give me your receipt", snatched it from my hand and handed me a cash refund, kept my original purchase receipt, and loudly said "get out of here, now!" But the most humiliating event came after I left and later realized that I had paid $9.07 but she had handed me cash refund of only $4.57. Of course I disputed the difference with my credit card and was reimbursed. But the humiliation and embarrassement that I suffered was the worst part of it. read more

We ordered our food and the lady at the register was really nice, obviously being trained, but after waiting for our food for over ten minutes, the lady had been calling 250 (our number was 350) and she was being very rude about the whole situation. We watched her throw our food down on the countertop, snap at us as we told her she was calling the wrong number. What happened to the costumer is always right? I'm talking about nasty! Went in to order a coffee and the place was just nasty. The ice cream machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was installed. Fries were sitting out. Don't know if they were cooked or raw. Floor covered in food and grease both in front of and behind the counter. Why,why,why can't they get coffee right? I want an iced coffee with cream. I get coffee with xtra cream (white), cream and sugar, black and hot coffee. Most of the time I get xtra cream because their system doesn't allow them to put in an accurate number of creams. They also ask more than once what we want and STILL get it wrong. I can't go back. I just can't stand the bad service and the ignorance. read more

We stopped here to get food at about 11:00pm. We we're going to go inside but since we were the only people of color and were being stared at, we decided to use the drive-thru. The workers were polite in the drive-thru but once we got our food and drove off we realized how sub-standard the quality of our food was. My nuggets were freezing cold, my husband's bun had weird indentions in it like something had been rolled across it. This is the 5th time all week they messed up much order and over charged me. Then they take 10 minutes to issue a damn refund when I need to get to work. I ordered a medium ice coffee today and they gave me ice coffee in a frapee cup and smothered it in wipe cream and chocolate sauce which got everywhere when they handed it to me.
