We've stopped at this specific Bojangles a few times now. It is on a great exit when coming back to Charleston from Cherokee. Easy to pull into the gas station and fill up. Then the Bojangles is a couple fast food restaurants down. Then you hop right back onto the highway! We always go inside to order and get our food to-go. The staff is great, and our food is always made fast. I actually got chicken this most recent visit! Normally I get an egg and cheese biscuit. It's always been good the go to sandwich for me. I love being able to get breakfast all day. I was much happier with the chicken bites, fries, a biscuit, and all my sauces! I loved all of their sauces. Their Bo Sauce has a horseradish flavor and was good on the chicken. I also loved their ranch and creamy buffalo sauce. I will definitely order this exact meal again! read more

Worst Bojangles I've ever visited. Let me start by saying Bojangles is my favorite fast food restaurant, I live less than a mile from this one and it's ultra convenient yet I will drive the 8 extra miles to go to another. Every time I visit this Bojangles the staff never fails to disappoint me (spitting in the drains, not using gloves while serving hot hold, forgetting my order..the list goes on) but this time I was completely teed off. I ordered a 4pc supreme special and was told I'd need to wait in the curbside while it was made, I waited for 26 minutes while several people got service behind me before a very young child came out and apologized to me for the latency and assured me my order was fresh. My mistake was not checking the box as when I got home I was hardly surprised to see three sad and wet looking chicken tenders and a half full cup of green beans staring back at me. No biscuit, no sauce, two sporks. Now don't get me wrong I'm all for a little Mary Jane but keep whatever they're smoking at this restaurant far from me! read more

Went through the drive thru at 7:30pm, was told to pull up to wait on our food. That was fine until we sit there for literally 30 minutes just for them to only bring half of our order. Then when my wife went in to get the rest of our order they proceeded to tell her that she was wrong. They really need to get their act together. read more

Paige and Angela Gave our party of 10 the best service we've EVER had! Seriously! These ladies went over and beyond with their service for us. Very polite and patient. These ladies made sure our orders were correct and fresh. They checked on us multiple times making sure we were satisfied and/or if anything else was needed. I watched them work extremely hard stocking, cleaning and taking orders to assure things were running smoothly. The inside and out was very clean and welcoming. If there could be a Paige and Angela at every establishment, it'd make the world a thousand times better. The cooks also did an amazing job with the food. So fresh and tasty. It has been a few years since Bojangles was in my area, so since we are traveling we decided it would be a good place to stop in for a bite. Despite being known for their fried chicken, I opted for the grilled. I also picked the Cole slaw as a side. The service was fast and efficient and before I knew it we were sitting down to dine. The slaw was mayo based and had just the right crunch and tanginess. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Next time I would like to try their roasted tenders. Happy dining! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Passing through from out of town. The lady taking the order constantly talking to other people while on the intercom taking our order and humming tunes. When we got to the window and was handed our drink there was something floating around in it. We informed the girl at the register and she said she can't take it back. We asked what are we supposed to do with it. She said she didn't care what we did with it. I told her her attitude was very rude and sucked. I asked for a manager and she came to the window opened it and just looked at us. The same one that was singing the tunes. Smh... The fries were cold and hard and again they were rude about it. We asked for a refund. Started to eat my food and found plastic baked into my biscuit. Customer service sucks, the wait was long, and I could've chocked on my biscuit. read more

Just walked out. Tried to order a dinner meal at 11:45 am and was told they did not have a leg and thigh for 2 piece meal. They said it would take 25 minutes. I asked if they would sub existing chicken they had and they said yes. Then they charged me a higher price. All this with a lot of attitude and sarcasm. How can you have little chicken available at lunch hour and then treat customers like deplorables? The place was run by teens. Just awful and I see others were complaining the same day. I had a guy drop my food on the floor, express frustration and then put it on the counter as if that completes my order. A girl walks up and tells him "GO!!!" so he walks away. She throws the food in the trash. Thinking she might rescue this thing, she goes to complete my box and finds chicken nugget sized chicken strips on a 5 piece order. I promise you there was no more than 2-3 oz of chicken in that "5 piece order". These were small nuggets, not strips. They were also pure rubber. The food here is bomb for a fast food joint, and seemingly they treat their employees right because everyone I have ever run into has been an absolute pleasure. After wandering around Canton NC looking for a restaurant settled on Bojangles for a quick stop and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent I ate a chicken two piece dinner with Macaroni and dirty rice. We also split chicken bites. Food was at the right temperature and fresh. My only disappointment was the lobby needed attention due to the fact we were there during lunchtime so i excuse the fact that many tables had not been wiped although we were able to find the last clean table. I may have received a correct order from here once or twice. The workers constantly forget either a food item or a dipping sauce. Today they forgot the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I was already home so I didn't even bother going back. A few weekends ago it was the season fries which prompted me to run into the store and debate with them. I always ask for dipping sauce at the speaker so that they can add the extra charge to the order, and by the time I get to the window they seem to have no recollection of me even asking for the extra sauce. I think that from now on if I really want bojangles I will just drive to Enka where the workers seem competent. read more
