Who made this?? They didn't put the onions on the bowl and refused to disclose that they were out. Then made it very impossible to get things fixed. Whole order going in the trash and I WILL be calling corporate to complain about the attitude of staff and the quality of the product When I called them to inform them of my dissatisfaction, they informed me they "just now" got the onions back. I asked why they didn't disclose that and all that the person on the phone said was "oh someone was supposed to tell you!" I asked them what they would do to fix this and they wanted me to drive back around and wait when they could've just gotten it right the first time. Staff is very UNhelpful and serves COLD FOOD with discrepancies! Entire meal gets a 2/10, only thing they did right was include extra gyro meat! Forget Arby's!! Go next door to Burger King instead where they actually have a functioning crew! Myself and my followers will never eat here again. I'm so upset!
