I love this food, this place best French fries I've had in years Chicken is great !!!!

I was in the area and decided to try this place for dinner. The menu is small and it's expensive for what it was. I ordered two adult meals and two kids meals. I noticed the total was a little high when we paid and when I got the receipt I saw that we were charged for three adult meals. My husband mentioned something to them and they did give us a refund. The food took a long time. I get it's not fast food but multiple people after us got their food before us. I finally asked about it and she said it was coming next. The fries were less than luke warm and limpy. The chicken was good but the breading was soft and literally falling off. I do like that they have a condiment section but I'm not sure I have a desire to come back. read more

Ended up coming here on a whim without looking at any reviews. So glad I did!! Very clean with excellent service. Ordered the Asian sesame salad and I was extremely impressed. The dressing is so tasty I need to buy it in bulk lol. Chicken was very fresh and crispy. The fries were also very fresh and light a perfect coating for me. Can't wait to come back here! read more

Service is quick and the menu has a variety of options for a chicken joint. Very clean and employees were friendly. This was the first time I've visited where the place wasn't packed! I do feel like that led to food not being as fresh. We had two kids meals and thought the tenders for both were just warm. The sauce bar is a great touch! My boyfriend had Super Chix cater to his workplace (yes, they cater!), so we decided to give them a try at their store in Boiling Springs on Hwy 9. The location itself is modern and developing. The inside is spacious and clean. You order at the counter and the girls who took our order were super kind and patient with us. Their menu consists of both chicken sandwiches, tenders, salads, and even frozen custard for a sweet treat afterwards. We decided on sharing the tenders and added the option to smother it in their Nashville hot sauce. There was also an option to smother it in buffalo sauce. Next time, we will probably opt out on smothering the tenders, because we did not know that they had a whole condiment/sauce bar on the side and smother the tenders ourselves if we wanted to. I will say that the Nashville hot sauce is pretty spicy, which is a lot coming from me. The other sauces included (but not limited to): Nashville hot sauce, buffalo, Korean bbq, regular bbq, ranch, signature sauce, honey mustard, ketchup. As for the tenders themselves - These tenders were bigger than expected! They were seasoned well and juicy. They offer freshly cut fries and they ask how we want it seasoned. Seasonings include salt, sweet, Cajun, and rosemary. We were satisfied with our Cajun seasoning and will be trying the rosemary next. We are excited to be coming back to try the frozen custard and sandwiches next!! Definitely a must-try if you are in the Boiling Springs area and looking for a new chicken place to try. read more

This was AMAZING!!!! I got the chicken wrap and it was outstanding. I did not eat inside and ordered online. However, the food was exceptional. Very nice place! Great service from friendly workers! Food was fresh and yummy! I enjoyed the chicken tenders and my husband enjoyed the buffalo ranch sandwich. I love that you can add different seasonings to your fries and that they have an unlimited sauce bar!!They were super busy, but the workers were working non stop!! Food was just average nothing special on the other hand price was high, service suck they forgot part of my food but send the container lol, is no ambiance I took to go however saw that the employees were just running around without direction. Darn good grilled chicken! I can't eat fried chicken and Boiling Springs has an abundance of chicken, all fried. I was excited to see Super Chix has a grilled chicken offering. It is delicious! The rest of my group had the fried chicken and they really enjoyed their food as well. The service was great even though they were very busy. This will become a regular place for us. read more

I've been eagerly awaiting this place to open- fresh cut fries, frozen custard, and fried chicken all my favorite things! It did not disappoint! There was a line when we arrived but it moved quickly and the food came out quickly as well. It was delicious! Nashville hot chicken sandwich with a regular side of Cajun fries for me and bbq cheesy chicken sandwich and fried pickles for my boyfriend. We shared chocolate custard. The portions were excellent. Kinda tastes like they tried to copy the Chick-fil-a recipe, fried the chicken in peanut oil, but forgot to brine it in pickle juice. Service isn't bad and the ambience is good, the chicken is just mediocre. read more

Great food and service like they got 40 people in that building 20% of the workers are doing nothing

The service is quick and friendly and the atmosphere is modern and edgy. This is a great place to stop in for lunch or dinner for some good ol' fried chicken. Love love love the natural cut fries and the multitude of seasonings/ sauces to dress them. The chocolate custard is a must try as well! I rate this a three stars because of the flavor of the sandwiches. The chicken parm sauce is super bland, the cordon blue flavors blob into one and the Cajun needed salt! Also, the bread does not ever hold the integrity of the voluptuous amount of chicken breast, leaving you with a flaccid doughy sliver of "bread".....if you come here stick to the tenders. read more
