Clearly corporate or management is nowhere in this store in Boiling Springs. Never get the order right and clearly they serve whatever is left to get you to move on. This is a referral for the manager named Parker. He is one of the best customer service oriented staff I have ever encountered. Have had to engage with him on one than one occasion, and he has never disappointed. Have always left a satisfied customer. He goes way above and beyond to ensure I would be a returning customer. Seven minutes to receive three ham biscuits at the drive-thru is totally unacceptable. When they were finally delivered to my car, you might think that the manager would have handed me three cards for complimentary biscuits on my next trip. Well, this did not happen. This one individual was serving my boyfriend his food as I was sitting in the passenger seat just now. She looks at my boyfriend and says, "I don't care if you have a little b**** with you, I think you're fine as f***, and I like your tattoo." Then proceeded to comment on how I looked. I'm not sure the young woman's name but she even wrote her number and some form of social media on our receipt. I will not be going back there for I was treated rude and disrespected for absolutely no reason. They also messed up my boyfriend's order. This place is in complete disarray. Sickening experience, what a cruel world we live in. Food is good but our order is consistently wrong. we get take out and are very careful to order in sequence that the robot ask and it is still incorrect. Dipping sauce is left off, no gravy on mashed potatoes, no biscuit, and no utensils. read more

We've only been through the drive thru at Bojangles. We ordered a ham biscuit sandwich and added pimento cheese, fantastic. We also ordered a Bo Sandwich, a crispy chicken sandwiches and added pimento cheese to it as well. I highly recommend adding pimento cheese to any sandwich, it's great!! Our favorite item at Bojangles is the Bo Berry Biscuits. They're blueberry biscuits covered in glaze. We love them! Our unsweet tea ended up being sweet tea which was a bummer. Just went to Bojangles for the first time and the the food there is absolute garbage. I ordered the #7 and all they gave me was some fries that were extremely salty and a regular biscuit. $7 for some fries, a biscuit and a small drink. My brother got a chicken sandwich and he said it was the worst chicken sandwich he ever tasted. Not to mention the person taking the order was unprofessional and not very polite. All that explains why there was not a single car in the drive though, every other fast food place on that street had at least 2-3 cars at the drive though. read more

Have never had a bad experience at this Bojangles. The food is always hot & fresh. A few minutes wait was required when I ordered a 20 piece tailgate box but the manager on duty ( Kelly) was right on it and the order was ready promptly. I had waited 15 minutes for my meal, and i went to ask about it the workers told me they had thrown my receipt away and forgot about my order. Also when i was in the store there was salt all over the benches that the workers did not bother to clean up. Poor customer service all around. read more

This place is ok. Food is hit or miss. I haven't been in a while since before today and I probably won't be going back anytime soon. Seems like every time I have eaten here I end up regretting it later that night. Nothing special about their food either. Oh and a side note, the manager there literally talks to her staff as if they are children. She yells at them right in front of customers. Order a 3 PC combo slow n sweet tea. Cashier want sure of the menu items when I ask for a 4 pecs she said we don't have. Messy behind the counter. Wings were border line dry n small. Slaw was good but small cup container...not worth the money. Drink machine had drainage problem. Seem like every Bojangles I go to its severely cold. I'm anemic so I was little uncomfortable. This Bojangles has the BEST FOOD!!! Everything is ALWAYS SO FRESH!!! If I want fresh chicken that's piping hot they will cook more for me, while I wait. I take chicken from this Bojangels all the way to Greer to my husband at Waggoners when he comes in to load cars at BMW. The chicken and sides have to be hot and fresh so I know he's getting a good meal. Everyone is always so nice too. That's a big plus because a lot of fast food places have people working for them that are just going through the motions. They don't care if they're nice or not.
