I have been a CFA fan for a long time now and have recently been very disappointed. This used to be the one place that you didn't have to worry about your order being wrong or not getting what you ordered- until tonight. Sad to say that this isn't the first CFA to seem slack lately and disappoint. And trust me this isn't a 10 minute drive so when something isn't in your order it's even a bigger deal. Yes they offered to make it right and the first thing they expect is for you to drive back for it. I know it's my own fault but I'm just disappointed that several locations are not where they used to be in service. read more

Honestly if CFA could get their act together it wouldn't be so bad. I haven't gotten an order that hasn't been correct or thrown together in a few visits. I keep thinking it will get better but it doesn't! My drink always has drink lingering on top of the lid! Or sprinkled on the sides. Unfortunately I just let this location with my family and we waited for at least 20 minutes for our food. They "lost" our food and couldn't find our order, kept asking for a receipt and were completely dumbfounded. The young lady said we would receive a refund and to pull around the front with our hazards on. Debbie the manager finally came out and gave us our food with no refund, discount, coupon or anything. This was by far my worst experience at a Chick-fil-A. I was not greeted with the greeting of the day, good morning, and the young lady who took my order seemed to be annoyed by my attempt to interact with her to help brighten her day. Instead of being the typical customer, I greeted her by her name and asked how she was doing. She did not seem interested in any conversation and it wasn't her pleasure as it is customary for Chick-fil-A to do so, regardless. This location has 4 stars from me because of one great perk. Like all Chick-fil-As they are quick, friendly, and delicious. What makes this stand out is the mobile app curbside delivery! I open my app, order my meal, drive to location, and they bring it out to my car, love it! Most all other Chick-fil-As only offer inside pickup from the counter, but this curbside on a freezing cold morning really makes the difference. read more

Everyone needs to work on their customer service skills. While driving to the pick up window. My greeting was not what was the name for your order, it was someone that yelled "person". When traveling, I'll go out of my way to stop at a Chick-fil-A. In my experience, all Chick-fil-A franchises are fairly consistent in everything from friendly service, quick food delivery, and of course, deliciousness. This location actually ran out of the original chicken sandwich -- the most popular food item sold! We waited over 20 minutes for the food to be prepared and packaged to go. One saving grace: at least the food was good and hot, and freshly prepared. Will think twice about stopping here again in the future, as more Chick-fil-A's pop up at more highway exits, giving me more options. read more

Recently they did an event for customers (with kids and/or pets) to get picture with their Santa Cow; the day was fun and we got to bring our dogs to see cow as well (they received free nuggets). Disgusting-- the play area looks as though it had never been cleaned. Food is obviously being brought in the play area. We waited almost an hour to get a huge caked-on ketchup spill cleaned at the top of the children's slide area. The staff seemed overwhelmed and prioritized orders (even those outside where they couldn't find the customers in their cars). It looked as though it had been there since the day before or longer. The slide was sticky and the kids were not able to "slide" down. My sons pants are sticky after getting off the slide. The entire play area needs a good deep cleaning. The restaurant space isn't clean either-- sticky floors and dirty tables. Cleanliness does not seem a priority read more

It's my favorite fast food place - mainly because it's not like fast food and it's always good tasting! Like all CFA's - the fresh cut flowers on every table is a nice touch, plus having someone come around to take your trash and ask you for refills is extremely unlike other fast food joints! This is by far the worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Coming from someone who worked for this company as a team lead for 4 years, they put the receipt in the bag with the food which is health code violation, the order taker outside in lane 1 was rude, and they did not have their laminated menus. When asked, the order taker had an attitude saying "we don't know where they are, they don't give them to us" to which she proceeded to go to the speaker and sit on her phone. Super disappointed, and could've been a much better experience. And the girl at the window handing out food was not much better. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food places to go. They have 2 drive through lanes and even when they're backed all the way out to the road, they move pretty fast. The last time I went I had a horrible experience but today our company called in a order 20 biscuits, 20 minis, and coffee for a meeting. When I went to pick it up Justin was there to help and the order was ready the exact time he said it would be. I placed a scheduled delivery for 11: 30-11:45 AM. They ended up dropping my order off at the wrong place and told me that they would go get it and bring it to me. I waited 15 minutes after my first phone call with the manager at Chick-fil-A and I didn't get it update so I called them back And she said that the driver made it back to the restaurant so they would either have to refund me or send out my food again. Which would've been fine if I wouldn't have had to initiate the 2nd phone call about my order. Given that they knew that they made a mistake. They knew I was already missing my food and did not contact me when they knew the driver was not bringing me my original order. They ended up finally delivering my order almost 2 hours after it should've been there. How is a "took care of me" was give me free, brownies, and free delivery on my next order. It's frustrating because I have ordered Chick-fil-A to my location of work multiple times, and had no issues. And to top it all off my order was missing upgraded items fake cheese on certain sandwiches, no ice in my drinks, and if you're going to be that late delivering my food, make sure the order is right. Especially when the order is over $50. I order Chick-fil-A from here one to two times a week at work. Needless to say never doing it again. And. Maybe Chick-fil-A should be open on Sunday so they can practice how to be more efficient. read more
