Staff doesn't even attempt to tidy up messes they've made while serving you and just move on to the next customer while us customers stand there in shock looking at one another. I don't even take flatware from the self serve beverage area because the counters and containers are so dirty all the time. For a manager, that kind of behavior is honestly embarrassing and completely unprofessional.
