The food might be ready on time but don't expect it to be hot or have any of the dipping sauce/dressing you requested. We have frequented this particular Zaxby's many times and have gotten our order correct a few times. When we call to let them know about issues they tell us to just come back....that sounds simple enough, but we don't live close at all. Word to the wise, check your food before you leave. read more

I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal, all fries, no drink, with wimpy and hot honey mustard, which came to $13.51. I was given 2 tenders and a handful of fries and a zax sauce. I didn't check my order til I got home, my bad I suppose. But $14 for 2 tenders and some fries is ridiculous. The last couple of times there my order has been screwed up. And if I gotta pay $14 for that little bit of food, I definitely won't be back there. I tried calling back but they were closed with no way to leave a message. I have pictures to back everything I'm saying up, and ofcourse I called back but no 1 answered the phone, nor was there any way to leave a message. Terrific service following my online order. Despite arriving for pickup just behind a softball team who were ordering, the staff & manager did everything possible to deliver my order to me just a few minutes late. Impressive! On our most recent trip to South Carolina we decided to explore few chicken sandwich spots that we don't see near Chicago. We stopped here to try Zexbys chicken sandwich for the first time and the staff took their time to explain the menu to us and recommended few menu items. How do you rate a place thats nearly in every city? The chicken and fries here were very hot and fresh. Two things stood out 1. The Cashier 2. The fact that they were raising money for the hurricane victims Oh! They do have a small parking lot for truck drivers so thats a 3rd stand out. Overpriced, stingy, but that's all of them. Salads never fill the bowl. It'll cost a quarter or your first born for an extra sauce.

Love Zaxbys. However, this location is my least favorite. Every time I go, I ask for a cup of seasoning salt. They give you the tiniest amount, enough to add salt to two or three fries. What's the point of even asking for it...... Huge dissapointment every time. read more

Poor customer service experience. !!!! Would give zero stars if possible. Lots of food options on 290 it's Wednesday evening 9:15. I get in line at drive-thru wait 15 mins. That's a good amount of time for "fast food " only to have the lights shut off and to be told they are closed. Here's the thing website says they close at 10. So I try to go inside doors are locked. So I call and ask to speak to a manager some male "Dalton " who claims to be a manager and who sounds like a child comes on the line. He blames the issue on a timing system and says that's an automated message I can't control it. Then I asked about the discrepancy in closing times listed on the website he says and I quote " we don't have any control over the website , we can't control the internet " . I'm not even sure what that means exactly. He sounds like he was grasping for words. Basically no clue what he was saying or what was going on. I do a lot of catering events for my business and Zaxby's will be taken off that list. I went to Chick-fil-A they were open , gladly took my money and gave a great customer service experience as usual unlike Zaxby's that consistently falls short. read more
