I found this spot on my last night and was sad! I easily could've eaten here every night! The brussel sprouts, cocktails, fries! EVERYTHING! Yummmm!

We have lived in Spartanburg for 3 months and finally found a good restaurant. Excellent quality. Food is not common but it is delicious. The Ribeye and The House Salad- highly recommend! Great restaurant. Very clean. Food is better than we expected. We don't go out much but we will return to this place.

Our server Natalie was awesome. She was friendly and attentive to our group of four. The ambiance was akin to a neighborhood pub. The food could have been much better had it been hot. The flavor was there on my cheesesteak sandwich but it was lukewarm at best. The deviled egg appetizer was delish, the fried green tomatoes... not so much. They were fried but they were not green which led to them being mushy. I've heard great things about the restaurant but had it not been for our server, my score would have been lower. I'll give it another try on a weekend night before I write it off. Location is great.

We went here this past Father's Day around 4pm for the first time. We had heard good things about it from friends, so we wanted to try it. We were able to walk right in and get a table which was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The inside was very clean and modern looking. The food was excellent. We got the smoked wings as an appetizer and they were good. You do have to request a dipping sauce if you want it, which was a little unusual, but no big deal. I got the shrimp and grits as my entree which was not very aesthetically pleasing but tasted excellent and the shrimp were good sized. My wife got the Cribb Style burger with sweet potato fries and it was also very good. The burger wash huge, which made it worth the $15 in our opinion. All of our food was hot, we had to let it cool off a little before eating it, which we didn't mind at all. It is a little pricey overall, but we will definitely be back.

I've been here twice this week and got the Jamiepoo burger both times, good service and good food!

    Deliciousness

Had a business lunch with a Customer. We ordered the part melt and turkey avocado wrap with fries. The fries were cooked crispy to perfection. nicole provided five star service with a correct order, frequent table interaction and a big smile each time. Thanks for making a great food experience a fantastic service experience.

Mommy Pastrami, with smoked brisket and Parmesan fries

First time dining at Cribbs and will definitely be back! The service was fantastic (thank you Laura and Amanda), and the food excellent. Arrived on Saturday evening around 6'ish, and was seated quickly. The place filled up after that - obviously quite popular. My guest and I each had a cocktail called "Peach Betta Have My Money" LOL and it was superb - different in a delicious way. Ingredients were peach vodka, lemon, honey, basically, peach and ginger beer. You gotta try it! For an entree my guest had the Cribb Style Burger with regular fries which was amazing - and HUGE! My guest said it was the best burger she'd had in a long time, and believe me, that's saying something! I had the Pastrami Mommy with Parmesan fries and was not disappointed - made with smoked brisket and piled high. Both of us could only eat half our orders - so take-away boxes were provided. The tab prior to tip was $67 - very reasonable. We will definitely return to try more of the menu - this is a great spot!

Chicken Sandwich and Side Salad (halved). Delicious!

The vibe inside is very Eden meets 90s lounge, and the music is R&B chill. I was jamming very song so that's a +++. We were greeted right away and service was like that all night. The staff was the best part! They were friendly, attentive, and all in costume (which was cute). I revived drink recommendations and tried 2. Both were good. Purple Rain (smoother) and the Blackberry Lemon Drop (sharper). There are many more that look delicious, too, so I'll try more one day. We started with the collard green dip appetizer and that was our favorite food item. It was served with seasoned (and warm!) pita chips. I only wish it was a little thicker. Our entrees had good portions and came out hot. I enjoyed the jerk salmon overall but wish the meat itself had its own flavor too. The jerk did it all in this case. The collard greens were good to me (my guy wished for less salt/seasoning). My guy had the lamb chops, greens, and mashed potatoes. He was okay with everything but not in love with anything but that dip! All in all I think we will return to try more of the menu and I'll certainly be back to try the cocktails.

My wife had the Cajun chicken Alfredo, which was also outstanding--rich, well-seasoned, and very satisfying. We also tried the sweet potato cornbread, which was wonderful and a definite standout. Both of our cocktails were well made and complemented the meal nicely. On top of the great food and drinks, the service was excellent--attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. We'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this restaurant.

We started with salads and excellent ceviche and "Down South" oysters as we found the pimento cheese and bacon topping to be a fun twist on oysters Rockefeller. We had the 16 and 13 year old in tow and while our kids have open minds and pallets when it comes to food, there were some slight questions about the menu options. There was a kids menu that was standard and I'm sure would accommodate most kids; but, I would say Isla's menu is sophisticated and can be appreciated by a more mature audience. Our 13 year old ordered the shrimp and grits and won the best entree of the night. It's a nice twist using a grit cake as opposed to traditional shrimp and grits but the flavor of the tomato and chorizo gravy along with the texture of the crispy grit cake was an interesting and nice change from the norm. I will definitely go back and try additional entrees. Overall, all the dishes were well put together, well seasoned and paired with a nice wine list that had variety for all tastes. Last, I will say the service was among the best we've had locally. Brandon was attentive, informative and accommodating throughout our evening experience. Thank you to Isla's for a wonderful first experience. I look forward to returning soon!

Ambience, ambience, ambience and NO tvs. Hannah was our pleasant young server; I asked Hannah to confirm that she is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg, and the pleasing Carolina voice was a moral boost. Earlier we had enjoyed the Kentucky voice of Angel- both girls were angels. Heirloom has a small menu and a small dining room, but extra large hospitality. Because of a buffet lunch, we settled on burgers - No, cannot prepare medium rare. Very possibly menu items have spent a good deal of time in the freezer. We live in Greenville, so this was definitely outside of our usual scope. I love the name of the restaurant, the decor and atmosphere were nicely done. The staff greeted us with a smile and our server...whose name was "Creamer" was knowledgeable and very helpful. We ordered Brussels sprouts for an appetizer and mini hand made biscuits for appetizers which were pretty good. My youngest son and I both ordered Salmon (altered from the what's on the menu) sweet potato puree I ordered the corn and my son ordered asparagus, my husband ordered Gumbo and my oldest son ordered a steak. The presentation of the food was nice and the food was good, I enjoyed my meal but I tasted my husbands gumbo and we both felt that it lacked flavor...for it to be creole gumbo and a side of creamed corn (he and I could have shared that bowl...there was a lot). My oldest son felt that his steak was overpriced. Youngest son enjoyed his too. The food was good but I don't know if I'll be "rushing" to get back as there wasn't anything that just stood out to me.

Ahead of my 4pm flight I found deli meats, sandwiches, hummus with pita chips, and a couple hot bar items that looked like they'd been out for quite a while. There are cereal dispensers but I'm not sure where the milk is, and some pastries look like they've been sitting out for a long time. There are a few snacks and a couple beverages (lemonade and cucumber infused ice water), with a good deal of the counter space occupied by a fancy coffee machine. Not sure how to get just coffee. There's a full service bar if you're the drinking type, and I believe that's extra $... but I'm not a drinker, so I might be wrong. Seating is challenging if you have more than 1-2 people and the space is small so would fill up fast with a bunch of business travelers taking up whole tables with computers. Like most lounges, there's nowhere out of the way to stow luggage. The bathroom is co-ed... because there is only one single stall in the entire place. Go in private, but know there's going to be one or many someones impatient for you to finish. It absolutely reeks of stale air freshener and the floor and toilet seat are both sticky. No place to put a purse or bag off the floor in a spot you can access from the toilet. I'm a dirty hippie and this bathroom was gross to me - you might be better served by the regular restrooms.
